Premier Inn Dubai Investments Park

Hi..! My stay was comfortable and the hotel offered a pleasant experience. The room was clean, and the staff were generally helpful. Specifically Lalit ji was very gentle man and he clean my room every day and its services was very good all over staff was very good ... but there are a few areas that need improvement.
Firstly, drinking water is not provided by housekeeping or room service, even upon request. Guests are expected to purchase it from a vending machine, which is quite inconvenient. Secondly, room slippers are chargeable, which was unexpected and a bit disappointing for the level of service.
Another point to note is the television setup—it is only connected to Android and lacks standard cable or live TV channels. An upgrade in this area would definitely enhance the in-room entertainment experience. And the WiFi Wass some time too slow and not working do these things good and even better your rating Was too high ... thank you ..

Today marks the completion of my one-month stay at Premier Inn Dubai Investment Park, which began on June 26th. Overall, it has been a truly pleasant and comfortable experience.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the Front Office and Restaurant teams for their warm hospitality and attentive service throughout my stay. Most of the staff members were courteous, helpful, and consistently made me feel welcomed.

In particular, I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the following individuals for their exceptional service and professionalism:

Front Office – Nithin, Joy, Sherif, and Alex

Restaurant – Shona, Cynthia, Janet, and Mina
House keeping Service – A special mention to Mr. Lalith Chettri, who truly stood out as one of the best individuals I have encountered during my entire stay.
I would also like to acknowledge Mr. Muzammel for his excellent service.

They all went above and beyond and played a significant role in making my stay comfortable. My sincere apologies if I have missed mentioning anyone by name.

However, I did encounter a few moments of discomfort with two members of the Front Office team and two from the Restaurant. Unfortunately, their service lacked the attentiveness and warmth shown by the rest of the team, and at times, their demeanor felt somewhat abrupt and dismissive.

Despite these few instances, my overall experience was overwhelmingly positive. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and well-managed place to stay in DIP.

Stayed here recently and overall had a good experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the reception team was quick and responsive no complaints there.

What really stood out though was the housekeeping. Sitaram, one of the housekeeping staff, was absolutely excellent. Super hardworking, polite, and just genuinely great at what he does. He really stood out from the rest with how consistently on point he was.

This isn’t a prompted review or anything just wanted to give credit where it’s due.

The hotel room was amazing and clean, everything was perfect, the metro station was like a 2 minutes walk only and nearby had a 24 hours market also, many food choices as well as a beautiful mosque to pray at nearby.
The staff were nice and kind and provided necessities at any time of the day even if it was 5am!!!
Overall amazing stay at this hotel.

All is good, the receptionist from check in and check out they are both great, the life guard from the pool he is nice and accommodating, just for restaurant they can’t provide plates and fork and spoon, we pay for disposables and no slippers and tissue as well. Nevertheless great experience.. Thanks guys..

Cleanliness and service was good but it was disappointing when i asked for more bottles of water even if it is for extra charges, they couldn't serve me that and my room didn't contain tissues except for bathroom only.
