Stayed for over a week, wish to extend a A big round of appreciation & applause to the front desk (Rahul his team), cleaning staff (especially Suman), who made the stay so very comfortable and friendly.
The overall ambience & environment is warm & homely making the stay very comfortable.

I was unfamiliar in the area since it was my first time there but from the moment I arrived at the hotel throughout my stay I was very satisfied with the hotel. Highly recommend to all kinds of travellers. Clean rooms, great food and a lovely team ready to help guests with charming smiles and full of energy. Shout-out to all the staff including Sampath,Chaminda and Alex that helped make my stay a joyful one. Though I don't remember the names of all staff members everyone there are angels in the field of guest service. I'm sure they all will Keep doing the great job and making travellers stays even better.

The hotel is amazing. All the staff was really nice and everybody was smiling all the time. & specially front office Ms.Tricia.......& front office team is very kindly and very professional staff Made us feel very welcome. room also very nice and clean .We would like to come back again .

Nice, clean, spacious rooms. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Restaurant is nice. They have a pub and nice Costa coffee.

Special shout out to Bassem & Chuminda for their friendly and welcoming approach. They also helped me find my bag which lost in the hotel.

Brilliant hotel experience at a affordable rate. As you arrive you see the calm and relaxed lobby with a good environment. There is no bellboy however the security guards help with the luggage. The room was quite small but we had 3 beds, which can accommodate a family of 4 comfortably. The service was ok, however on our stay we requested to have boiled egg for our baby to our room, but they did not allow it which was disappointing. Overall, if you are looking for a great hotel for a good rate but is a little out of the city it is perfect 👌

Let me put it - This place is fantastic as far as the location is concerned very near to metro station. What makes them even better is the highest standards of hospitality and service. From the moment we entered, the staff made sure that we had an absolutely pleasant smooth check in. The rooms are very well maintained. Also, since it was my wife's birthday, front office team complimentary upgraded our room on request. There is a girl from Front office team her name is Dimple(If i am not wrong) she gives us special feeling whatever the request we had put she delivered to us. She is very nice and proactive and its seems like very professional.The breakfast spread was excellent as well.l must compliment each and every member of the staff once again. All in all, a perfect place to stay.
