Beach: public sandy beach, 100 m from the hotel (1st coastal line). Between the hotel and the beach is a road and promenade. The beach is 2 km away Free Shuttle service and entrance to the specially equipped beach resort Jebel Ali Golf Resort & Spa.
When you arrive at the hotel will collect a Deposit, in the approximate amount of 500 dirham for the entire stay (the Deposit is returned in dirham).

We recently stayed at JA Ocean View Hotel, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and catered to all our needs with warmth and professionalism.
The room was spacious and offered breathtaking views of the ocean. It was well-equipped with all the amenities we needed, and housekeeping did an excellent job maintaining cleanliness throughout our stay.
Abdullah - help us with taking in and out all our luggage’s and he is a very friendly and helpful person.
The hotel’s facilities were impressive. The dining options were also outstanding – the breakfast buffet had a great variety, and everything was fresh and delicious.
The location was another highlight, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and shops. It was convenient for exploring the area while still feeling like a peaceful retreat.
A huge thank you to the entire team at JA Ocean View Hotel for making our stay so enjoyable. We’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a blend of comfort, luxury, and great service.

We have been staying at this hotel two years ago, we liked everything. That’s why this year we decided to stay here. However our experience this time wasn’t as good as before.
Entered the hotel, while my sister was checking in I decided to wash my face in the lobby bathroom. The bathroom was smelling so bad, and not cleaned at all in literally all cabins.
The second day we came from the beach, the room was cleaned, but the towels were soaking wet from yesterday. We had to call the receptionist for new towels and they also didn’t provide with toothbrushes until we asked.
Moreover, if you want to lay down by the pool and enjoy the sun you can’t. Because the buildings around the hotel hides the sun. The sun hits the hotel pool after lunch, and we saw that only two sun-beds at the corner is under the sun. So we go there, employee of the hotel told us that the cabanas have fee, I told them no I just want the sun-beds at the corner. The employee says that there is also fee for them. I was shocked, so we pay for the hotel to relax, have our own pool and sun beds, but we have to pay additionally for the sun beds?!
I have been to so many hotels but seeing that we have to pay for sun beds at the pool in hotel we are staying in, is just shocking. There is free sun beds but the sun doesn’t hit them at all!
The rooms are clean and the views are really good. I was impressed with the dinner in the hotel( lobby ), everything was really tasty!

The swimming pool was lovely, there was always a sunbed available, and the staff always eager to ensure you have all you need. The beach is a two minute walk and the hotel give you a beach bag with everything you need including an umbrella.
Great location too! We would definitely stay here again. 5 stars
