We recently stayed at JA Ocean View Hotel, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and catered to all our needs with warmth and professionalism.

The room was spacious and offered breathtaking views of the ocean. It was well-equipped with all the amenities we needed, and housekeeping did an excellent job maintaining cleanliness throughout our stay.

Abdullah - help us with taking in and out all our luggage’s and he is a very friendly and helpful person.

The hotel’s facilities were impressive. The dining options were also outstanding – the breakfast buffet had a great variety, and everything was fresh and delicious.

The location was another highlight, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and shops. It was convenient for exploring the area while still feeling like a peaceful retreat.

A huge thank you to the entire team at JA Ocean View Hotel for making our stay so enjoyable. We’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a blend of comfort, luxury, and great service.

Stayed at JA Ocean View for the first time this last visit to Dubai. I was with my family and everything about the experience was wonderful. All the staff were amazing from the communication before my visit regarding abnormal check in/check out times to the small details. It was my sons birthday during the visit and they upgraded our room, some of the staff wished him a happy birthday when they saw him and they left a cake for him whilst we were out. These small details make all the difference. Breakfast was great with a good variety. Location is perfect if you want to be in the heart of the bustling area of JBR on the beach and the walk. We didn't spend anytime at the pool and so cannot comment about that as we were always busy with the other attractions the city has to offer. I would definitely stay at JA Ocean view again.

Just arrived home from a week here, we had such a great stay! The staff are really helpful and friendly and go out their way for you! The view from the hotel is incredible, the food was outstanding- not a French fry in sight! The rooms were lovely and cleaned daily.
The swimming pool was lovely, there was always a sunbed available, and the staff always eager to ensure you have all you need. The beach is a two minute walk and the hotel give you a beach bag with everything you need including an umbrella.
Great location too! We would definitely stay here again. 5 stars

Fantastic hotel and an outstanding location.
A couple of minutes walk to the beach, amazing sea views, close to many restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. As well as within walking distance to the tram station.
The service in this hotel is really phenomenal, staff are very friendly, helpful and always smiling.

Rooms and common areas are very clean and well maintained. I was very impressed with how much they care about their guest experience. It is to the point that the management team will check with us on a daily basis to see if the room has been cleaned to our expectations and if we require any additional toiletries.

I stayed there with my 16 year old son during a business trip and this hotel really is outstanding. Will definitely be coming back again.

Sometimes issues arise beyond our control but how we deal with it makes the biggest difference and to treat each person individually but equally and listen.
All I can say JA ocean will still be my favourite hotel in Dubai and Mina Hanna (front House manager) is an asset to this hotel and understands customer service and hospitality at the highest level and knows how to make guest very happy.
Currently enjoying a lovely stay with great staff, amazing housekeeping staff and front House.
Highly recommended.
Also family suite is amazing with great views and comfort.

I love this hotel. The staff was amazing, I had an awesome customer experience daily.

My only disappointment was that the pool was not available in the hotel, due to reconstruction. They tried accommodating us by sending us to another of their hotels. However that hotel was not as friendly or as welcoming as the JA Ocean View Hotel. Ideally, I would have loved to relax by the pool in MY hotel.

I would like to leave the most detailed and honest review of my stay at this hotel in July 2024.
We were checked in as soon as we arrived, even though it was early in the morning. The room was nice, clean, with a view of the sea. The only thing I didn't like was the mold on the ceiling due to the humidity. All the equipment worked properly.
The breakfasts were delicious, but the same every day, nevertheless, we never left hungry. Dinners were themed, especially I liked the Latin American and Arabic food. You can find food for every taste: soups, meat, vegetables, desserts, different types of bread, fruits. The staff is friendly, you can speak English with everyone without problems. To get to the sea, you just need to cross the road and walk a little, it takes a couple of minutes. Everywhere is clean, beautiful. I would like to note that in July it is not very pleasant to swim in the sea, since the water is very hot and cloudy, you can get sick, so it is better to swim in the cold pool of the hotel.
And here we come to the not so pleasant moment: during my stay at the hotel, the pool was closed for repairs, although there was no information about it in advance. I found out about the repairs after checking in, which upset me. Such things should be warned at least a month in advance, so that people know where they are going. If you want to check out, you will still have to pay for all the days you planned to stay. Probably, the hotel was afraid of losing customers, so they did not inform about the pool repair in advance. I chose this hotel at the end of June, when I was planning my trip, there was no information about the pool repair on booking and other sites.
During the repairs, the hotel organized a transfer to another hotel by another palm tree, the water in the sea there was colder (but still hot) and very clean, the beach was private with its own sun loungers. The pool was not very big, it was often overcrowded. But it is better than nothing.
Thus, I was satisfied with the hotel, except for the case with the pool. Transfer to another hotel is good, but late information about repairs is bad.
