Sheraton Jumeirah Beach Resort

I loved staying at the Sheraton. The experience at this property added real value to my holiday. The all inclusive package was excellent! So much variety. I never got bored and was spoilt for choice throughout breakfast lunch and dinner. Ideally situated on Jumeirah Walk and such a vibe in the evenings with a resident DJ. Superb hospitality from the minute we stepped out the taxi upon arrival until the minute we departed.

A few things which I think could be improved:
1: For a 5 star resort , I am so surprised that there was no heated rails in the bedrooms. I think this is a standard appliance and definately a standard in 3 start hotels that I have stayed in. This is a missed opportunity as there is so much space in the bathrooms to have this installed and would be beneficial especially for rooms with no balconies/open window options

2: I'm also surprised that there were no women's hygiene products and any way to dispose of them. These are available in public restrooms so for a 5 start hotel to not provide these given there is so much importance on female modesty is so surprising- yet an easy fix

3: We found every morning we had to wait for tea/coffee and even ask 2-3 times before they were delivered- often by the time I had already finished breakfast. The staff nonetheless did their best to rectify this so I did make a suggestion on how to manage this better.

Overall the staff in all departments were amazing and made me feel like a VIP however I wanted to give some shoutouts:

Mukul on reception when we checked in kindly allocated a pool room for my birthday trip and I am so grateful that he did as we had a jumeirah walk view booked. But we loved the pool view room. Thankyou Mukul for making my stay so special

Abhishek - our housekeeping - I don't know how he knew it was my birthday but he went above and beyond by decorating my room in birthday decor and a cake. That was such a beautiful gesture. I was definately surprised and delighted by this personal touch. I have never experienced such care. Thanks so much Abhishek

Hussain on reception. I am so grateful that he gave us complimentary late checkout as standard checkout was 12noon and our flight was late evening that day. I am ever so grateful

And lastly but not least, a special thanks to Ansari at the Azure bar. This guy made us feel so special and welcome throughout our holiday. His passion to build relationships with guests were visible. He was so engaging and polite and provided a welcome/farewell mocktail. This was just an amazing touch. A great way to start the vacation and a great way to end it. He was very attentive towards us and other guests around the pool area

It's because of such positive experiences that I shall definately be staying at the Sheraton JBR again

Wow! The freshly renovated and beautifully designed rooms are truly impressive. The service is outstanding, everything is clean, and the hotel is perfectly located right on the beach, with several excellent restaurants within walking distance.

This is by far my favourite hotel in Dubai and one of my top picks from the Marriott Bonvoy portfolio.

I had a pleasant staycation at this hotel. The staff was very thorough and attentive. At breakfast I was always able to order something from the kitchen according to my wishes. Mr. Ansari in particular was very friendly and attentive and looked after us every morning. The room service was also very thorough and attentive. Every now and then they knocked on the door and asked if we needed anything else and even handed out chocolate :) the hotel was very centrally located and there was both the beach and plenty of restaurants and shopping opportunities nearby. I just wish the rooms for 3 were a bit bigger to ensure more comfort.

This hotel has undergone a major renovation and the room I stayed at was tastefully renovated, the room was modern, bright with amazing view.
The staff are very friendly and professionally trained.
The access to the pool and the beach is made easy. The builtin bar at the pool is great and the trees surrounding the pool are so relaxing.
I hope to visit again.

High-quality service with a very cozy green area, like an oasis in the desert. Convenient access to the beach and the sea. Everything is done wisely. For families with children there are playgrounds and a pool under the shade. A lot of trees!!! Refreshing clean water in the pool with direct access to the bar. You can enjoy a cold drink without leaving the pool. The staff is very responsive. Thank you very much Bilal! And special thanks to Emily from the reception! despite the traffic, she found me a taxi))

The service and food here was simply amazing. We also went on a 7 day cruise which included Dubai, Bahrain, Doha, and some other places. The food here was better than any food we tried on the cruise ship. I would definitely recommend the Sheraton.
