We stayed 5 nights in Novotel World Trade Center. We had a pleasant stay. The room is compact, the room was cleaned every day and the cleaning was done spot on. The house keeping team was really helpful and provided water bottles whenever we requested. The metro is in walkable distance accessible through the exhibition center so you don’t have to walk in sun for long time. Overall we had a good time.

We stayed with our family (2 adults + 2 children) for a week. We were pleased with the hotel and its location. The beach is 15 minutes away by bus (or taxi). The center is 25 minutes away by metro (the metro is a three-minute walk away). The hotel is new, recently commissioned. The room (for a family) is small but cozy. The staff is friendly and helpful. A Russian-speaking girl works there. The area is quiet. There are medical institutions around. We had breakfast and dinner. Breakfast is a moderate buffet. Dinner is a la carte (there is not much choice), but it is prepared with love. The overall impression of staying at the hotel is only positive!

Excellent new hotel. We got a room with a beautiful view of Burj Khalifa. Situated in the Healthcare City area - surrounded by all sorts of clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, etc. There is some problem with eating nearby and inexpensively - we did not find any cafes or restaurants nearby. Excellent pool on the roof, at the end of the day - rolling pins in the bar.

We visited the hotel as part of an information tour of the UAE. We liked the location of the hotel right away. Convenient! Not far from the airport, not far from Downtown and Dubai Mall, also close to Festival City and the historic district of Deira. The hotel is new, opened in August 2019, so all the rooms (there are 3 categories) are in excellent condition 👍🏼! There is a small but cozy pool on the roof. Cool coffee shop in the lobby. Also, according to the guest relations, children under 16 can stay with their parents for free. I don’t know if this option is still available. Overall, I recommend the hotel!

Very nice hotel with friendly staff and good service overall. The breakfast buffet is a mix of everything, so there is something for anyone. The pool is also very nice, unfortunately it closes at 8 p.m exactly when the temperature is survivable during the summer. All in all, I had an enjoyable stay here and would definitely recommend it.

We really liked the stay , everything was very fast and quick...
There's no issue for check in check out.... And yeah ofcourse I must add about the staff behaviour and staff service , they are very helpful and very kind in nature... Overall experience was very nice... And breakfast was recommendable... Many many thanks to the Chefs for the breakfast of all the day... Really it's was a great experience staying here...

The room is neat and clean. The breakfast are good also. Room services are great, the pool is nice and clean **make it a glass wall, so that you can see the view** but overall excellent hotel. Thanks Gillian for great customer service.
