From the moment I arrived the front desk was amazing! The housekeeper Mani did a great job cleaning. He did a great job and provided everything we needed. The room service was so kind and very welcoming. The lady at the front desk who is so kind even found me a lot of good stuff on my Covid test and they come to your room! I 1000 percent recommend this hotel. Can't wait to go back

Do yourself a favor and visit this beautiful restaurant in Vida Creek Harbor. The service is second to none. The staff truly cares about your experience. I would like to highlight Jamie, Raj, Nigesh and Eugene for their excellent service. The food is absolutely amazing - everything we tried melted in our mouths. Got to meet Chef Allen. Absolutely the best meal we have had in a while. Highly recommend!

Luxury hotel with views of Dubai

Very wonderful experience here at Vida Creek Harbour Hotel. We had a very relaxing fun time with my family during our 4 days work/staycation here. The infinity pool has a very nice vice and relaxing ambiance. We also had a great experience with all the staff specially ‘Mary’ who’s the one doing the service to us.

My stay here at Vida has been nothing but incredible I would recommend this to anyone visiting Dubai. The personal has been incredibly friendly every where you go you are greeted with a smile. A special thanks to Shikta Roy for making sure my room was spectacular every day fresh and clean. If you plan on visiting Dubai definitely consider Vida Creek harbour with one of the best pool views for relaxation and easy to get into downtown from here.

The staff at this hotel specially ms mary were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious lunch and dinner. My kids loved and enjoyed their stay.

We recently stayed at the Vida Creek Harbour Hotel, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel’s location offers stunning views of the Dubai skyline and the serene Creek Harbour. There are nearby restaurants and a lovely promenade to have a night walk and enjoy the city lights. The modern, chic decor and decent cleanliness of the hotel were impressive.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. They were attentive, polite, friendly, and always ready to help with any request. The room was spacious, well-appointed, and offered a breathtaking view of the harbour.

The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, with a wide variety of options to start the day right.

The amenities were top-notch, including a beautiful infinity pool and a well-equipped fitness center.

Though we were a bit saddened by the TV options in the room. The hotel only offered iOS-friendly users, which limited our viewing choices as an Android user. I would suggest the hotel consider adding Android-friendly or smart TVs to cater to a wider range of guests. Despite this minor issue, we would still recommend the Vida Creek Harbour Hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We will definitely be returning!

I've been a customer of Vida as both guest across a few properties and regular restaurant/lobby customer. I never left a review but the service provided by Mary is outstanding. She goes above and beyond to make the few hours I'm at Vida the best they can be. Whenever I'm working, I can see her pacing around making sure everybody is well taken care of, and always with a smile and incredible attitude. She's a superstar employee and deserves all the best! I had a wonderful stay at Vida Dubai Creek. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The highlight of our stay was the exceptional service from the front desk staff, especially a kind lady from Egypt. She made us feel very welcome and went out of her way to assist us. Highly recommend this hotel!

Amazing hotel in a great location, with a great atmosphere.
The whole area is very clean and right next to the hotel is the best view of the city. Most of the staff is good specially to the lady in reception forgot her name but shes good smile as always definetely will come again
