Definitely not bad. Booked the suite with the convertible sofa and balcony for 4 people. It was spacious enough, location close to a few sites and very close to creek harbour for some great breakfast places.

Chandris at reception was very helpful. They’re all accommodating and friendly

I had an incredible time and food experience at The SOUK. Th service was flawless,and the dishes were crafted to perfection. Khalid´s leadership truly shines-his attention to detail and friendly approach made all the difference. Highly recommend!

New and luxury hotel, but I have a note: There is a discount on rooms by code of one of the celebrities who made the advertisement. When I used the code and tried at the reception, she said that the discount exists and did not tell me, when I came to pay by bank card, I saw that the amount was different, I went back and told her that the amount was wrong. Haha, I am alone, no one is with me. You see someone with me, and even if you are someone's superiority, the offer does not change its price, and you change the price. I noticed that the hotel is very excellent, but this behavior upset me, especially since I come from Abu Dhabi at night and tired, and in the morning I have another job.

The rooms are very spacious, breakfast was superb, the hospitality of staff are amazing, the housekeeping are very accommodating. Theresa from the pool/bar was very kind to have a nice conversation with us while serving us with drinks. It makes a difference when you feel welcomed. Great customer service overall! Our stay was great,just the shuttle bus service is not useful at all, they want you to book 24 hrs in advance, there are only 3 bus times service, morning, lunch, and afternoon, the check in procedure is quite long, if you are coming from a really tiring trip a quicker check in would have helped. When we phone the operator there's a delay in answer. Otherwise, most staff are welcoming specially to the buffet staff Janice, Catherine,May, Roston and Nishar who have been exceptional with their service making our breakfast experience very pleasant.

I’ve been already two times here and I love everything about this hotel. Great rooms, great breakfast, staff is very welcoming! I’d like to thank Adel, Theresa, Kyi and all the staff of Stage pool lounge for everything. Can’t wait to be back!

This place not just for weekend or vacation or to take a little bit off relax… if you you have a business to do or something important like that … it’s a great Hotel for family, children, friends, meetings, parties, activities
