A cozy hotel of economy class for young people. To travel on a regular free Shuttle bus to the beach before 9 am need to take on the reception card to avoid jostling during landing.

Located in Deira in the area of the roundabout at the shopping centre al Ghurair. 15 km from the airport Dubai. In walking distance are streets with many shops, restaurants and cafes.
Consists of one 9-storey building.
The hotel has 96 spacious guest rooms.
Beach: public, sandy 7 km from the hotel (3 coastline). The entrance to the sea sand. On the beach umbrellas, sun beds: free. Shuttle bus to the beach (the beach Al Mamzar Park, entrance fee 1.4$). The beach is 1.7 km away.

This kind of behavior is deceptive and unprofessional. I strongly advise others to be cautious and personally will not be returning or recommending this place. Transparency and integrity should be a minimum standard in any business.
Worst hotel I have ever been to. Rude and arrogant receptionist.

After waiting for 3 hours In time for check in. The rude and uncivilised woman who was working at the till was trying to charge me over £100 more cause they take the “exchange rate lower” however on booking.com the price was fixed and this was not mentioned at all do not listen to any positive reviews and also I will be reporting them to booking.com for trying to scam customers. Shame
Room and lobby stink. There is mould on the shower curtain.
Upon checking in, the patronizing desk person (not Edward) charged me 25% extra stating that I had failed to correctly read the fees.
