Unfriendly and Unaccommodating Service

I traveled a long distance and booked a room at this hotel, hoping to spend some quality time with my family and friends. Unfortunately, I was not allowed to have them in my room even for a short visit. When I expressed my disappointment to the reception and decided to check out early, the receptionist didn't seem to care and simply stated that it was okay since my stay was already paid for.

What made the experience worse was that they didn’t even offer me an alternative room or any options, even though I was willing to pay extra just to have my loved ones with me. Instead, I felt like they were chasing me out.

This lack of empathy and customer care is deeply disappointing. I would have gladly paid for any solution they could have provided, but their attitude made me feel unwelcome. I do not recommend this hotel if you expect any level of consideration or flexibility in service.

I do not recommend this hotel at all.
The service is awful. The rooms are small and stuffy. If you come to Dubai for relaxation or business, this hotel is definitely a very bad choice.
We arrived at the hotel at 4:00 p.m. We were delayed for more than an hour and a half to check in because there were few people at the reception and they worked very slowly.
We were told that we were delayed because they wanted to give a good room. But the room we were given was not clean and was not even charged. We called the reception three times, and after an hour and a half, a room service person came, who was also rude, and brought some items.
The rooms are not well insulated and the air conditioning system does not work well and street noise comes in the room. You have to always keep close the curtains and you never have natural light.
Forget the TV. The TV is not connected to the Internet and a limited number of unwatchable boring channels are set on it.
The important thing is to forget the feeling of security in this hotel.

AVOID AND RUN AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL
1- The location of the hotel is awful. You see the ugly side of Dubai, which the UAE probably does not want anyone to see, in this place. The location of the hotel is where migrant workers live. There is a bus and truck parking lot next to the hotel, and the stench of urine, feces, and garbage is annoying when passing through it.
​Metro and public transport are not near the hotel, and taxis are not easily found. Do not count on the cooperation of the hotel staff, in 90% of cases they will not help you unless they take a significant tip from you.
There is no suitable shopping center near the hotel and there are only supermarkets and stores that have cheap and cheap Chinese goods.
2- Do not expect a four-star hotel. The hotel is at the level of a three-star hotel with a low level. The rooms are small. The air conditioning system is broken and no one is fixing it. Room service is very weak and of low and minimal quality. The bathroom is dirty and the fan is not working properly. The design of the room is such that despite a large window, you have to always close the curtains completely and you cannot use natural light, and it is like being in a box without oxygen.
The rooms can hear each other because there is a door between the rooms. The hotel lobby is ugly with old, dirty, and messy sofas.
3- Hotel employees and managers are very slow and irresponsible and in some cases rude. They do not cooperate with you and you have to follow up with them regularly to perform their duties and they perform their duties very late and incompletely.
4- You should take care of your health in this hotel. There are insects in the room and the bagel I took for breakfast was old and moldy when I bit into it.
