We recently hosted our wedding reception, and the food and service were absolutely outstanding! The location was good and close to metro stationbut it was close to a night bazaar and every night, there was a lot of noise, which made it difficult to relax or sleep peacefully.
Overall, while the staff made the stay pleasant, improvements in amenities and breakfast offerings would significantly enhance the experience.
1. We personally expected a bit more since it's a 4 star hotel. For example, bigger room, better amenities like microwave in the room, etc
2. We had some issues with getting hot water but they resolved it and were very nice and followed up frequently
3. There's a night market just beside it where they sing super loudly till like 11:30pm which was super annoying. Not the hotel's fault but caused our sleep to not be the best
4. We were told that the breakfast was ~25 aed per person but was actually ~50 aed. There might have been some miscommunication somewhere. The breakfast was tasty but limited number of vegetarian items.
I traveled a long distance and booked a room at this hotel, hoping to spend some quality time with my family and friends. Unfortunately, I was not allowed to have them in my room even for a short visit. When I expressed my disappointment to the reception and decided to check out early, the receptionist didn't seem to care and simply stated that it was okay since my stay was already paid for.
What made the experience worse was that they didn’t even offer me an alternative room or any options, even though I was willing to pay extra just to have my loved ones with me. Instead, I felt like they were chasing me out.
This lack of empathy and customer care is deeply disappointing. I would have gladly paid for any solution they could have provided, but their attitude made me feel unwelcome. I do not recommend this hotel if you expect any level of consideration or flexibility in service.
Breakfast was acceptable with fresh fruits but repetitive and usual variety.
I recommend this hotel to stay if you want to enjoy your vacation.
Responsiveness of the hotel staff was very good but slow😉 and we asked for a room change on the first night, and they did it for us as whatever we needed.
