The food variety was excellent, with plenty of delicious options to choose from each day. The hotel’s location is absolutely perfect as well, making it easy to explore the area and access nearby attractions and beach.
Overall, a truly great hotel that exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again!
We paid for our one-week vacation before even arriving in Dubai because it was confirmed that we would stay in a 145 m² sea-view suite on the top floors. The only reason we booked such a large room is that we enjoy staying in rooms with a sea view; otherwise, we usually do not even spend much time in the room.
Despite this, after checking into the hotel, we were given a room on the lower floors, located between buildings. When I informed the reception about the situation, the staff said they could only provide a room if we accepted the first floor. Is this why we pay such high fees before even arriving?
The Dubai Hilton family caused our vacation to start badly the moment we entered the hotel. Please do not mislead customers during reservations. Deliver what you promise.
Drinks (coffee, Hot chocolate, Tea and Juice by waiter/waitress) Half Board for Lunch or dinner also in other restaurants possible. (100 AED from the Menu). Every day Themed Buffet (incl by booked half board) . Service great ! Thanks to Myat, Khizar, Khin, Alyssa, Rachel and all the others !!!!! You are awesome! We enjoy our stay sooooooo much !
Pool quit,less guests, smaller than in the Hilton Jumeirah JBR, but as a guest you can use pools and Bars, restaurants of both Hotels. Great ! 100 m to the beach, across a bridge from Level LG to Hilton Jumeirah JBR

The area around the hotel is also lively, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and other dining options just steps away.
Our room had a sea view, which was truly beautiful. Although the hotel isn’t brand new, it’s in good condition and well-maintained.
The only downside was the elevator situation—it often took a long time to get from one floor to another, and they were frequently crowded. Improving the elevator logistics would definitely enhance the overall experience.
