The hotel complex is situated along one of the most popular places in town, the promenade Walk with lots of boutiques and restaurants. Guests of the residence free use of beach infrastructure the main body. The beach is 3 minutes walk away. The advantage of the residences are more spacious rooms and a kitchen, the advantage of the main building – direct access to the beach. When you check takes a Deposit.
Built in 2011.Location: on the Jumeirah coast, a short drive from the most fashionable shopping malls of Dubai, the indoor ski slopes, Golf club, water parks, equestrian club, 20 km from the airport Dubai.

Consists of a 42-storey building, located across the boardwalk from the main building. Connect the open bridge to the Hilton Dubai Jumeirah Resort.
The hotel has 369 rooms at the Residence Tower.
Beach: own sand 200 m from the hotel (1st coastal line). The beach is 350 m, beach towels, umbrellas, deckchairs: free of charge. Pool towels, umbrellas, deckchairs: free of charge.
Upon arrival the hotel will take a Deposit of about$ 100/ day Deposit amount are returned to DHS.

Reviews
Systems were down around check in so there was a wait. Requested early check in the day prior and was told yes but upon arrival early check in was no longer available. Lots of construction going on for remodeling and one of the lifts wouldn’t take you to the ground floor so if you took that one, be prepared for stairs to get to the lobby.
Room had a bad odor when first entering but opened the balcony door to air out.
Hotel staff was very kind and extremely helpful! Housekeeping was on top and provided anything we needed. The breakfast buffet had many options suitable for vegans, vegetarians, and those who eat pork.
The location is what made the stay so incredible. You’re in the heart of everything with endless dining possibilities, entertainment, beach access, and night life.
I will definitely consider Hilton the Walk again for my future stays in Dubai.
Breakfast is typical hotel fare, but there were limited options for breakfast cereals. The breakfast area is an awkward shape, however.
The lifts are an absolute nightmare. They would often skip straight past our floor and were a source of frustration for many.
Having hired a car for the duration of our stay, we were able to park in the car park for free.
Aside from the lifts, the only negatives were that we weren't provided with a clothes airer until our last day, and that there were works going on at 11pm.
Review: June 28 - July 2
Our family of five had the pleasure of staying at Hilton Dubai The Walk from June 28 to July 2, and the experience was nothing short of amazing.
**What We Loved:**
- Breakfast: The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of both hot and cold dishes to suit all tastes.
- Beds: Exceptionally comfortable beds ensured we all had a good night's sleep.
- Rooms: We had a family suite and a studio, both of which were spacious, beautiful, and well-equipped. The family suite was particularly roomy and comfortable.
- Service: The staff we encountered were professional and friendly. Special thanks to the concierge service, which helped us with transportation every day.
- Beach and Pool: The beach was beautiful, and the pool was also great. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy the sun.
**Areas for Improvement:**
- Elevators: The only significant drawback was the slow elevators. We experienced wait times of up to 10-15 minutes, which was quite frustrating.
- Studio: The studio was extremely humid and cold, even when we turned up the temperature. This made the stay a bit less comfortable for those staying in that room.
Overall, we give Hilton Dubai The Walk a solid 5 out of 5 stars. The stay was fantastic, and we would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Dubai.

The customer service is beyond amazing. Sarah at the front desk was very welcoming, courteous, and always with a smile. Made sure my mom was well taken care of.
