Guests of the residence free use of beach infrastructure the main body. The beach is 3 minutes walk away. GREAT hotel The whole thing was excellent! Our accommodation was spotless and well-appointed with everything we needed. . The atmosphere was elegant without being stuffy. The employees and service were also outstanding, as they were friendly, helpful, quick to respond to requests. Great job to Eloisa! She did a great job!

It was a wonderful experience in Hilton the walk. Room was very clean with beautiful view. Special thanks to tharindu lifeguard he was very friendly with our kids and family and he always welcomed us as a family. I would like to recommend to my friends to visit Hilton. And we will meet again next year.

We arrived at about 2am, only to be told that the room we had booked (a two bedroom apartment) was not available. We were offered two rooms with a connecting door and took them, only to be moved the next day (although this took some time).
Breakfast is typical hotel fare, but there were limited options for breakfast cereals. The breakfast area is an awkward shape, however.
The lifts are an absolute nightmare. They would often skip straight past our floor and were a source of frustration for many.
Having hired a car for the duration of our stay, we were able to park in the car park for free.
Aside from the lifts, the only negatives were that we weren't provided with a clothes airer until our last day, and that there were works going on at 11pm.

Our family of five had the pleasure of staying at Hilton Dubai The Walk from June 28 to July 2, and the experience was nothing short of amazing.
**What We Loved:**
- Breakfast: The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of both hot and cold dishes to suit all tastes.
- Beds: Exceptionally comfortable beds ensured we all had a good night's sleep.
- Rooms: We had a family suite and a studio, both of which were spacious, beautiful, and well-equipped. The family suite was particularly roomy and comfortable.
- Service: The staff we encountered were professional and friendly. Special thanks to the concierge service, which helped us with transportation every day.
- Beach and Pool: The beach was beautiful, and the pool was also great. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy the sun.
**Areas for Improvement:**
- Elevators: The only significant drawback was the slow elevators. We experienced wait times of up to 10-15 minutes, which was quite frustrating.
- Studio: The studio was extremely humid and cold, even when we turned up the temperature. This made the stay a bit less comfortable for those staying in that room.
Overall, we give Hilton Dubai The Walk a solid 5 out of 5 stars. The stay was fantastic, and we would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Dubai.

We stayed in the hotel for our first family trip. We booked the 3 Bedroom Suite. The suite is so nice and spacious. It fit our 2 families comfortably and the dining room was an amazing addition making our family dinners cozy.
The customer service is beyond amazing. Sarah at the front desk was very welcoming, courteous, and always with a smile. Made sure my mom was well taken care of. She made sure during our stay was that all our needs and requests were done in a timely manner. She is a great asset to your front desk team.

Great location directly at the beach with great view to BlueWaters and the Palm. JBR offers a lot of activities and restaurants and many sights are easy to reach by taxi or tram/metro
Staff was very attentive and detail oriented, especially at the breakfast restaurant.

Amazing hotel with very good restaurants, nice staff and perfect rooms. Special thanks to Walid for helping us at the front desk. Location of the hotel is perfect as well, close to the beach, nice pool and walking distance from metro. A lot to do, see and eat around “the walk” as well. We will definitely be back!

This is literally the most amazing hotel staff team I’ve ever encountered with while traveling! The housekeeping team definitely will exceed your expectations while going above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable during your stay. The front desk receptionists are very welcoming and friendly. I’ve had the pleasure to meet Caroline and Nawal! They are so patient and are more than welcomed to help you with anything during your stay! Also the location is very convenient, everything is within walking distance whether it’s a 10 min walk to the marina or 2-3 min walk for a bite to eat. They have so many things you can find to do in this area. Overall you definitely won’t be left disappointed with your stay at The Hilton The Walk. I would recommend 10/10!

Very nice hotel, excellent location, great pool and private beach facilities. The restaurants within the 2 hotels are also excellent we tried every one and they did not disappoint. The housekeeping was also fantastic, decorated our room most days with beautiful displays, and also made a special birthday very special with cakes and decorations.
