Rixos Premium Dubai JBR

Our stay at the Rixos was truly amazing. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suit on the 32 floor and the views were incredible, they spanned from the view of the palm to the Dubai eye. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. The housekeeping was very attentive, his name was Hussain and he was so friendly and polite and if we needed anything he was all ways around on the floor.

Great location easy access to the beach, and to pop out for a bite to eat. Fantastic valet parking staff always on hand to help. Wonderful stay for our family!

The hotel has perfect location, access to the good beach and well organized pool area. We had a half-board, breakfast and lunches are very diverse and food is quality.
However, we had a security issue with the room door (see video). I am not sure if other rooms have the same issue, but that looks like not a very well thought out design of the door lock.

During my previous stay at the stunning Rixos Premium JBR in Dubai, I was so impressed that I knew it was the perfect destination for my family’s Saudi National Day holiday. True to my expectations, the experience exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, we were embraced by the warm hospitality and impeccable service that make this hotel stand out.

The variety of amenities truly made our stay unforgettable. The pools, with their pristine waters and family-friendly atmosphere, provided endless entertainment for both adults and kids. The breakfast was a culinary delight, offering an array of international options that catered to all tastes. What really added to our joy was the availability of jet skis right at the hotel’s beach, adding an adventurous touch to our relaxing holiday.

A special shout-out goes to the exceptional staff who made our stay even more memorable. Ismail, from the front office team, greeted us daily with his ever-present smile and willingness to assist. His warmth set the tone for our entire stay. Additionally, a heartfelt thanks to Mr. Bibin Abraham, who surprised us with a delightful selection of Arabic baklava and a fresh fruit platter delivered straight to our room. These thoughtful gestures made us feel valued and cared for, turning an already outstanding experience into something truly special.

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay, and I wholeheartedly recommend Rixos Premium JBR to anyone seeking luxury, comfort, and exceptional service. We look forward to returning for another perfect holiday!

From Checking in to leaving had the most wonderful experience at this hotel. Rixos chain of hotels always offer excellent customer service, top food standards and quality and impeccable clean hotels throughout. The reception staff was amazing it was my husbands birthday and they got us a fantastic room, organised a birthday cake, fruit and birthday card to be delivered to the room ....how thoughtful. When we returned to our room on the evening we had in rose petals spelt out happy birthday on the bed. Thank you all for all your efforts it went a long way. The pool area was kept clean I watched one cleaning he was cleaning everything and anything ....amazing job. Orders for food and drink was easy and always someone about. Breakfast was amazing the choice and selection outstanding really (orange juice tasted proper squeezed not the horrible sugar sweet cheap stuff). I always rate the Rixos you get what you pay for. We certainly enjoyed our stay.

We opted for the adult pool,was double the price...this is a bit excessive.
Service was good here.
Food and drinks were deducted from the access price,which made the day affordable and enjoyable.
My wife had free breakfast and 5 drinks free...bargain.

Unbelievable hotel with attentive staff who couldn’t do more for you. The staff in the azure beach club made our time so enjoyable. Housekeeping went above and beyond. Could not recommend this hotel enough!! Thank you for making your holiday so amazing. We will be back to stay here again.

Wonderful hotel. We vacationed here at the end of May. The sea water was the perfect temperature. Beach with a gentle entrance to the water and soft sand. I recommend taking half board. The food is amazing, a huge selection for both breakfast and dinner. Many thanks to Yuri for his help on any, even minor issues, he made us feel like special guests

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Rixos Hotel and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! The highlight of our stay was the beach and pool area—both were pristine and incredibly relaxing. The beach was clean and the pool area had plenty of comfortable loungers with attentive staff always on hand to assist.

The location of the hotel is perfect, offering stunning views and easy access to local attractions. It's in a prime spot that made exploring the surrounding area effortless and enjoyable.

Housekeeping was top-notch throughout our stay. Special shoutout to Hussein, who did a remarkable job keeping our room spotless and ensuring we had everything we needed. His attention to detail and friendliness truly made a difference.

We were also very impressed with the gym at Rixos Hotel. It is very big, well-equipped with modern machines and free weights, and provided a great space to keep up with our fitness routine.

Overall, our stay at Rixos Hotel was exceptional, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable getaway!

Nice check in, very friendly staff. Good size room with sea view. Shower quality is so so, water takes a long time to get hot and the water pressure not strong enough. House keeping is great Ali took really good care of us and the room. Great pool area very big. Very nice beach. The beach beds are really uncomfortable this was a big negative. Beach staff are very nice. One negative is driving into and out of the hotel can be a nightmare. There are many hotels on this resort including huge boardwalk and playground for kids. The traffic is bumper to bumper sometimes it takes 15 to do 100 meters. Sometimes it took us 20 minutes to get to the main road which is 200 meters away.
