Rixos Premium Dubai JBR

I booked Rixos for my partners 30th birthday - the team were super helpful and supportive with the issue with the room and outdone themselves with the room and the view and the cake on arrival. All the team are so friendly and helpful and went above and beyond for us. A couple of days later, I got engaged to on the trip and again - the staff went above and beyond and were so welcoming! We could not have faulted our stay. The location was unreal, the hotel was gorgeous and the restaurants on site are amazing. We will be staying here again as it will always have a special place in our hearts. Thanks for everything!

Enjoyed our stay overall. The rooms are great and the staff very friendly. Panoramic view room was great. There are too many rooms for the facilities - breakfast often had a queue from 10am. The food was very good though. The pool has a nice adult only area but you have to be early to get beds. Poolside food is good too and good service. Even busier on the weekend. The music every day at the pool
Is far too loud and annoying. Location and gym were very good.
They also took a 2000AED “deposit” at check in but it wasn’t a holding charge and actually debited. They refunded same day on check out though but it wasn’t annoying.
Agree on the point about the influx of Russian tourists, who aren’t particularly well mannered.
If the hotel fixed these points it would certainly get a 5* review.

I've stayed at this hotel three times - in 2021, again in 2022, and now in 2025. The cleanliness, modern design, and overall high standard have remained absolutely top-tier. It's impressive how well the hotel has maintained its quality over the years. Many places decline after a while, but not this one.

The staff is exceptional - friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Service remains as flawless as ever.

However, what has significantly changed is the type of guests. During my first visits, the clientele was refined, well-mannered, and suited to the hotel’s high standard. Now? Let’s just say the atmosphere has taken a hit. The place is overrun with uneducated Russians and misbehaving Turks who have no understanding of basic etiquette. Loud, disrespectful, and a stark contrast to the hotel’s otherwise impeccable experience. Additionally their kids are the same, screaming everywhere, running around like they own the place.

It’s a shame because the hotel itself is still excellent. If they could somehow filter out the clientele, it would be perfect.

Really great Hotel. We were at Rixos for four nights and had a great experience with top professionals in their jobs, the rooms were always kept to a high level of hygiene, the staff were very professional with a cultured attitude and always helpful. The hotel has the best possible location in JBR, with an excellent pool and sea view. A wonderful experience! Thank you Rixos.

We loved our stay at Rixos Premium JBR. It is in the perfect location and spotlessly clean. The downsides were that my partner didn’t receive a response to his questions in advance about organising something special for my birthday despite emailing a few times. As we arrived at around 8am on the day of our check in, we had to wait until 4pm for our room. We tried breakfast on our first day but as the vegan/plant based options were very limited, we’re pleased we hadn't committed to breakfast everyday. Other than those points, our stay was very enjoyable. Special thanks to the cleaning staff who left our room immaculate every day and the pool staff for being so attentive. Daytime by the pool at Azure was perfect . We didn’t try the restaurants as again, looking at the menu they lacked plant based options. Fortunately there are plenty of restaurants in Dubai that have variety. We LOVED Lock, Stock and Barrel.

More plant based options at the breakfast buffet and restaurants would make the stay even better.

Our stay at the Rixos was truly amazing. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suit on the 32 floor and the views were incredible, they spanned from the view of the palm to the Dubai eye. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. The housekeeping was very attentive, his name was Hussain and he was so friendly and polite and if we needed anything he was all ways around on the floor.

Great location easy access to the beach, and to pop out for a bite to eat. Fantastic valet parking staff always on hand to help. Wonderful stay for our family!

The hotel has perfect location, access to the good beach and well organized pool area. We had a half-board, breakfast and lunches are very diverse and food is quality.
However, we had a security issue with the room door (see video). I am not sure if other rooms have the same issue, but that looks like not a very well thought out design of the door lock.

During my previous stay at the stunning Rixos Premium JBR in Dubai, I was so impressed that I knew it was the perfect destination for my family’s Saudi National Day holiday. True to my expectations, the experience exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, we were embraced by the warm hospitality and impeccable service that make this hotel stand out.

The variety of amenities truly made our stay unforgettable. The pools, with their pristine waters and family-friendly atmosphere, provided endless entertainment for both adults and kids. The breakfast was a culinary delight, offering an array of international options that catered to all tastes. What really added to our joy was the availability of jet skis right at the hotel’s beach, adding an adventurous touch to our relaxing holiday.

A special shout-out goes to the exceptional staff who made our stay even more memorable. Ismail, from the front office team, greeted us daily with his ever-present smile and willingness to assist. His warmth set the tone for our entire stay. Additionally, a heartfelt thanks to Mr. Bibin Abraham, who surprised us with a delightful selection of Arabic baklava and a fresh fruit platter delivered straight to our room. These thoughtful gestures made us feel valued and cared for, turning an already outstanding experience into something truly special.

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay, and I wholeheartedly recommend Rixos Premium JBR to anyone seeking luxury, comfort, and exceptional service. We look forward to returning for another perfect holiday!

From Checking in to leaving had the most wonderful experience at this hotel. Rixos chain of hotels always offer excellent customer service, top food standards and quality and impeccable clean hotels throughout. The reception staff was amazing it was my husbands birthday and they got us a fantastic room, organised a birthday cake, fruit and birthday card to be delivered to the room ....how thoughtful. When we returned to our room on the evening we had in rose petals spelt out happy birthday on the bed. Thank you all for all your efforts it went a long way. The pool area was kept clean I watched one cleaning he was cleaning everything and anything ....amazing job. Orders for food and drink was easy and always someone about. Breakfast was amazing the choice and selection outstanding really (orange juice tasted proper squeezed not the horrible sugar sweet cheap stuff). I always rate the Rixos you get what you pay for. We certainly enjoyed our stay.
