Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina, an IHG Hotel

I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza Hotel Marina, and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel boasts a prime waterfront location with stunning views of the marina. The rooms are modern, spacious, and impeccably clean, offering a comfortable retreat after a day of exploration. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every need was met promptly. The on-site dining options were excellent, with a variety of delicious choices. Additionally, the hotel's amenities, including the pool and fitness center, were well-maintained and provided a great way to unwind. Overall, the Crowne Plaza Hotel Marina is a top-notch choice for anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing and enjoyable stay with beautiful surroundings.

Excellent value for money. It is better to take a room with a view of the Marina! + convenient location (everything you need is nearby, cafes, shopping center, shops, beach, metro, blue water, embankment, port, yacht ride) + excellent service! Everything is done to make the guest feel a priority. We got into the first taxi without a taximeter at the airport and when we arrived, the taxi driver said that the fare was 160 dirhams. But at the entrance, the porter who met us began to argue with him and as a result gave his 120 dirhams to the taxi driver and sent him away. And we went to change dollars for dirhams to give to the porter. The price for a taxi with a taximeter to the airport is 100 dirhams. This is the first time I have seen such care for a guest in a hotel. + also special thanks to the director of the restaurant - Anna. She treated our requests very carefully and provided assistance even where she should not have ❤️ + very tasty breakfasts. Every day a new fresh. I especially liked the omelette with truffle oil and parmesan. There are also cardboard boxes for guests if you need to take food with you + the rooms are stylish, new, comfortable, cleaning every day. The pool is not very cozy, so it is better to focus on the beach or walks. There is a closed beach Barasti nearby. At the entrance they ask to show a document. Due to the pandemic, you need to take your own towel. There are days when girls have free admission. You can order food and have everything you need. There is also a zero gravity beach - it is a little closer. And there are public beaches. I really liked the Marina itself as an area. Staying there is more of a walking holiday than a beach holiday. If you want the most beach / sea holiday, then it is better to choose another area.

Excellent hotel, wonderful, attentive staff! Clean, cozy rooms with large panoramic windows. Very attentive professional staff. Delicious breakfasts (with dinners it was a little more difficult) The staff responds to requests perfectly, all issues are resolved in full. Any of my friends who will go to Dubai will definitely recommend this wonderful hotel.

Amazing food quality, location and service! The staff are extremely nice. Our team went for the business lunch and the food was astounding! The team loved each serving from appetizers to desserts! Just completing another stay at the Crowne Plaza in the Marina. Very good property, nice clean rooms, a good business hotel on the Marina. My only advise to the management would be to provide better upgrades to diamond elites who stay in your hotel frequently. I understand that the rule is a one level upgrade however if I was managing a hotel and I had residents who frequent my hotel I would definitely give them suites whenever available. This hotel religiously upgrades you just one level up even though you try to stay there regularly. On the other hand a big big positive is the club lounge. In all of my stays Christle has been fantastic in her service and attitude. Definitely one of the better club lounges in Dubai. This time I had the privilege of meeting Wai and Linn as well who made my time in the lounge really nice. The food drinks and service in the lounge is top notch. Thanks team for making me want to come back. I hope the higher management understands the value of repeat elite guests as well, and will make me see the value in coming back to your property.

This place has both, “homey” vibes and “vacation” vibes simultaneously-how great is that?! It’s mega beautiful, very clean and the staff are the NICEST people on the planet. They go out of their way to make sure all guests have the best care and comfort. Oh, not to mention the delicious lunches and dinners we had… phenomenal 🙌🏻 I wish I could give them 50 stars!

An amazing place to stay. I had my wedding in the Marina ballroom in the hotel and consecutively had multiple rooms for me my husband and my family booked.
Everything is created for your comfort, and because the hotel is well established everything is always smooth. And amazing views of Dubai marina. Shout out to lovely from the events team for being diligent and catering to all our questions and requests to the best of her ability. This hotel will always hold a place in our memories.
