InterContinental Marina, an IHG Hotel

Excellent modern hotel. The lobby is modern and quiet. Very welcoming staff from the bell hop to the check in. The room was a bit small but very well appointed. The floor to ceiling glass with great views of the marina made up for the small room. The bathroom was very clean and great water pressure.
Breakfast was excellent with lots of options for every taste.
Highly recommended to explore the marina. Take a cruise, or go shopping or dining right at the footsteps of the hotel.
Will stay here again...

I travel frequently for work and have stayed in many hotels around the world, but my recent stay at the InterContinental Dubai Marina has been truly exceptional. What made this visit stand out was the outstanding service from the staff. In particular, I want to commend Jawhar, whose professionalism and attention to detail were of the highest standard. His warm and attentive approach made a real difference and contributed to making this stay extra special. Thank you to the entire team for such a memorable experience!

Large spacious clean room. Some rooms overlook the marina while others had a view of the driveway and building opposite. Not sure if people across could see me on the toilet so had the blinds down at all times. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful

Our brief one-night visit was made memorable by this hotel's excellent service. We were incredibly impressed by the complimentary upgrade to a spacious residence room, perfectly accommodating our family of five when our original booking was found to be too small. This thoughtful gesture truly enhanced our stay. The breakfast offered a marvelous and extensive selection, with flavors that were perfectly suited to Asian tastes – a real treat. The service during breakfast was also top-notch, particularly from Ahmed. His warm demeanor and proactive approach in anticipating our needs made a significant positive impact on our experience.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Continental, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I checked in, the service was exceptional. The clerk, Guzel, was incredibly kind and went above and beyond by upgrading our room to a suite. The suite itself was absolutely fabulous—spacious, well-furnished, and designed with comfort in mind.

The room came with a fully equipped kitchen, which was a pleasant surprise. It included all the appliances you could ask for—dishwasher, microwave, oven, and even a washing machine. To top it off, they provided thoughtful touches like dishwasher tablets and washing machine pads, making it clear they’ve thought of everything to make guests feel at home.

The balcony was perfect for a relaxing evening, offering a nice view and a peaceful atmosphere. Inside the kitchen, we had everything from pans and dishes to various glasses, allowing us to enjoy meals comfortably if we chose to cook.

Room service was fantastic as well—prompt, friendly, and attentive. The pool, while a bit small, was well-maintained and clean, providing a great spot to unwind after a day of exploring. As for breakfast, it was delicious! The omelette bar was a highlight, where you could order a variety of custom toasts and toppings, ensuring a fresh start to the day.

Although the rooms that overlooked the city didn’t have sound-proof windows and the outside noises were really disturbing.

Overall, Hotel Continental exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay with great amenities. A big thank you to Guzel for making our stay even more memorable and let us to stay up to 3 pm the day we were checking out.

Stayed at this hotel for a few days and had a great experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The breakfast buffet was really good—lots of choices and everything tasted fresh. One morning I was helped by Rafiq, who was working the buffet. Super friendly guy and really on top of things. He made the whole morning feel a bit more welcoming. Little moments like that definitely make a stay more memorable. Would totally come back!
