Signature Hotel Al Barsha

We booked two rooms for a quick staycation in Dubai and it was just beyond amazing! The front desk staff were helpful and we checked in quickly in less than 10 minutes. The rooms are super clean with spacious space and fresh look. The breakfast was so great with various dishes. We didn’t get a chance to try the swimming pool or the gym but definitely next time we will. The hotel is very affordable and chic!

My cousin and I booked a room through our travel agency, but when we arrived, we did not receive the room we had paid for. Instead, we were told that our room was fully booked. Despite expressing our dissatisfaction, we were placed in a smoking room. No changes were made until we spoke with our travel agency, who then contacted Darren. He quickly resolved the issue and moved us to a better room within a couple of hours. Everything has been great since then, and we are very grateful to have received what we paid for, though we were initially upset by the delay. We truly didn’t think we’d get our room, but we’re glad that Darren was able to help.al though I do have to say thr tables at the dining area were unclean and dusty and their breakfast wasn’t great for the first two days they had fruit salad which they served all the same the next day . And we saw one of the hotel staff that assisted with our food spit in the sink where dishes were being washed and in our view . The service was great from the staff but the actual hotel was a bit of a catfish

Signature hotel Barsha manager and staff provided excellent hospitality, always going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms were clean, well-maintained with all the necessary amenities, several facilities including F&B in the building. This hotel is a great place situated in a convenient location nearby shopping mall, metro station, making it easy to explore the city for tourists as well as working professionals in Dubai to commute. Furthermore, luxury car rental shop is just few steps from this hotel which makes supercar enthusiasts easy to rent multiple exotic cars often to explore glamorous Dubai. Overall, it's a great choice for anyone looking for a comfortable, entertaining and accessible stay in Dubai.

Stayed two weeks in this hotel, was value for money prime location, daily cleaning and helpful staff. Special shout out to Miss Ulfat at the reception she was very kind and prompt with all our request. Very attentive and provided exceptional experience.

I recently had a wonderful experience at Signature Hotel Al barcha. The cleanliness of the room surpassed my expectations, with every surface sparkling and smelling fresh. The attention to detail was impressive, from the neatly folded towels to the perfectly made bed.

I was also impressed by the timeliness of the housekeeping service. My room was always cleaned promptly, and I never had to wait long for it to be serviced. Housekeeper Ravi were courteous and respectful of my personal belongings, ensuring that everything was put back in its place.

Overall, I was satisfied with the service at this Hotel. The professionalism and dedication of the staff truly made my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

I'm a regular guests of your hotel , it's because your hotel Manager Darin has his own style of making my guests happy ,he is good manners wishing all the time we have so much issues during check in and a night shifts staff had a problem with me and 3 packs and so i took again another room , but they dont allow my guest with ID. Why .. me upset ,next morning me meet manager explain and he went to make my stay so happy . Thank u to him and house staffs very good always..me come back again ..

The staff is very friendly and pleasant! We were provided with a large room for two. You can always ask for free water, cleaning every day. Ravi from the maid is very kind. Although my level of English is far from ideal, I have always been able to understand each other. There is a swimming pool with very warm water on the roof of the hotel. The hotel is located next to the metro, which is very convenient for getting around the city.

visited Dubai as a tourist and my stay in the hotel was for a short period. The hotel staff in the front desk gave me a very warm welcome and the manager made me at ease with his pleasant attitude. I was extremely impressed with the service and attitude of Mr. Musahath who took care in every possible manner. As this was my first time, I'd some challenges which he quickly sorted it out and guided me to navigate the city without much of a hassle. He made my stay so pleasant. He even ensured that I reached my next destination safe and comfortable. His services and attitude are highly commendable.

Everything was alright, it's just bad idea to have rooms on the low floors due to clubs and disco. It was rather noisy at night and was sometimes hard to sleep due to loud music.

Restaurant is rather cheap and tasty. Staff was also nice. Staff was cleaning rooms each day.
