Very clean and huge, spacious rooms. Housekeeping team is great in what they do. Bathroom is amazing and clean while the shower is strong. This hotel has an excellent value for money. Tons of food places around so location is also great. Will definitely come back to this hotel when in Barsha. Thanks for the incredible hospitality! :)

Had a wonderful time at the hotel. This is my fourth consecutive week here! The staff has become just like family for me. Every morning I go for breakfast I am greeted by Adnan with my morning fix of excellent and healthy food!
Whenever I had an issue, my friends at the Reception Michelle and Umair are always there to help. They made check in and check out a breeze. Over all I can’t stress on how Al Khoory has become my home away from home. Oh and don’t get me started on the gym sauna swimming pool combo! Can’t wait for next week!

Plus:
The room was cozy and modern, with a spotless shower, bathtub, and WC. Daily cleaning was excellent, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Both hot and cold water were reliable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.
Minus:
Some renovations are underway, but they aren’t too noisy. Occasionally, there’s some traffic noise from outside in the early morning.

The room is so comfortable and perfect location and parking area. The staff members are amazing. Special thanks to Thierry, Michelle & Trainee for their welcoming and inspiring service. Also the person who is responsible for parking is so friendly and he will do his best to find spot parking. Finally I’m really recommended to get this hotel blindly.

I didn't use the guests Rooms.
I had great breakfast ,staff are warm and inviting and service was superb.
Mr Oscar Amiani the Front-office Manager is wonderful and a great asset to this hotel brand. He's forthright, highly intelligent professional, humble down to earth and the Team Front-office too welcomed me with both open arms and were very friendly.
.The hotel is very beautiful, decor is excellent and very clean and organised.
I like it and would love to be part of this great Team who make this hotel what it is !

Experience was positive. Hotel was in a good location (between hotspots such as Downtown, JBR and the Palm) which meant taxis were cheap and readily available. Area around the hotel is not too good for visiting anything as it is a functional area.
The only setback I had was with the showers which consistently reverted from hot to cold and back every few minute whilst they were on. The hotel is currently undergoing water maintenance though so this may change.
Overall, good hotel! Great staff! Clean rooms!

Al Khoory Atrium is a nice hotel. In a great location with easy access to Emirates Mall, several grocery stores and a wide variety of eateries, all within walking distance. The room was comfortable and clean. Umair, from housekeeping, was very attentive making sure I had everything I needed to make my stay very comfortable. He was polite and professional and showed a great deal of pride in providing excellent service.

Kudos to Al Khoory Atrium Hotel management. The hotel is super good and very comfortable, and there are enough spaces for leisure , the view at the rooftop is so amazing 😍. Free water bottles, beautifully lit bathroom with a phone. The location of the hotel is not bad because you have a 10 min walk to the metro stop and the emirates mall. There are also small supermarkets next to the hotel. Great hotel.
I recommend this hotel to everyone, it is so classic and affordable.

This is very nice clean hotel in Dubai. Upon arrival we were told that only a twin room is available and my booking was for a double room, so they upgraded me to a better room free of charge. The room was spacious and very well lit. My booking was for one night but I decided to extend for another.

Located in a really good area, close to downtown Dubai as well as the palm / JBR. Good carpark with many spaces. Restaurants and supermarkets near by. Sauna facility was good. However, cleanliness is below par especially for a hotel that’s 4 starts. Room was not cleaned properly on any of the days I was staying. Mind you I stayed for 10 days, we would come back to the room and the floor would still be full of hair, mirrors dirty, tap / sink was not cleaned well. Table top was not wiped down not even once. All they would do is make the bed and change the bags inside the bins. Bin in bathroom was very filthy, had stains that were not wiped clean. Breakfast was normal, decent selection of things. Steam room was temporarily out of service from the first day of our trip to the last. You can find better hotels for the same price. No irons in the room which was very bizarre as you’d expect that for a hotel that’s 4 stars. Had to call for it everyday.
