Media Rotana Dubai

I recently stayed at Media Rotana Hotel in Dubai and was thoroughly impressed by the level of service provided by the cleaning staff, particularly by a young cleaning boy named Aftab. His attention to detail, professionalism, and friendly demeanor truly enhanced my stay. Every day, he ensured that my room was spotless and well-organized, going above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. It’s clear that he takes great pride in his work. Kudos to the management for having such dedicated staff. Highly recommended

we spent our vacation here. At the beginning Pegasus didn't deliver our suitcases, we received great support from the hotel staff who even drove us to the airport to pick up our suitcases. The best of all was our cleaner Kajal. She was very reliable and fulfilled all of our wishes. we will miss her. A big thank you to Kajal.she is an amazing human being!!!!!!

Perfect stay for business and Family trip,
Had stayed here 8 nights , the best part is the cleaning and house keeping.

No wonder howmuch mess I left in my room in the morning , on a daily basis the housekeeping staff make it perfect..

I booked this hotel for 12 days, I didn't have a huge satisfaction on this hotel at the first time but after I get some help from staffs, I can tell why this hotel got so much good reviews from the customers. The person who helped me as room attendant, who's name was Nirmal, he was very kind and nice. I really appreciate their service.

I am really impressed with the hotel, I have stayed here numerous times before but only for short one or two night layovers. My visit this time was for a week and I got time to appreciate the good service of all and especially Ruth who ever so courteously made up my room every day to tip top standards. The food at Prego's was fantastic. The breakfast was a substantial buffet catering for all needs and was of high standard - the bread quality however could definitely be improved and I think the only weakness. My flight out is much later tonight and I was offered a late checkout at 4pm at no extra cost. I will definitely be back and thank the staff at the hotel for their excellent service

Amazing hotel, staff very efficient and friendly. Cannot do enough for you. Hotel is immaculate and our cleaner Kajal was very efficient and did not disturb our stay. Metro is a 5 minute walk which makes the hotel very accessible.

Great customer service… Kajal gave exceptional service… maintaining our rooms clean… filled with water and plenty of towels… Constantly asked us if we were in need of anything. Very sweet and attentive… outstanding service… will be back again soon..

The housekeeping brothers and sisters did a very good job. Ms.Shobha and the others cleaned our room no.1114-1115 from 03.04-09.04 very well. They were very kind and friendly also. Thank you for everything. The waiters and the chefs ( the one who made eggs and the one who made pancakes for us :)) at the breakfast time were very good and worked very well. Thank you for them also 🫶🏽

Very good hotel, not new, of course, but everything is clean. Delicious food, especially dinners. Three places to eat are a buffet restaurant, an Italian restaurant and a bar Terrace by the outdoor pool. Most memorable and liked the Terrace bar, very friendly and pleasant staff. Special thanks to Ahmed, I immediately remembered all my preferences. I'll come back to the question or not, I'll answer yes.
