We came for an event in Dubai all the way from Abu Dhabi and stayed one night at the Metropolitan Hotel with breakfast included, and it was a truly pleasant experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it perfect for a relaxing stay.

A special mention goes to Sunny who went above and beyond to assist us with everything possible. His exceptional service, attention to detail, and genuine care made all the difference during our short stay. It’s rare to come across staff who are so dedicated, and Sunny truly made us feel valued as guests.
And the food was delicious too.

Highly recommend Metropolitan Hotel for anyone looking for a wonderful stay with outstanding hospitality. We will definitely return!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! Everything is perfect: the room is bright, spacious, and very clean. The pools are beautiful, with one for adults and one for children, and the sunset view is amazing. The breakfast buffet is very good, and so is the dinner, with a lot of delicious choices.
I also like that sometimes I come here just for the business lunch, even when I am not staying at the hotel. It costs only 55 dirhams and includes a starter, a main course, dessert and a soft drink and water. There are always five choices for starters, eight for main courses, and three desserts, and the food is very good. The service is excellent, with valet parking, very good wifi, and a calm and nice atmosphere.
The staff is always kind, helpful, and smiling, which makes the visit very pleasant. Honestly, for Dubai, this is great value for money. I highly recommend this hotel, both for staying and for lunch.

I had an excellent stay at the Metropolitan Hotel for over a month during a medical visit that lead me to keep having to extend my stay. The location, rooms and amenities were great. The staff were very friendly, helpful and ensured I had everything I needed. It truly felt like home. Very grateful to Ahmed (manager at reception) and all the staff - from reception personnel, to housekeeping, to room service - for taking good care of me.

Not enough variety for breakfast, it was very basic. Ladies toilets and steam room by the pool wasn’t working through out our stay, which was very disappointing as we had to go back to the room to use toilets.
Shower in room took ages for it to actually come on.
Apart from the location nothing good to say about this hotel

This hotel is very well managed and perfect for business visits or events. The management is very supportive and we had one of our best experiences during a wedding event. Service is very good. The food at the restaurant is delicious and available at most hours. And special thanks for Carolyne

The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring I had a restful night's sleep.

I also loved the hotel's facilities, including the well-equipped fitness center and the on-site restaurant, where I enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning. The location was perfect—close to major attractions yet tucked away enough to offer a peaceful atmosphere.
