Beach: public sandy beach 5 km away (3 coastline). Entrance in the sea:
sandy. Shuttle bus to the beach (beach Jumeirah Open Beach, entrance to the beach is free). The beach is 800 m.

In this very long stay, majority of staff was very respectful, extra ordinary good and professional, Sashank and Ramy are two very professional and respectful persons in the staff, but few toxic people are damaging the reputation of this hotel, one of them is Mr. Umer from sales. I talked to him to match the price with the price mention on a famous online app which was little cheaper than my existing price. He was very disrespectful, non-professional, he wasted my few hours instead of helping me out. I didn’t find him respectful and a professional person from sales team when dealing customers. Karen Santoalla from sales team was much better than him. MD hotel needs more professional and respectful people in their sales and customer service team who can understand and resolve the problem in an appropriate way for maintaining the hotel’s reputation.
Old awkward looking dirty furniture. Lobby had broken sofas. Horrible experience
Bad smell. Room was old ,dirty, in the room musty smell was very strong it was hard to fall in sleep, windows are lock you would not have any change to open it. In the room were flies.
All Bathroom were all in the mould and dirty,towels are in the bathroom looked 100 years old it was so disgusting to use, that my wife had to buy new towels.
Breakfast was not even good Food was limited and you have to wait. the Breakfast room is overcrowded and there may be a queue to get the table. It is absolutely not a place I want to return
that has to be demolished and rebuilt. I would never return and would not suggest anyone as well

2- Bedside electrical socket was burned
3- AC controller did not work and I could not change the temperature
4- Room was dark with dark carpet and furniture
5- Room does not have clothing racks
6- Single window in the room is blocked with another building few meters away
7- There's a pool table and a tennis table in the gym which you have to pay separately to play
8- There's no electricity sockets beside the table desk in the room to charge a laptop
9- I was charged an extra night after changing my check out date
Best thing in this hotel is that it's near a metro station
Excellent location close to Metro, Mall of Emirates, markets and restaurants.
