I was able to check in early without any hassle. The room is clean and spacious. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good - the restaurant staff could use a smile on their face. Overall very satisfied and would recommend and would stay here again.

Excellent place to stay. The staffs are top notch. I have to mention 3 things that caught my attention.
1. Room service notified me one day that I left some cash on table and hence they are not allowed to enter/clean. Kind of feels safe to leave valuables back in room
2. Breakfast was best.
3. Ravinder was one of staff at breakfast. He remembers my style of coffee and makes from fresh brew everyday the moment he sees me at breakfast table. Giving this level of detailed service with so many guests staying is exceeding expectations
The only downside is location. It’s easy to leave the hotel but to reach the location by car you have to go around a bit in traffic

My five-day stay at the Courtyard Marriott was highly satisfactory. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the breakfast service was exceptionally courteous. I would particularly like to commend manager Mr. Ravi for his kindness in arranging homemade Indian tea for me. Overall, my stay was extremely comfortable.

A very nice experience at this hotel. Staff is very attentive and accommodating. We found our room to be very clean when we arrived. I really enjoyed the rooftop pool, breakfast and room service as well. The Mall of the Emirates is a close walking distance and there are many restaurant options in the area. Uber was also easily accessible from this location.

Avoid Courtyard Al Barsha – A Nightmare Stay
Our experience at Courtyard Al Barsha was nothing short of awful. If you’re considering booking this hotel, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
• Location: The hotel faces a parking lot and a construction site. Prepare for sleepless nights—the rooms are so poorly insulated that you’ll hear everything: car horns, drilling, and noise from neighboring rooms. If you value peace and quiet, this is not the place for you.
• Property: Upon arrival, we were greeted by disgusting stains in the bathroom (see photos), an already-used, unfolded bathrobe hanging in the closet, and a leaking bathroom that flooded after every shower. It was clear that cleanliness and maintenance were not a priority for this hotel.
• Service: The front desk staff was unfriendly—so much so that I would have preferred checking in through a machine just to avoid their cold, dismissive attitude. Hospitality seems to be an alien concept to them.
Overall, this hotel is a fake 4-star-hotel. If you’re looking for a decent stay, a budget Holiday Inn would be a far better choice than wasting your money here. Avoid at all costs.

I stayed for 6 nights. The room is spacious, clean and tidy. Just the issue of the noise came from the parties on nights of weekends and Monday as well!!!! The music lasts until 2AM.

The stay was overall pleasant. The service is impeccable- the staff work is great. The only thing- the safety box was broken in our room. But we were offered to have it replaced. Also upon our request, the receptionist allowed us to choose between two quite rooms. We were there during the new year, so the music from the rooftop bar was pretty loud till late at night- but it was predictable. The location also worked perfectly for us- just nearby our favourite mall and two metro stations
