A 5 min walk from the Mall of the Emirates this hotel location is excellent. The rooms are well equipped with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. The room was a bit tight for 2 people. It’s the perfect size for 1 person. You can connect your device to the in room TV for streaming. The other facilities are very nice. Breakfast is excellent with Middle Eastern Indian and continental options. Coffee was great. Service is good at the hotel. I have cut a star just because the size of the rooms otherwise this is a very good hotel at a great location.

Very good hotel located at walking distance from Mall of the Emirates. The room was very clean and the personnel really nice and welcoming, with a special mention to Khalid at the reception who was really helpful and nice and helped me get my bags up to my room.

The gym is small but convenient for a quick workout. Prices are reasonable for the area.

I definitely recommend it and will use it again next time I come to Dubai.

A decent property, compared with other hotels in the Al Barsha / Mall of the Emirates area.
Some staff are pleasant and courteous, others seem to really dislike western visitors and can't be bothered to even say Hello (or anything else).
Having booked for 10 nights, I was disappointed to see that my special request was brushed off as "subject to availability" and then dismissed.
A practical tip: Do bring a pair of earplugs if you plan to sleep past 8AM. That's when the cleaners start rattling their trolleys and buckets, slamming doors, and shouting up and down the corridor.
Overall, a fairly comfortable stay.

We had a breakfasts and food was tasty! Moreover from day to day meals and ingredients were changed and every morning you can try something new.
I can strongly recommend this hotel to everyone and one day we come back!
Location near metro station it was very comfy. Also huge mall Emirates (i guess the second after Dubai mall in Dubai).
