Atana Hotel in Dubai

I stayed at Atana Hotel, Dubai for 10 days in November 2025 and had a really lovely experience. All the staff were fantastic and the service was impeccable throughout. We were even allowed to check in early at no extra charge, which was such a thoughtful touch after a long journey.

Our twin room was huge — far more spacious than expected — and kept spotless every day by Kheshab, Jit and Chaudhary, who were all so friendly and did an excellent job tending to our room.

The breakfast buffet was impressive, with a wide variety of options and a lovely omelette bar. It was fairly basic but covered everything you could want. The pool area was also great — a good size with plenty of space to relax, and it was such a treat having refreshing drinks delivered poolside.

If I had to mention a few minor downsides, I’d say some of the furnishings and fittings are slightly dated and could use a refresh. The room could’ve done with some balcony furniture, a better shower, and more bottled water provided daily (as tap water isn’t drinkable, we often had to request extra, though the staff always supplied it promptly).

Overall, for the price we paid and the quality of service received, I’d definitely stay here again. Excellent value and genuinely kind staff made it a memorable stay.

Honestly it's a very good hotel, price for value is very good.

The reason for the 4 stars is because they require at least 1 night payment without taxes 3 days prior to day of check-in by sending a payment link to your email.

I didn't have a problem with the payment, but I tried with 4 different cards from 3 different banks, and they all got rejected because of "invalid card type".

What I didn't like is that they blamed the bank, it would make sense if it was 1 bank and 2 different cards from the same person, but I tried 4 cards and 3 different banks, including from different people, and it didn't work.

I had to tell them it didn't go through, and the negative experience started with them telling me if I didn't pay, they would avail my booking, which doesn't make any sense because I want it but their system isn't accepting my card.

Then I had to speak to the manager to extend the booking timing as I will be reaching late, then it got settled.

Great location — within walking distance to the metro. The complimentary shuttle bus to the beach and shopping centres was a pleasant surprise.

The swimming pool is very nice and open till late (10:00 pm). I only wish it stayed open until midnight, along with the sauna, but it’s still fine.

The breakfast was tasty and had a good variety.

The Atana Hotel is not the newest hotel but you have everything you need. The staff is super friendly and responds to every request at any time and always friendly and with respect. The breakfast buffet is balanced. The rooms are simple but nicely decorated and well equipped. We had booked early and received a great price. The price-performance ratio is definitely right. We can only recommend it.

I had a birthday during our stay. and booked a special for it, my expectations were exceeded the room was decorated with a lot of love and my birthday was so simply unforgettable. Lovely Thanks to the Housekeeping.

In the morning we booked a couple massage in the associated spa and also there everyone was very friendly and it was received on every request. The deep tissue massage will definitely live up to your name, unfortunately the spa room was a bit cold but also there was tried as best it was possible to work against it.

A Truly Exceptional Experience in Dubai!

What truly made my stay unforgettable was the incredible service provided by the staff.

A special shout-out to Tarum, the housekeeping staff member, 12 Floor whose attention to detail and dedication to maintaining a spotless room every day did not go unnoticed. His kindness and professionalism set the tone for the exceptional service throughout my stay.

Equally impressive were the waiters and waitresses, whose warmth, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality made every meal a delight. They were always ready with a smile, making me feel welcomed and cared for at every turn.

In fact, the level of service provided by every member of the staff was beyond compare. From the front desk team to the restaurant staff, everyone went out of their way to ensure I had a seamless, comfortable stay. It’s clear that the hotel takes great pride in training its staff to provide world-class service.

The people who work here truly deserve the best — not only for their excellent skills but also for the kindness and professionalism they bring to their roles. I wholeheartedly believe they deserve the best salaries for the outstanding work they do every single day.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough and look forward to returning in the future!

We had a great time. All staff were friendly and helpful. Communication was good, they understood and spoke good English. 3 staff in particular were excellent. Ali, Gooma and Amina helped us out greatly and with a smile. Rooms and common areas were clean with good facilities. Really recommend and excellent value for money

During our recent visit to Dubai, we had the pleasure of staying at Atana, and it was truly an exceptional experience. The hotel's location is absolutely ideal, placing us in the heart of the city with convenient access to all the major attractions and amenities.

The rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable, providing a perfect sanctuary after a day of exploring. The attention to detail in maintaining the cleanliness was truly commendable.

What made our stay truly memorable was the outstanding support from the hotel staff. We were particularly impressed with Indrajith, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was special. His thoughtful touch of creating a little dog out of towels as a surprise for our daughter was a delightful gesture that we absolutely loved. It brought a big smile to her face and made her feel special.
