A Truly Exceptional Experience in Dubai!

What truly made my stay unforgettable was the incredible service provided by the staff.

A special shout-out to Tarum, the housekeeping staff member, 12 Floor whose attention to detail and dedication to maintaining a spotless room every day did not go unnoticed. His kindness and professionalism set the tone for the exceptional service throughout my stay.

Equally impressive were the waiters and waitresses, whose warmth, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality made every meal a delight. They were always ready with a smile, making me feel welcomed and cared for at every turn.

In fact, the level of service provided by every member of the staff was beyond compare. From the front desk team to the restaurant staff, everyone went out of their way to ensure I had a seamless, comfortable stay. It’s clear that the hotel takes great pride in training its staff to provide world-class service.

The people who work here truly deserve the best — not only for their excellent skills but also for the kindness and professionalism they bring to their roles. I wholeheartedly believe they deserve the best salaries for the outstanding work they do every single day.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough and look forward to returning in the future!

We had a great time. All staff were friendly and helpful. Communication was good, they understood and spoke good English. 3 staff in particular were excellent. Ali, Gooma and Amina helped us out greatly and with a smile. Rooms and common areas were clean with good facilities. Really recommend and excellent value for money

During our recent visit to Dubai, we had the pleasure of staying at Atana, and it was truly an exceptional experience. The hotel's location is absolutely ideal, placing us in the heart of the city with convenient access to all the major attractions and amenities.

The rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable, providing a perfect sanctuary after a day of exploring. The attention to detail in maintaining the cleanliness was truly commendable.

What made our stay truly memorable was the outstanding support from the hotel staff. We were particularly impressed with Indrajith, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was special. His thoughtful touch of creating a little dog out of towels as a surprise for our daughter was a delightful gesture that we absolutely loved. It brought a big smile to her face and made her feel special.

The staff are very welcoming and helpful the rooms are very nice and cosy

Very spacious room, clean, comfortable bed and very spacious toilet with tub and shower. My room comes with a balcony facing an open view. Service is great, very fast response when needed assistance. The check-in and check-out experience was easy too. The room floor is not carpeted and slightly worn-down furniture, withpoor soundproofing. But overall my stay was good.

A great value "4"-star hotel close to Dubai's public transit system with a sizeable pool, breakfast, car rental, a souvenir shop and a plethora of other services.

The included hotel breakfast was great with a multitude of options for all kinds of diets. The staff was also always very pleasant and welcoming and the hotel was very well maintained. The car rental service inside the hotel was trustworthy, cheap and easy to use.

The room provided us with a wonderful view. The bed is very comfortable, the bathroom has everything we could need!
There is also a full-sized refrigerator, which comes in handy if you want to have cold drinks!
Breakfast and dinner are fantastic and very varied. Fish dishes enchanted me personally.
The staff is extremely attentive, kind and helpful!
The pool area is amazing, with quite long opening hours, which we were very happy about!
Transportation is good, you can't walk long distances in Dubai, but the Metro (internet city) is close here and taxis are also cheap. The hotel also offers shuttles to the beach and downtown!
Among the offers of the small program desk in the lobby, we used the desert safari. They provide a fantastic experience at a very good price!
The organization is very professional, I am very happy that they are there, because it is certain that we will return to this super hotel and participate in other programs!
