We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Pawan and Ayesha at Reception were exceptionally helpful and welcoming, making check-in/check out smooth and hassle-free. The room was spotless and very comfortable, and I especially appreciated the handy clothes line in the bathroom — such a thoughtful touch!
Breakfast was absolutely delicious, with plenty of variety to suit different tastes. The hotel’s location is excellent as well — just a short walk to a large mall, which made exploring and dining out very convenient.
Overall, a fantastic experience. Highly recommended!

On the positive side, the room service team is great — very polite, and they always leave your room looking fresh and clean, just like when you first checked in. If I can recall the name correctly, Akshay is one of the excellent room service staff members. He was very cooperative and helpful throughout my stay.
All the reception staff were also very kind and professional, offering the same high level of service.
To be honest, the rooms need a lot of improvements, unlike the staff, who are truly excellent.
