The team makes this hotel! Great staff! It’s also very clean and attention to detail is great. They even left our son a little cake in his room when they noticed it was his birthday.

Many staff need a mention but I can only remember a few names. Steven and Vanessa were lovely as were many of the restaurant staff and the staff cleaning our rooms.

Look forward to returning.

Stayed at this hotel while waiting for our villa to be ready, the family connecting rooms are great and can accommodate 6 easily.
The staff are very helpful and kind, particularly Krishna from the restaurant, he made the kids feel so welcome and took the time to speak to them every breakfast and dinner time, he’s a real credit to the hotel.

The hotel was fantastic. Located in a nice neighbourhood. The room service, porter and especially the catering. The dishes were numerous withing world standard. The friendly service of the kitchen staffscwere excellent especially Mr Krishna who looked after the staffs and made sure that everyone us well tended for. I will highly recommend this hotel to my friends and sure use it again whenever I am in Dubai.

A Truly Unforgettable Family Stay

Our recent stay at this hotel was nothing short of amazing, largely due to the exceptional staff who made our experience unforgettable. Krishna, Stephen, Emil, and Wai were absolute stars, particularly for our children, who quickly made them their favourites. Their warmth and attentiveness added a special touch to our stay.

We also want to give a special mention to Radman and Vanessa, who went above and beyond to help us arrange a birthday cake for my husband at the last minute. Their efforts made the celebration truly memorable, and we are so grateful for their help.

The hotel manager also deserves a big thank you for providing first aid and ensuring our son was okay. This level of care and concern made us feel so well taken care of. Another heartfelt thank you goes out to the wonderful (Black) Lady with low cut at the counter who was always looking out for us, arranging taxis when needed, and offering continuous support particularly the night my son had an accident.

The breakfast at the hotel was a big hit with our kids—they absolutely loved it! As for the lunches and dinners, the portions were overwhelming—in the best way possible. If you’re a foodie, you’ll be delighted by the generous servings. There was always plenty to eat.

Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, thanks to the fantastic staff and the delicious food. If I didn’t mention your name, please remember that you were all amazing. Keep up the good work, it takes love to serve.

Julian is very nice and friendly. She has excellent interpersonal skills. She made sure we were satisfied with our breakfast which was fantastic. There is a variety of breakfast to select from. So far, everything is superb! Kids says its amazing 👏 🤩

Siddiqur was a wonderful bartender he was friendly and nice to our group. My room also great . I booked a single but love my room with king size bed. The breakfast was awesome a variety of everything your heart desire.the staff was awesome 👌 👏 I love the location near to everything. I was with 29 families and good friends and went we checked out at 5am the hotel had take away breakfast for us.👏👌👏👌👏

Rooms are nice and clean. Staff have been very nice and friendly. The cleaning staff are really great. The location is great as in middle so easy to get anywhere by taxi or metro. Great hotel

Surprizingly nice hotel for the price. You definitely get much bigger rooms in this hotel for the price you pay. We booked a family room as usual, but the area of the room was quite big compared to other family rooms we got in Hilton hotels elsewhere. Staff were friendly. The breakfast buffet was nice. It is very close to the Emirates Mall so you can literally walk to the mall from hotel. Very convenient. Much recommended.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Stuff is very polite and responsive. Special thanks to a front office manager Dilash Nair who has guest comfort as a top priority and was ready to help and sort out any of our requests. Hotel is just a 2 mins way from Mall of Emirates and the Subway.
