Some Discrimination, Overall Satisfactory
Rooms were neat and clean. Restaurant service was good. Most of the staffs were good and professional. But some staffs were rude and disrespectful. Felt very discriminated. They were wearing black suits. Some receptionist could be more friendly and smile once in a while . Even though i was paying for the stay, they treated me like they were giving a favour. But this attitude was towards some nationality only.

It was agreed 6 months earlier from the date of the trip via Booking that the room is reserved and payment will be done at the properly when we come. A few days ago, which is three months after the reservation was done I got message that the card I always use on Booking is not valid and credit card is needed instead, otherwise my reservation will be cancelled within 24 hours. I said I don't use any other card and the one I have could be used anywhere in the world and asked how to make my card valid. They said their policy has changed and they can send me a link via email so that I can pay with this very same card even though it is strongly recommended not to open any links for payments on behalf of the hotels from Booking and also, they wrote in the offer that the payment is done when we come there, so why payment now, more than three months before the agreed date for the payment? It turns out my card is valid then and this is nonsense. As a response to these questions, they said nothing and cancelled the reservation. Now there is an option to book a room in their hotel for almost 40000 Serbian RSD more that the price compared to the time when I reserved. Very bad experience and explanations from their side and they offered very suspicious solutions to this situation. I would not recommend trusting them based on this.

The staff here are so welcoming and ensure that you feel safe during your stay. This is my first time coming to this hotel and definitely will not be my last. I will definitely be coming here again. The housekeeping are so polite and ensure that you room is as homely as possible. The security here are amazing and make you feel safe. Special shout out to Bidur and Abdullah who were checking on me when I had a AV accident. They are so kind and always stop to have a conversation with me and my sister. If you ever feel worried they’ll reassure you, definitely top notch security, might have to hire them myself. Jason the receptionist helped me and my sister secretly snag the room with the balcony and helped to hide it from the family at the beginning. He is so welcoming and never fails to make me laugh. The other receptionist Radha is so polite and was so helpful with sorting out the keycards. This hotel is amazing, give these men a raise they are awesome, thank you so much for everything :)

Best Hotel to stay in Dubai if you're there for gold shopping. Its located right next to the gold souk so very convenient. The staff there are amazing and the rooms and very nice and clean and comfortable. The whole Hotel is also just beautiful to say the least. The staff are also great and extremely helpful. There is a restaurant downstairs which is also extremely convenient and the food there is extremely appetizing. The staff at the restaurant are also lovely, and greet you with warmth.

Its no marina but brilliantly located with stunning views of the creek and the new gold souk. The stay was easily the best and a one to remember, i radically recommend all travelers to try it out for a cozy stay.

Big thanks to Ab dullah and the related employees!
I left my iPhone in the taxi. The employees in the front desk gave me great patience and big assistance to find it back. The procedures to get back the cell phone are complicated. Honestly I almost gave up after 24 hours. I will face disaster for my daily life and work if I couldn’t find it back. But the employees helped to get it back!!!

Very nice clean modern hotel in nice area near Gold Souk. Table3 restaurant downstairs was good and a chai cafe with hot food in the courtyard area too which was cheap. Good location..Creek walkable and 10mins to Gold Souk metro and bus station. Reception staff friendly and very helpful too on check out by calling a taxi for me.
Room always kept well with water,tea and coffee with a kettle. Only slight comment would be that the noise from the street was quite audible. I was on the end and had a side window too which probably made it more so. Maybe a courtyard room would be quieter or better glass.
Overall though I would stay again!

We stayed about 5 nights in this 2-star hotel which is actually much better than I would expect. it's very clean, hotel room is spacious and enough wardrobe space to arrange personal belongs, pillows and blankets are very comfortable, good AC unit, very good curtains to block the morning sunlight. However, WIFI quality could be better and TV channels especially the foreign ones are scrambling.
Hotel has very good location, right next to the Gold Souk but in the new developed pedestrian area, plenty of restaurants nearby, metro stations or ferry boat stations are within walking distance that could use to cross the Dubai creek easily. The noisy from the streets and traffics are expected considering its location but inside the hotel was pretty quiet.
Hotel staffs are very welcoming, Arthur is a wonderful man working at the front desk, very polite and helpful in every way. Athul, the room cleaning attendant, is very kind and nice.
We really appreciated the service level from the hotel during our stay!!

Stayed for a few nights and was one of the cheapest in town for this range of quality.
So as an economic hotel, I found out that the level was pretty good.
Few information to keep in mind before coming : There is no parking and taxi will drop you a few meters away so be prepared if you have heavy luggage to carry.
Room is fine, but I didn’t find it super cleaned.
The main issue is the with windows soundproofing, making street noise audible.
I recommend requesting a room on the higher floor (4th) for a bit more tranquility.
Staff was nice.
There is a restaurant in the ground floor and you can get food delivered to your room.
