Chelsea Plaza is an absolute gem! I stayed here for a weekend getaway and was impressed by everything. The ambiance was warm and welcoming, and the staff genuinely cared about making my stay perfect. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and had a cozy atmosphere that felt like a home away from home. I enjoyed the rooftop bar, which offered incredible views and was a perfect place to relax. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area

It’s an economic Indian 🇮🇳 hotel located in Bur Dubai, not very far from World Trade Center. The service was normal and not so good, but the price is normal. I was there for 3 nights and just for rest it was ok.

"Had a fantastic stay at Chelsea Plaza Hotel! The buffet breakfast was delightful, with a wide variety of options that catered to different tastes. The staff were incredibly hospitable and attentive, making sure all our needs were met promptly. The location is perfect for exploring Dubai, close to major attractions and transport links. The room was comfortable and well-kept, providing everything we needed for a pleasant stay. While the hotel has some dated areas, the overall experience was excellent and well worth the price. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Dubai!"

Don't book this hotel
GET BETTER HOTEL,
Guys one star is too much for this hotel,
It's a very old hotel, and the rooms are old.
Keep in mind you cannot sleep in this hotel, the road noise is very loud and it doesn't stop until morning, and if you think you can sleep with that noise imagine hearing the loud bass from an Indian bar that is on the 9th floor till morning.
Take a shower and you will be sick for the rest of your travel, there is barely hot water at the first few seconds.
The air conditioner is bad, bugs make Olympic runs in the room.
Long story short even if they offered it for free don't book it.
I can clearly say it's the worst hotel i have ever been in.

Upon check in the greetings were great, very disappointing was the room. Smells too old and damp, bed was having a tiny insect crawling (looks like a bedbug) that is why we did not sleep over and we checked out right away after my party held at one of their bar. Then pillows are looks too over-used and not set correctly. Toiletries were lacking and need to call to reception to send what is needed. Wardrobe noise was annoying and very smelly, as well as side table really too old to use. Rooms needs a big improvements.

This hotel is worst in valet parking. They let their guards drive without proper knowledge in driving. I got scratches in my car, the guard parked and leave my car without handbrake. It was a worst experience ever in my valet parking it never happened in other hotel or restaurants before. They don't acknowledge their mistake. Very poor experience! Never ever let them drive you car otherwise you will regret

Went to the disco. Was neat experience. Would have been very nice of they had the AC on! Was extremely hot and very crowded! Try having some AC to help people from getting heat stroke.

Fine hotel it only some problem I encountered. But it because of the booking online system. The hotel is good and if you like to have an evening party a lot of bar lobby floor of the hotel

Very very very bad experience Last night we went 1 floor it's philippine club 2 o clock Exactly I don't remember the name of the club. The manager of club was very rude and couldnt respect. We Just asked why the 9th floors culb was closed It was open before Ramadan. He saying don't talk to me and i don't know and he talked with alot of attitude bad behaviour .I just want to ask that customer can't even ask some think.
