The hotel is conveniently located on the banks and at the same time near the business center of the city. The shopping streets within walking distance (8-10 minutes) and two minutes away is a small shopping center where there are several cafes. Very beautiful green area with artificial waterfalls, streams and ponds. Have Russian speaking staff. The nearest shopping centre Mercato Mall is a 10-minute drive away. On the charge Deposit.

Location: Jumeirah, the Arabian Gulf, opposite the Jumeirah mosque, 8 km from Dubai airport and 15 minutes from the city centre.
Consists of 33 two-storey villas.
The hotel has 195 rooms, all with views of the garden.

Beach: own sandy 100 m from the hotel (1st coastal line). The entrance to the sea sand. On the beach umbrellas, deck chairs, towels: free of charge. The beach is 60 m. the pool towels, umbrellas, deckchairs: free of charge.
When you arrive at the hotel will collect a Deposit of approximately$ 200 (Deposit will be returned in dirham).

Very convenient location, near a supermarket, several cafes and restaurants, convenient transport interchange. The hotel has its own paid parking.

For me, this is the perfect vacation destination in Dubai.
- Slow Check in procedure.
- Bad service barking workers, they don't know driving , and not care about your car ( they scratched my car+ I leave with low air tyre pressure )! This problem issues only in the hotel . ( So, I don't advise you give them your car , park by ur self ) .
- I paid 40dhs by check out for taxes!! While the room included that when I booked .
Every thing is very well to spend best time for job and relaxation.
