The rooms were amazing!, we had multiple bathrooms in the suite nothing to complain about here.

The service was also amazing, staff were very kind and would often make funny jokes. They also gave the kids donuts, And room service was very often whenever we asked for it.

The location is also amazing, there was an infinity pool, and the city walk is just amazing. So many stores, The hotel is also quite close to the center.

Overall this stay at laville was amazing, would definitely suggest!

The best. Home away from home. Mostafa and Gaurav and Ehab are the absolute best. Everyone is. The housekeeping and security guards are also wonderful. We stayed here 38 days and I would come back in a heartbeat 🤍

My go to hotel I loved it,. I enjoy my visit every time the place is so cozy and you get a good vibe specially for me as a lawyer I’m always working and stressed this hotel always a good idea for a getaway I relax and I enjoy my time The valet attendant Mr Adhikari at the hotel is truly exceptional! His kindness, perpetual smile, and unwavering helpfulness make each visit a delight. In my extensive travels to various locations and hotels, encountering such a dedicated and accommodating individual is a rarity. His exceptional service and adept management skills undoubtedly warrant consideration for a managerial role. I genuinely hope that others observe and emulate his outstanding example of hospitality and service excellence.

I recently stayed at la ville , and while the overall experience had its ups and downs, it was mostly positive. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Abeer, who recommended some great local restaurants that we thoroughly enjoyed. It's always nice when the hotel team goes the extra mile to offer local insights.

However, there was a bit of a delay when it came to getting my room. Even though check-in was at 3 PM, I had to wait an extra hour as they were still cleaning it. It was a bit frustrating, but I understand that things like this can happen sometimes.

Overall, the welcoming atmosphere and helpful staff made up for the initial inconvenience. I'd consider staying here again, but hopefully, the room will be ready on time next time!

Exceptional service at breakfast.

I recently stayed at La Ville and was thoroughly impressed by the overall experience, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service at breakfast. The manager of Chival Team, went above and beyond to ensure every guest started their day on a positive note.

From the moment we entered the breakfast area, we were warmly greeted by Chival manger , who made us feel like valued guests. The attention to detail was impeccable—whether it was accommodating special dietary requests or simply ensuring our coffee cups were never empty, the manger and the team were always one step ahead.

What I appreciated most was the personalized touch. The Manager took the time to check in with each table, making sure everyone was enjoying their meal and addressing any needs with a genuine smile. This level of care and dedication truly sets this hotel apart from other luxury hotels.

The breakfast itself was a culinary delight, offering a wide variety of fresh, delicious options. But it was the outstanding service, led by The manger, that made the experience unforgettable. I highly recommend La Ville to anyone looking for a perfect blend of luxury and exceptional hospitality.

I wanted to share our wonderful experience during our recent stay at La Ville Hotel & Suites CITY WALK Dubai. We chose to celebrate my birthday there, and from the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the exceptional service.

Mr. Cidwell and Ms. Shaquilla warmly greeted us and made us feel welcome. Upon entering our room, I was delighted to find a surprise birthday setup with balloons and rose petals, which my daughter particularly enjoyed. Additionally, we were treated to delicious birthday cupcakes, making the celebration even more special.

On our last night, we requested a room with a view, and Mr. Cidwell and Ms. Shaquilla graciously accommodated us in a larger suite with a stunning view of the Burj Khalifa. On our final day, they surprised us with a fruit platter, a sweet gesture that added to our delightful experience.

Our stay at La Ville Hotel & Suites CITY WALK Dubai was truly memorable, filled with unforgettable moments that we will cherish for a lifetime. We look forward to visiting La Ville Hotel & Suites CITY WALK Dubai again on our next trip to Dubai.

Great location. It's at citywalk has many stores, fitness studios, great restaurants, and some cool murals within walking distance.
Service at the restaurant for breakfast was very nice. Special mention to Elaine and Faisal, who were very charming and super attentive to the needs of my daughter and mother whom I was travelling with. Room service was prompt and housekeeping was impeccable.
Food was good- we tried grapeskin, chival and the in-house bakery and it was solid. Specially like the breakfast system where you order items of a menu, the food is fresh and it leads to less wastage.
The only reason I gave it four stars vs five is because I'm used to better treatment upon checkin at other Marriott Bonvoy properties due to my loyalty with the group. Understand there must have been full occupancy but didn't get an upgrade, welcome amenities etc. Even the fact that breakfast was complimentary required a rather awkward call.

Other than that, everything was lovely. Very charming hotel.

There is a restaurant Shival,they have very nice and fresh food and very cooperative waiters staff...

Great hotel in a perfect location! Wonderful stuff! The view from the rooftop bar is amazing! And there’s a swimming pool where you’re sure to relax (and make some cool photos 😉). I also recommend to dine at Graze - they have the best steaks I’ve ever tried 🤫

The rooms are cozy, clean with great view and everything you might need.

And all in all, it was a fantastic getaway! can’t wait to be back at La Ville during my next trip to Dubai ✨
