Sheraton Grand Hotel, Dubai

Very good stay at this Sheraton. The hotel has been recently renovated and the rooms are comfy and well furnished. The roof top pool and bar are also very nice. The staff was impeccable a special mention goes to Ahmed from the reception and Eva from the breakfast restaurant. They made a good stay a great stay!
Only little annoyance to mention is that the road in front of the hotel is pretty narrow so it can get congested in peak hours, account from some extra minutes there.

The rooms have been refurbished. It's a decent hotel very close to the metro. The executive lounge is 5 star, the service perfect. New chairs at the pool (the music is a bit too heavy on the bass volume). The gym looks good (yet to use it). We have a massage booked in the spa. The hotel was fully booked but never seemed crowded, plenty of sun beds by the pool. I've stayed here before and will again. The photo is afternoon tea in the executive lounge

Enjoyed our stay. Good value for money. Helpful staff. Comfortable bed with good room space. Amazing breakfast experience. All hotel staff were courteous and helpful. The booking experience was exceptional; Ahmad in the call provided me with an amazing rate and was efficient and pleasant!

I loved everything about this hotel. We stayed here for 4 days. The staff is great. The location is also amazing! The rooms were clean. The hotel itself is very clean and well maintained. Their watermelon cooler is really yummy!

Exceeded My Expectations! That Breakfast was legit! I workout so being able to get protein smoothies and a HUGE variety of healthy options was great!

The room and service was over the top. 5-Star attention to detail. Location was a 6 dollar Uber ride or short walk away, it’s hot so don’t recommend walking if you’re not ready to sweat or not used to the heat.

Front Desk was smooth and extremely inviting. Everybody spoke when you passed them which is a big deal for me!

Our stay was made even more memorable by the staff’s efforts to celebrate our friend’s birthday. From singing happy birthday at the 6th floor restaurant to the early morning birthday surprise in the lobby and a special note sent to her room, every gesture was heartfelt and greatly appreciated. The level of attention and care was superb.
