Great location of 5 to 10 minutes to Gondola lift, with the equipment shop on route. The rooms at Dream Aparthotel are spacious over 2 floors with 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. The kitchen/dining/living had a balcony as well. Cleaned daily with clean towels provided every couple of days. Good choice of hot & cold food at breakfast with a good coffee machine. Overall would recommend & good value.

The room and the bathroom were spacious and clean, very warm. We were actually hot, sitting in t-shits, with -5C outside. The guys at the reception weren't welcoming or helpful at all and even accused us of being liars. They left us only 2 bath towels and we were 3 people, so I went to the reception (it was in late afternoon) to ask for the missing towel and the receptionist said that I can get it...

Good find for families Great location a few steps away from the town centre which is packed with shops, restaurants, bars etc. The hotel itself is a 3* - the rooms (and bathrooms in particular) are a little outdated but the beds are comfortable enough. Just an overall pleasant stay. It exceeded our expectations for a budget stay, and we had an overall pleasant experience. Staff is very friendly and service oriented, rooms are spacious and well equipped with kitchen and everything. LOCATION - very good, almost excellent. 5 min walk to center with restaurants, bars,..etc. 10-15 min walk to gondola station with your gear (ski boots on and skis in your hands), double less without them. Nice, cozy rooms, fairly well equipped and very reasonable prices. Location is good too, close enough to the centre but in a quiet area. There's a supermarket nearby too (tourist prices though). My only gripes were that the top-floor rooms get really hot in the summer heat, the curtains let through a lot of light (so forget sleeping in) and although the receptionist is super friendly, after 5 PM there...

Very clean place ! The owners are very friendly people .The breakfast had everything you need to start your day . Very close ( max 10 min walking) to ski and gondola.I recommend it !

The best house I have ever been in Bansko and I have visited a lot! Lovely and well maintained house. Really clean. The owners are really great and worm welcoming. The rooms are spacious and nice. The view from the rooms is awesome. Last but not least the breakfast is unbelievable! Home maid jams, juice, tea and pancakes. All you can eat and so delicious and home made.

Excellent villa, very cosy, fast Internet and kind host, highly recommended

The apartment was very well equipped and we were accommodated at the last minute after being let down by our original apartment after we arrived in Bansko. Communication with the property was great and queries were dealt with quickly. We were very comfortable during our stay and the view from the apartment balcony was stunning.

We were here for two nights. I must say that the hotel is with 2 stars, although they advertise it as a 4 stars hotel. The room was not that clean. There was a dust and spider nets everywhere. We were using the pool after 19:00 and the water was not that warm as it should be. The sauna was ok. The only thing that was perfect here was the food. Tasty and fresh. There wasn't much choice for vegetarians...

The hotel it self was up to standards and for affordable price. I really loved the pool and sauna. Bansko and the ski center was lovely, ideal for beginners that wanna ski. Although, the price for the ski ramp was too expensive, but the rental of ski set was really cheap. All in all...lovely place, worth the wisit and relaxation.

Excellent place! Part apartment, part hotel - every room had a kitchen and living room, but you didn't need to cook. Staff was super friendly, the place was hot 24/7 and the food was amazing. All in all a lovely, inexpensive experience
