Great, clean rooms with very nice balcony, with view to the snowy mountains! The beds were comfortable, the kettle and couch were really useful, all in all a great place! Really enjoyed our stay! The hosts here are really friendly, apart from room-related issues they helped me with parking (as it was a big problem in the area), offering both Bulgarian and English discussions. Located in a quiet area, very close to the city centre. A good spot to take rest for 1-2 nights, as there are plenty of rooms with different capacity.

It is not a fancy place but it is cosy. It has a great location - 15mins away from the gondola. The staff is polite and nice. There is a breakfast offered there but it is pretty poor.

We stayed at Pri Ani Guest House during Feb half term and loved it. the rooms are perfect for a skiing trip with fridge, bathroom, and are plenty warm enough. We were on the top floor, with a good view of the mountains. 1000% recommended. The nicest surprise of our winter vacation was that accommodation. In a central spot, extremely clean( everyday cleaning service), hot, cosy and with an excellent view from window. The owner, Alexander is very polite and friendly. Bonus point: a nice public kitchen with all the everyday amenities you need such as microwave.

Very friendly service and comfortable room. Breakfast was handmade fresh traditional Bulgarian omelette and was tasty. Views over the Pirin Mountains from the hotel balcony were excellent. Would definitely recommend if travelling to Bulgaria for mountaineering or skiing.

Me and friend of mine have stayed there for five nights. The hosts were really kind and you won't have so often a chance to meet such a wonderful people. Decent and clean accommodation. All in all i was very content with everything.

It was a nice hotel. Always very warm inside and with modern decoration. But there were some problems. For example, there wasn't a curtain in the bathroom window and we were forced to use it with the lights closed. Also, there weren't extra rolls of toilet paper and the reception was always empty. Nevertheless, it was a good choice and I would recommend it.

Clean, nice and cozy. Perfect breakfast. Fried slices or pancakes with blueberry or raspberry or wild strawberry jam can be ordered. Also one morning we ordered a homemade pie with homemade sour yogurt. Unique! Well done to Grandma Sevda. I highly recommend when choosing a place to stay. Arranged courtyard for guests with several tables under a canopy or in the sun.

If you're going to sleep in Bansko, it's better in a house like this than in a hotel. In this you can order breakfast or dinner or something special.

There's nothing luxurious about this place. But it's cheap and it has no problems with the heating or the hot water.

Although Bansko is a ski destination, Skabrin does not have a room for skis or to dry boots. It also doesn't have a lounge if you want to stay in the hotel but not in the small room. The triple room was too small for the luggage + boots + helmets that needed to be dried. First time in this establishment, my cousins have visited before so I decided to try it out. The room is as expected for the price and some lack of accommodation is to be expected also. But overall its a good hotel if you visit is just to ski or snowboard. Breakfast is included at the price which is great and the buffet has all the necessary ingredients for a breakfast.

Good location right in the city center, polite stuff, homemade breakfast, you can also eat there cheap and good for noon or dinner, the only thing is that if you are on the first or second floor is cold in the room.

The hotel is just near the lower end of the central pedestrian street with lots of boutiques, restaurants and mini markets. There is a good 15 minutes walk to the ski gondola but pleasant hotel crew offer a transfer to and from the ski zone. Breakfast is an usual continental table with a big variety of food. Just one kind of tea, but a mountain mix, nice and healthy.. No mayonnaise and ketchup! :)...

The guesthouse offers very good-value. The rooms are very basic but tidy and equipped with everything you might need. Great place to stay in Bansko! Cosy rooms that feel like high-end hotel rooms, with nice wooden furniture and beautiful oil paintings, made by the owner. There is a wardrobe to store your ski equipment and a parking space. You have an amazing view to the mountains. The street itself is a lovely walking area. Hosts are very kind. Decent hotel for budget accommodation. The location is very good: a couple of minutes walk to the gondola lift, there a lot of grocery stores and cafes nearby. The owner is extremely friendly and hospitable.

The hotel is exactly as advertised. The rooms as spacious and the location is great, only 5 minutes from the gondola. The only drawback for us was the breakfast. The dishes are fixed and you can't eat all you want as it happens in other hotels. Apart from that my stay was very pleasant.

3 out of 5, it is neat and tidy place, very well organized, food was tasty, but nothing extraordinary. Swiming pool was closed, but they helped us with finding another one. In general I consider this a fair score.

The apartment was great - cozy, spacious, equipped with everything a person could need and most of all terribly clean! The view from the terrace is more than unique - majestic Pirin rises in front of you. The location is great - a quiet place near the center, 10 minutes walk. I strongly recommend !

Large apartments with all you might need inside. The aparthotel is very close to the cabin lift and slope #1 so basically you can ski to your room. Spa was great, swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi worked fine only the Turkish bath was off. They also worked out all our requests. Great for the price.

Descent price/performance ratio. Very close to the gondola. No lifts for upper floors. Spa at the basement is good for after ski relaxation.

Very pleasant place to stay near the lift in Bansko. I didn't try the pool but heard it was cold.

We stayed here for an entire week and some of us were lucky to have a nice and clean room while some friends had issues with some bugs in their beds so they needed to switch off the room. Our room was warm and clean and we also received a bottle of champagne on the 31st of December together with some chocolate.

Perfect place for balanced holiday. Near to the ski gondola lift (10 min walk) and to the centre of Bansko 10-15 min. The staff was so good and we recieved a new year gift. It was amazing! 10/10

I was very happy with my stay at Bella Vista! Great clean room with a balcony from which you had a beautiful view of the mountains. The breakfast was of good quality and the selection was sufficient for my needs. Very nice and friendly owners. Overall, very recommendable.

Problems with WI-FI and hot water

Hotel several km from Razlog and Bansko. There is parking just infront of the hotel. Free of charge. There is not even one light on the road to the Hotel for 3-4 km. Spacious rooms but Sofa bed it's far from comfortable. Clean bathroom, towels,spa and pool. Staff is polite. Its quiet, peaceful and with a car it takes 15 min driving to Bansko or Razlog.
