The restaurant is a real threat, the star of the show is the starter foia gras duck with white cherries sauce! Nevina is very informative, and patient with the guests, almost like a storyteller. In 3 days the room nobody come to clean or to change the towels, the food was ok, for spa you have to pay extra for bathrobe and towel and the humid sauna smells a bit like mold. there is room for improvement!

Stayed as part of a Balkan Holiday ski package. Location is good. If you need to walk to the gondola this takes around 8 minutes. Shuttle is available to and from gondola but is a small 9 seater bus that fills quickly in the morning, less so in the afternoon. Supermarket 4 minutes away. The rooms are very nice and they are in Bansko’s style. In some of the rooms there is a fireplace. The big room for 6 people is awesome, especially if it is a maisonette. All rooms have terrace.

A stay for 2 lads for 4 nights skiing. Exactly what we were looking for; Veronika was great, really welcoming and helpful. The hotel was comfortable, clean, near the main bars, ski hire shops and gondola, and most importantly for us....cheap! Breakfast was varied everyday and was absolutely fine.

We had a great stay at Kap House Hotel. The room was warm and clean and the offer of a jacuzzi was much appreciated. Although we did not utilise this, they even offered in-house massage for £30 per hour. The location was great too, walking distance from the gondola, ski hire places and all the bars and restaurants.

We went for a full body massage here and it was excellent! The best full-body massage I’ve ever had. (And they do mean full body…!) The masseuse was very skilful at finding the places where my muscles ache and massaging them with just the right amount of pressure. Extremely enjoyable. Very good location. Well priced and maintained property. Beds could be a little more comfortable but for the price you can't complain. We stayed in the studio flat. Shame the tv's are only in Bulgarian. Also it's very close to the gondola 😁

Appartements are very nice, except for the bathrooms. Heater in the bath is rather scary. 2 aircos, in the living room and bedroom. Spa and gym are not great. Limited breakfast buffet. Cannot keep the windows open at night due to noise.

It's a great hotel that I recommend for a stay in Bansko. Great hosts are ready to help with any questions. There is also a snowboard and equipment storage room with a shoe-drying rack, which is great for anyone who comes here in winter for skiing. The main gondola is about a 5-minute walk away only. They also have great breakfasts, and we had daily room cleanup, which is a plus.

At 18.01.2023 i have a great dinner for me and my family. The food was excellent, the steak was brilliant,desserts was very good and the kid’s had few of them. My wife enjoys the fireplace and the wine. From the wine i can recommend Katarzyna Contemplations(Merlo,Malbec). Definitely i will visit the place again.
