Went here with Bulgarian friends, we are from the Netherlands and the UK. An amazing family run hotel, where we felt warmly welcomed. Great family-oriented hotel that always accommodates my groups and provides excellent service. Only complaint I've ever had is the lack of shower curtains in the bathrooms but this is normal for Bulgarian hotels. Clean, tidy rooms and ample breakfast.

All expectations exceeded. I was staying there for two nights and I wish I was there much longer. The hosts were very kind and friendly, the hotel is in the heart of Bansko, very clean, warm, It has everything that you need. Also there is small bus that will bring you up to the ski terrain. Very, very nice hotel, now its name is Asteri. Only a minute or two away from the very center of Bansko! Cozy! It has a SPA center, shuttle to the Gondola lift. Very delicious breakfast! I recommend! I have stayed twice at apartments in this block. The positive is that its located very close to the gondola, there are plenty of supermarkets and rental for skis in the block. The only negative for the hole block was that the last time the heaters didnt work and we only used air conditioning.

Haven’t bothered reading the low reviews, as far as I can tell this place is terrific. Low budget, nice room and extremely convenient for the Gondola. If i ever came back to Bansko this place would be well on the agenda to book for a low budget, convenient stay.
