Very good place to stay! Hosts are really nice and friendly.

Great location, spacious, clean and well maintained villas. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The reason for the 4 star rating is the dinner which was always served cold. Breakfast on the other hand was very good, a lot to choose from. Another minus is the pool water, not warm enough but otherwise very nice and clean.

The Green Wood hotel is a great place to stay. Me and my husband stayed at the hotel for two nights and everything was brilliant, staff were lovely and professional, the room was very nice, the food was excellent. It was a huge pleasure to be guests of the Green Wood Hotel.

Green Wood is in the process of refreshing the public areas and renewing the existing facilities. In addition, the apartments will be redesigned in a modern style and will be fully equipped with new furniture and electrical appliances. The rooms and the food are ok. The drinks for AI are too low quality. There is no space in the "spa center".

Staff is very nice! Good location. It seems that they put effort to renovate the hotel, so we really tried to sympathise with them. The thing I find annoying is that they promote spa, when 1/3 of it is not really usable. For the other 1/3, it seems as if they don’t want to set it up, if the hotel is not busy with guests.

Very good, My and my brother stayed for one week, and had wonderful vacation. Nikolai the owner of the hotel is a vary nice and the staff will do every effort to help in any request. I We will come back next year!

This is a picture from the pool in Chateau Vaptzarov. The place also has a gym and spa. The food is also good, especially the breakfast where you have a lot of different kinds of food at your disposal. The rooms have LCD TV's with cable and also Wi-Fi. The employees are okay, but not the most kind employees you can find.

Very good hotel. The stuff is amazing. They have a driver that took us every morning to the gondola and back to the hotel after the ski. There ara two saunas and hot swimming pool.

We stayed here at the end of December 2023. Pros: Room was clean, friendly staff, breakfast was good enough, good sauna and jacuzzi. Cons: unfortunately, the sauna is open until 20:00, so after a busy day you can’t get into it. You can hear neighbors noise in the room. No lift to third floor.

It’s not what it used to be few years ago. Prices have gone significantly up, the level of service have reduced. Food is mediocre, there are cracks on the walls, wallpapers are torn, carpets with stains.

It's a nice, calm, and clean hotel with comfortable beds and a tasty breakfast. Rooms are huge, and u will find all u need. Stuff is very friendly and always helps if you need anything. The hotel is situated very close to Bansko, so if u want, u can take a taxi and go there.

Great place for the many 👌 have nice personal, nice food and good spa center. I recommended for everyone, they have a shuttle every day to the ski center. The ski center is located 2km from the hotel.

A nice comfortable, affordable hotel which has been ideal for a Ski trip with my son. The breakfast is buffet style and serves early to get an early start for skiing. We then used the free shuttle bus they supply to the gondola station in town. It's about 25 mins walk back through the lovely old town in the evenings, or a reasonably priced taxi. Clean small hotel. Rooms are equipped with small fridge. Fine restaurant. Be aware that apartments are on the top floor and there's no lift, so you have to climb your luggage on the stairs. Breakfast is very basic and not tasty, but staff is really friendly and helpful.The pool outside is clean and the garden is beautiful. Parking is small and most of the time full.

Very nice hotel with lovely atmosphere and super kind stuff! The food is ok, the outdoor space - very well organized and maintained. The hotel is super comfortable for group workouts. We got there on a motorbike and had the option to keep it inside the yard for batter safety. The stuff was very understanding and helpful!

The rooms where warm and quite spacious. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Bonus for the kitty in the reception desk. I would appreciete if we had a proper shower since the water gets everywhere in the bathroom. It is very good hotel, with friendly stuff and delicious breakfast. It is near to the gondola and the bars area. It is good for couples and families too. We have a nice vacantion and next year we will be there again.

It was a nice and really warm experience, I say warm because the room sometimes was too hot. Food was very good and the personal was friendly. Toilets were clean and had toilet paper... which is not often the case in Bulgaria :).

The food was really good and the atmosphere was very pleasant. I personally dislike the live music tho, so big DISCLAIMER, turn this to a 5 if you like live music. Kudos to the waiters being so efficient and nice, tho expect a tiny bit of pressure even if you set your mind on a dish. We had a 50/50 experience regarding how good the dishes recommended were, but YMMV

Molerite hotel is a comfortable place to stay. It has a good restaurant too with a variety of choices.

The hotel is very good and locates near the centre. In the hotel there is a Turkish restaurant with tasty national cuisine. There are also breakfast included in the cost of a room. Moreover there is a sauna, that is very relaxing after skiing. The breakfast includes eggs, ham, lukanka, cheese, Bulgarian cheese, bread, toasts, milk, Bulgarian Jogurt, jam, chocolate paste, butter, honey, corn flakes...

More like 2 star hotel, rooms are cold, hot water only on demand, not hot enough and lasts like for 2 minutes, rubbish breakfast, not very friendly staff, no tea facilities, no hair dryers. Good location, cleanliness is OK, wouldn't use it again.

Hotel is lovely. Workers are very friendly and welcoming. Good value for the money. Fantastic location for us, as we wanted to be as much as Possible close to the forest. Definitely coming back. Already planning to return in spring, this time with kids.

Great family hotel, absolutely worth it for the value. The cocktails are the specialty of the owner and they have a lovely cosy garden in the summer when someone can enjoy them. Also pool and fitness is available. The room that we were was quite spacious and recently renovated.

Service was ok when we arrived but that changed almost immediately, and that is because we have asked the owner for a partial refund since our room had a horrible smell (toilet and mold all combined in one) transforming him into ironic and aggressive. We stayed for 7 nights was a very clean room and bathroom. They clean and arrange the room daily, very nice and helpfull staff, very warm during the night, hot water after the skisession. Decent sauna, pool and jacuzzi. Is a nice place to stay!

I have stayed in this hotel for at least eleven times since 2011. The hotel is comfortable, clean and has a great spa. Breakfast is plentiful and varied. Hotel good value for money. Location is great just a short walk to gondola. The staff are the best asset for this hotel nothing is too much bother for them .Food is ok for what you pay. Fantastically located in old town. Quiet, friendly, handy as a, short walk to gondola, ski hire. shops, bars and restaurants. Family run and very welcoming. They parked our car for us. I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Bansko! The location is perfect, just a short walk to the Gondola and the main street, making everything super convenient. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. The hotel itself was warm and cozy, which is so important during Bansko's cold winter months. It truly felt like a home away from home...

great place to say. simple and cosy rooms. very friendly family. in a quieter and pretty part of town but still easy to get to the gondola (they have a shuttle). roaring fire and traditional decor down stairs. excellent food and enjoyed getting half board. if you are looking for a simple but charming place to stay this is the place! excellent value. would come again!

Room was basic but had everything you need if for a comfortable sleep and shower. breakfast was also basic but satisfying. We booked in under a deal so we don't know the exact prices but from what i see it's definitely cost-effective

We have stayed here for 3 nights. Rooms are classical 3 star rooms. Employees are really kind. It takes 15 min by walk to center I am sorry to say that but beds are uncomfortable. Thank you for your kindness and hospitality. You can enjoy bansko from this hotel with good price.

Very nice place and polite members of staff. Only issue was we had no heat in the room and it was cold for us wet bikers (may time) . Other than that safe parking good breakfast and a quiet relaxed night's sleep ...

Nice experience. We were 2 couples and we stayed for 7 nights. Breakfast is ok, bot so much variaty but something new every day. Good ti get a nice start before hiting the slopes. Room was great, 2 bedroom apartement (108) with living room, 3 balconies, 2 bathrooms. Dinner is ok. Try "Delicious Fries + Ribbs". Room was cleaned every day, toeel change every 3 days.Spa center was great... decent pool...

4 star for the 3 star hotel. It is 3 star hotel, but the staff was helpful all the time. The ski bus was driving daily no matter that for 2 days I was the only passenger. The food was classic Bulgarian nothing special. Jacuzzi sometimes was hot sometimes was cold they did not care to fix it.

A nice hotel to stay in while you’re skiing. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and while this hotel is a budget-friendly option, the support with regard to shuttles to/from the resort and ski equipment storage is excellent! If I return to bansko I would stay here again!

A very sweet and cute hotel with the most amazing owners. The lady at the reception was very helpful and polite. The rooms could be cleaner but the cleaning lady came every day to pick up the trash. The rooms were really warm and cozy, and there was always hot water. The only disadvantage was the noise, cause you could hear the people walking and talking on the hol from inside your room. Very cozy place not far away from the lifts. The staff is really friendly and there to help you. But you should take notice that while in your room you can hear other visitors, and the rooms aren't that clean (plus our room wasn't cleaned daily). But if you don't mind these issues then it's the perfect place for your vacation.

We spent a great holiday at Pirina Club Hotel! It's a very cute, clean and comfortable hotel with a nice view at the mountain and a lovely garden...we especially enjoyed the breakfast and the host bakes a very delicious baniza! The hosts are very nice and helpful :) I would recommend it to all my friends!
