I had the pleasure of staying at St. George Bansko with my fiancée this week to celebrate her birthday, and I can't recommend it enough! Everything was perfect. The hotel has a convenient ski storage room, which made it so easy to store our ski equipment. They also provided shuttle services to the gondola, which was really helpful. We stayed at this hotel for a week and we felt very good. The accommodation and food were very good, the room was very warm, the staff was friendly, the prices were affordable, the spa service was good, the pool was heated, the ski slope was excellent. A nice and clean little town. I recommend it.

This a very nice hotel at the end of the town. The hotel is remote and overlooking some fields (and sheep). It's quiet and serene. The rooms are well appointed, and the service is top. The food in the restaurant is very delicious and plentiful, I had the best mini Pavlova! The only quibble is that the lobby is too small. But they fully compensate with a welcome drink 😄

The hotel in general is high value for a very affordable price: nice SPA centre, with the best Hamman I know so far, good airco, 24 hours reception, variated and complete breakfast, free parking space nearby. Good location away from the big noise and yet close to the centre (walking distance). Very helpful and friendly staff, they all speak well English.

Amazing value for money! Great location, right in front of a big park and a few minutes walk from the center. Big comfortable rooms with everything needed. Breakfast and dinner were great. Spa is decent with a small heated pool, big sauna and steam bath. It needs a bit of renovation though. There is a nice child's area. Overall the hotel is a perfect place for a cheap getaway with the children.

It was like I was at home. Small, cozy, tidy. We lacked absolutely nothing. Extremely clean place. Dishes, utensils, iron, hairdryer, toaster, kettle, books 📚, cleaning products and accessories. Just got back from a 7 night stay. Family of 5 2 adults 3 children (17,15,7). We had a 4th floor 2 bedroom apartment. Very friendly and accommodating staff. The spa center was nice and clean. The gym was surprisingly well-equipped. Decent breakfast options at the buffet. Great stay overall.

It is clean, comfortable, good looking, BUT not well maintained. Some furnitures are dirty, some facilities are broken. It is 3 km away from Bansko and Razlog, near the main road, near a forest and small river.

If you are not planning to eat at the restaurant then don't come here,since there is nowhere to eat at the room and even if you paid for the restaurant it's pretty expensive

A couple of hours’ drive from Sofia in the very picturesque town of Bansko, the hotel has ample parking space and is vary easy to get to.  Staff, more specifically reception, restaurant and servicing are very courteous and kind. Having mentioned the restaur, the variety and quality of the served food items are well within and possibly exceeding its category. Well done!

The hotel has plenty of facilities, staff were friendly, the breakfast buffet had lot's of choice of cold and hot items, the spa was nice with an outdoor hot tub. Very well positioned, very close to the gondola and far from the noise of the center. The food is good. The rooms are clean. Overall, should be invested because you can see the passage of time and some things are a bit degraded. The elevator requires maintenance, it gives you the impression that it can break down at any time.

We had a two-day family break there, at Christmas in a really spacious two-room apartment. We enjoyed the extra space and the view to the mountains. We paid for half board so we ate dinner as well as breakfast. The hotel was clean, the service was good but the food was always cold no matter the time. I went for the weekend for a surprise for my boyfriend, the staff is really kind, I asked if they can put a small card with happy name day and they did it which was very nice of them. We spend 7 days in this hotel ! It was ok, not 4 star for sure , but ok . Location was good , driver who brings you to gondola as well ! Cold swimming pool and SPA area air temperature was 25 degrees during the winter. Air conditioning system doesn't work- no fresh air and humidity is like 99. Children play zone looks like ghetto.

Beautiful grand hotel with luxurious furnishings, just like the one in The Shining but this one has only nice ghosts. Seriously, this place is worthy of its name: elegant and harkens back to a bygone era. The staff is really nice. Nice and quaiet hotel. Till to city center and to telegondola, there are 600m. There are cars free of charge for telegondola every morning and in the afternoon Kind staff. There is spa, parking, bar, conference hall. Rich breakfast.

Nice hotel generally. The room was big and comfortable. The spa services were great, but the stairs out of the pool were full of water and slippery. Also, there was a broken tile out of our bathtub. Room was comfortable but not clean. There were some food leftovers in fridge and dust on some places. However, hotel stuff were nice and professional and made up for that. There is also a beautiful steam swimming pool inside.

Staff are friendly, the house keeping staff even washed up and made our beds while we were out. The paid WiFi service for rooms though is bad as we struggled to connect to it. The hotel has a storage room for ski and snowboards right near the entrance.

A cheap and easy hotel in Bansko. No thrills and breakfast is suspect but you can’t really complain given our room was less than a tenner each per person. You can walk to the ski lift but they provide a free shuttle too.

Solo traveller. I stay in a one bed apartment and was thankful for the air-conditioning as it was hot outside. Plenty of room for one person and there was a view of the mountain from the windows. I had to buy some microwave cookware as there was no specific items of that kind in the apartment but that was the only thing that let the place down.
