Spa-Hotels in Bansko

I live here myself in one of the apartments.... but this keeps on coming back. But it is a very nice hotel/apartments resort. Well kept, quiet, a nice outdoor swimming pool for the summer, very close to the Gondola for skiing and hiking

Two of us stayed four nights in a one bedroomed apartment; one in the bedroom, one on the sofa bed in the living area. It is basically 12 apartment blocks and we were in Block 10 which is around the back near the reception, which takes some finding when you arrive on the street at the front! I have stayed twice at apartments in this block. The positive is that its located very close to the gondola, there are plenty of supermarkets and rental for skis in the block. The only negative for the hole block was that the last time the heaters didnt work and we only used air conditioning.

+ Close to Gondola & many bars/restaurants/shops/supermarkets + Very nice decor, cosy wooden cabin vibes + Spacious enough, comfy beds + Well-equipped w/ Big TV & Netflix, large fridge and a nice view - Lift wasn't always working (Two of us got stuck in it for 5-10 minutes), and with a lot of ski gear to carry, going up and down 4/5 flights of stairs before or after a day of skiing was a nuisance...

We hired an apartment here for a week through AirBnb. We stayed in Block 9, Apartment 32 and we were delighted when we arrived at how spacious the place is. 1 large bedroom with a double bed, which was very comfortable. Haven’t bothered reading the low reviews, as far as I can tell this place is terrific. Low budget, nice room and extremely convenient for the Gondola. If i ever came back to Bansko this place would be well on the agenda to book for a low budget, convenient stay.

The location is great. It's near the ski lift and the restaurants etc, but set back just enough to enjoy peace and quiet. There are studio apartments, one bedroom apartments and two bedroom apartments. All are self catering. The apartments are all privately owned by individual owners. Good value for money. Family of 4, 2 bedrooms, plenty of space, comfy beds. Kitchenette missing some basic extras like tea towel, small pan, wooden spoon but we improvised easily enough (campers!). Shower tray did leak a little as needs re-seal, but nothing major. Drawers in bedroom broken, but plenty space in wardrobe. Pool/spa could do with tlc but fine for a dip and kids enjoyed. Stayed here for a week over Christmas in apartment on top floor. It was massive so much space and view over town to mountains. Beds were comfortable and our double was at least king size though duvet was only a double so used a single next to it. Fantastic family hotel, great food and attentive staff. Very clean rooms and quite spacious. We stayed there for a week with 2 small children- ideal really. Their kids room is so much better than in pictures they have up on the website and the lady there does arts and crafts with the kids. We stayed here outside the ski season and used it as a convenient base for the beautiful town of Bansko and hiking in the Pirin mountains. We've had a great stay so far. Staff are all so friendly and willing to help despite the reviews saying otherwise! They upgraded us to a nice balcony room with an amazing view. Food has been great considering the price and the included wine/beer at dinner (which we didnt know about) has been a treat!! Short walk to the rental areas and gondola. Highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again

Overall experience was good as a budget option. Cleanness wasn't the strong point of that room, as it wasn't very well cleaned. We had to have the bedlinens changed on check-in since they had stains and hair on them. Staff was very helpful and helped with everything.

I was on a short ski vacation with my son. The hotel is in a wonderful location in the centrum of Bansko. The spa center is very basic and needs renovation. We had a good experience staying here. Yes the hotel is a bit tired but our room was clean, the spa facilities were great! There is a huge swimming pool, sauna and steam room which were clean & fabulous to use after a days skiing. The pool always had someone in attendance. It was never too busy. We spend 7 days in this hotel ! It was ok, not 4 star for sure , but ok . Location was good , driver who brings you to gondola as well ! The pool was very nice - clean, big and mot too warm neither cold- 28 degrees, perfect! The family suite was spacious and very warm! The breakfast is OK too.
