The hotel has nice rooms, sufficiently large with spacious and well-equipped bathrooms. However, the restaurant could offer a wider selection of dishes. I recommend using the Al Dente restaurant and placing an order to your room (once per stay). Unfortunately, the hotel has a shortage of pools, which are therefore overcrowded most of the time. 2 things that I do not like: 1. The tourists that leave their towels in the sunbeds to “occupy” their seat. Maybe you should consider making a beach only for level tourists. 2. The cocktails have a weird taste in a paper cup. Maybe you should consider serving them in glasses.

It is a beautiful hotel, perfect for a family vacation. The rooms are spacious and very clean, every day they come to clean and change the towels. The food is good and varied. They have artistic programs every day, clean pools, quality sunbeds and in 2 minutes you reach the beach. Hotel staff is very kind. We felt wonderful, we will definitely come back.

Hotel is rather dated. The room was clean enough but nothing special. We chose ‘the level’ and were glad that we did. It gave us access to a separate pool (the main pool was overcrowded and there were not enough sunbeds. There was constant music pumping out from speakers there as well). The food was very repetitive over the course of a week and also the food did not taste very well. The hadd very few vegetarian alternatives, which resulted in some people almost only eating fries for the duration of the stay.

You have to get lucky with the rooms, some have good ac, some are just bad. The workers are okay, depends on who you get, the cleaner in the main area is just not good with people and tells and the managers do nothing about it. The only reason I gave the workers 2 stars is because the animation team is wonderful. They make program and make this hotel worth at least some stars, but this is DEFINETLY...

Fantastic for the kids (sides, pools, animation / kids club, trampolines etc), great beach nearby. However service, cleanliness of the property, food/service was okay. We would not return due to how crowded everything was - difficult to walk through Pool lounges, dinning areas, reception etc. Felt like sardines crammed into a small space most of the time.

Very nice and clean hotel, about 300 m from the beach, good food (the best vegetable cream soup I've had so far!) and diverse. Free access to the hotel's water park, outdoor pool with water slides (also has a shallow area for children), wellness center with hot tub, sauna, heated indoor pool. This is a great hotel for families with kids. It is located next to Aquapark hotel and the guests can use both facilities for free. Each hotel has pools and water slides. One of the best and high vfm hotels in the golden sands Varna. 5 minutes to the beach, new rooms, service is very good, all included, various food that suites for anyone, including vegan, clean and safe pools and spa. Lots of slides for kids, big gaming zone for all ages, billiard, pingpong etc. Arraingements with travel companies for tours, ex. jeep tours. Excellent vacation for reasonable price.

Our kids felt great at the water tubes and at the evenings shows. The food is not always grate, but it's a plus that it has a large variety from where you can find something suitable for your taste. The family-run hotel, large area, spacious rooms. Liked the food, lots of choice and tasty. The only thing not liked is the animation. It is very weak.

Very cool place !!! Beach is not far , parking is included , the pool is perfect especially when the sea is cold :) There is also the pool for babys :) The receptionist is always ready to help !

We really had a great experience. Well Maintained apartments with Amazing See view, delicious Breakfast with several options for Vegetarians & Non Vegetarians both. Chef cooked customized dishes based on our requirement. And complete staff was really helpful and amazing..

We spend 6 days in this hotel. The food was good, everyday you can find something new to eat , the room is big, clean and it's equipped with balcony. They have an outdoor pool with pool bar. The beach it is at 5 minute walk. Overall we enjoy the experience in Golden Sands and apartment Hotel Golden Line it is a good place to stay if you are spending the holiday there or if you just passing by.

Good place to stay. Room spacious, cleaned every day. Big pool and food to choose from. Drinks, not so good in my opinion as we had all inclusive and they only serve syrup with water as juice, instant coffee and as for beer and wine , also come in draft and are not so good. SO, thumbs up for the hotel, but only with breakfast not all inclusive.

Very nice hotel. I don't expect this kind of standard. Tasty food, big and clean room, nice swimming pools. A lot of space around building. Many places to sit and rest. Very close to the beach. This place has a lot of good things, but given the price and areas of improvements, only 3 stars. Areas for improvement: - better room cleaning - don't overcook all the meat - some of the driest meat in my life was here - don't overcook all the veggies - animation group needs to be more pushy for sports. For a budget holiday it did everything it said on the tin. FOOD: The food was ok, always plenty of food, although sometimes you did have to queue for fresh food on the grill. Absolute gem of a hotel and experience - quiet, affordable with incredible park and brand new pool! Approximately 15m by car from Varna and 5 from Golden sands! The staff was super kind and helpful when we needed directions and the food was amazing. Our rooms were clean and bright, we woke up with the sunrise above the coast!

The rooms are OK, the hotel is understaffed.. So the services are slow. The biggest letdown is that is far away from the beach, and there are no roadsigns to guide you and the roads are quite convoluted.

The hotel was really beautiful and clean and had a lot of different foods, I loved the breakfast. Very clean pool and a wide variety of drinks. The behavior of the hotel staff was somewhat kind, but in general, Bulgarian people are not friendly at all.

The overall experience was great. The hotel is located away from noise, the music played outside and at the restaurant area was great, staff is friendly, food was pretty good and there was also a vast type of different food. Exceptional experience! I think it is the best quality price ratio I’ve met in my life. The cleanliness is speechless: the rooms, the pool area, the tables, the restaurant. Loved it! The food is amazing! It is very tasty (even the morning sausages were great - this almost never happens at an all inclusive 😁). It has been OK. The rooms are pretty old and there are tv cables that are not secured. The food is fresh and you have plenty to choose from. Overall, it's a good alternative for the price range, but don't expect something wow.

I find this hotel very nice. It's remarcable that the rooms are tidy and clean. The location is near the beach. I'd like to mention Inessa, Jivka and Angel for their hospitality and receptivity. This hotel needs a lot of improvment especially in cleaning and food. Bathroom with mold room 506 worn towels , a/c not working dust everywere. The hotel is not 4*. All Bulgarians in the hotel industry is not competent. Was in the middle of September. The end of the season was felt. Little people, come rant in the morning, but settled all the same in 14. Room good, balcony is huge. But. But shower accessories, a wicker basket is not present cable and ragged that I wanted to immediately throw it out. In the garbage pail was not garbage bags...

Had a nice stay. Thankfully placed in a peaceful and quiet part of golden Sands. Helpful staff, nice rooms and a nice pool. The food was a bit boring.

Good hotel. Clean, comfortable. Four only for the lack of wi-fi in the room. Communication was only in the lobby where the reception is. They promised to do it, but they didn’t do it in two weeks. Everything else is good. Rested there in 2017.

It has become noticeably better: lighting, entrance, reception. We must continue in the same spirit: to put in order the SPA and the indoor pool.
