Nice and clean rooms, good food and very nice staff.

+ Clean hotel + Good service from their staff + Location + Free gym, big pool outside - Wi-fi is paid (no matter where in the hotel), which is one of the big drawbacks of this place - Food is nice (though not much to choose from), but drinks and cocktails are among the cheapest in Bulgaria

Food was Good (didn’t try much of the offered diversity) would suggest to add “transport to/from airport” and room service. DO NOT ASK RECEPTION FOR A CAB!! the fare is around twice as high

Arena Mar is a 2 years old hotel, they build it very fast. Service is smiled and kind even some times too much. Food is all inclusive no much choice of food. Overall this is a family hotel

Decent,clean and friendly personnel. needs some replacement of the pool equipment (umbrellas/ deck chairs), better wifi (not paid anymore)

This is a new hotel built in 2015. Rooms are well arranged, bathrooms are modern, staff is very friendly.

I recommend using the Al Dente restaurant and placing an order to your room (once per stay). Unfortunately, the hotel has a shortage of pools, which are therefore overcrowded most of the time

Verry good service, especially the food, wich comes in big variety ! Rooms are big, cleaned daily ! Also has garage for safe parking, extra pay. Private beach and beach bar with sunbeds, overall a good vacation

2 things that I do not like: 1. The tourists that leave their towels in the sunbeds to “occupy” their seat. Maybe you should consider making a beach only for level tourists

Minus: pay sunbeds, mattresses, umbrellas and toilet on the beach, as this part of the city beach. In weekend noisy until night, but you can close the balcony :-)

They have artistic programs every day, clean pools, quality sunbeds and in 2 minutes you reach the beach. We felt wonderful, we will definitely come back

It is a beautiful hotel, perfect for a family vacation. The rooms are spacious and very clean, every day they come to clean and change the towels

The rooms are very modern and clean. Many facilities, beachfront with the hotel own swimming pool between the hotel and the hotel private beach. Food was outstanding and diverse

The prices in the Café are a bit overpriced, but considering the high season, it could be acceptable. The clean level is high as well. Thanks to all staff that keeps Admiral on high level for holidays

This place is awesome! Its one of those hotels that make you wish just to stay close to it, and not to go anywhere else. The best place in the whole "Golden Sands" area!

Clean beach and water, great food, exceptional services. The parking place was far from the hotel, so make sure you take everything you need from it

The pool was very much liked by the big kids, but the one for small kids is small and deep for them. We all had fun, adults, kids, babies

One drawback is not the hotel and Golden Sands - there are very noisy until 4 am music)) and the beaches are overloaded with people (from 2 to 13 August 2017)

Nice hotel, very tasty food, friendly staff. Room cleaned every day, breakfasts, Lunches and dinners last for 3-3. 5 hours, no need to rush, everything at the hotel is well organized and thought out

The room are clean and are more than ok ! The animation staff are really friendly and make good job, but the barkeepers are really unfriendly, never see such unfriendly people ! The meal aren't good, happy come back home or eat out of the hotel

The staff is mainly young and motivated people, that are very helpful and professional. I and my mother are among the regular visitors, enjoying hotel Lilia twice each summer for many years now

This is a great hotel for families with kids. It is located next to Aquapark hotel and the guests can use both facilities for free. Each hotel has pools and water slides. The all inclusive at deluxe is great

The food is tasty with plenty of choices - there're 4 different thematic dinners in the restaurant in a week - Live barbecue, Bulgarian cuisine with folk dancing program, Mediterranean /seafood/ and Asian specialitates - sushi for example

The only reason I gave the workers 2 stars is because the animation team is wonderful. They make program and make this hotel worth at least some stars, but this is DEFINETLY not a 4 star hotel

The hotel rooms are pretty big and clean. They clean the room every day and change the towels. They have animation for the kids and the animation girls are very funny and full of energy

The drinks are locate so you can not expect at high quality (for all inclusive). To arrive at the beach you have to down a lot of stairs. We had a bar on the beach where you can take drinks and snack’s

We had a good room with view at the sea 😍. The place where you serve the food has a great view (first picture). The food was good not so variated but good

As for the barman's the pool one is the greatest one to exist! Extremely friendly and catches on super fast about your liking

He may be a bit old, but he is fast and gently with the drinks! The lobby bar was very good, 2 people working at the same time, that's some efficiency. The meals are served like the Swedish Buffet

Has a diversity of desserts thru the week. The best thing its that it varies from day to day. The pool is also a great service to use. It's so clean and it has a thermal control

The food are good and there are plenty as well as a great variation. The service is competent and friendly. Will highly recommend this hotel to others both adults as well as families with children

Great place to be, comfy, I liked the atmosfere, the staff and the sea-view! Why not 5stars? Cheap build materials and furniture, cleanness 7. 5/10, little amenities (only soap, shampoo and 2 towels for each ocupant

Bellow average hotel at Golden Sands. This resort use to be beautiful sea side place in a forest next to the beaches now just hotels next to other hotel extremely noisy and full with drunks

This place is amazing! All people who work here are very nice and hardworking. The rooms are clean, the cleaning ladies come every day. There is a lot of food options, as well as a lot of drinks in the bars

No more than 5 minutes walk to the beach. The only thing that I would add is drinking water ;) All in all, I higly recommand this hotel :)

Very satisfied, especially with the food and views. Star down: terrace bar closes at 10 PM and you have to go to the lobby bar, which is, given the nearby sea, far less attractive place

The hotel is good, but the room is not cleaned, only the garbage is taken out. And so all is well

The hotel is located in Golden Sands, cool like this place, next to a lot of clubs. To the sea about 500 meters, great pool with comfortable sun beds in the nearby Double Tree, you can use it

For example in some rooms the system with magnetic key locks on the doors doesnt work and you have to use a key , sometimes when you go to take a shower there isnt enough pressure in the tubes through the shower head for the water or there isnt enough hot water , the table tennis "rackets" or whatever was their name i forgot are in bad shape and the ping pong balls all got broken thanks to some guests...

Pretty good. Not the worst, not the best. What you pay is what you get!

And so on but certainly i think 3 star is on point for this hotel due to the things it provides the atmosphere the place the people etc

The room was spacious - a bedroom (extra large bed) and a liviing room with sofa bed. The view from the balcony at 8th floor was amazing - the sea is 50 meters from the hotel. The staff was very friendly and supportive

There are 70-100 meters to the sea, you need to cross the road. The beach has paid sunbeds and umbrellas, but there is plenty of free space. You can calmly lie down on your mat right next to the sea

Another thing is that they allowed a group of tourists to play loud manele on their wifi speaker. That was awfully! We stayed at the pool only one day because of this problems

The housekeeper was really nice and they made everyday something from the towels that surprised us. The food was good and variated. The big inconvenience is that the hotel has no private beach

WiFi is perfect!!!! No problems even on the way to the hotel! Empty dishes are removed in a restaurant with lightning speed. The rooms are large, clean, updated

The first one is that the personal at the pool allowed tourists with drinks in the pool, and they allowed the tourists to make fun of the animation team

What they do for the hotel is amazing, I learned their dance in just 2 days, they do their job well and due to the argument given above I think they deserve 5 stars

Ivo the animator was an amazing entertaining Guy for his age. Although the hotel was pretty nice. It was close to the beach and I liked that alot

"ANIMATION TEAM" these people are just bestial, friendlier and funnier people you only see in movies

"THE BARMANS" are also very good people and very friendly and they also deserve 5 stare

Presi the animator was the whole heart of the eveniments and them needs a rise

We had a very nice holiday at this hotel, we are a family with two boys of one year and six year old, we spent 8 days in august, just the best holiday ever! Great value for money, lovely entertainment team, quiet place , very pleased with food and service, nice polite staff, they all speak english, secured parking as we went by car

Beautiful hotel with a lovely pool, great rooms (sea-view from bed), very clean

As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by smiling people at the reception, the staff was great from the reception to the manager, bellboys waiters, the bartenders and especially the bartender Hristo, who managed to make different cocktails from the menu

MiRaBelle was exceptional! Our family had the most amazing time here! Everything was clean, the rooms, the bathroom was great, with a walk-in shower, the pool was pristine and kept clean at all times

There are plenty of sunbeds out for everyone. There is a really nice lounge area with comfy sofas, armchairs, and air conditioning by the bar. The terrace with a pool view was a very nice touch

As for fruit and deserts, you will not be disappointed. Everything we tried was excellent. The staff were all amazing, hardworking people, kind, polite, sociable, and very hospitable

The food in the restaurant (we had Breakfast only), through the hotel to go through the floor and down the Elevator to the first floor. We accidentally broke one thing in the toilet. But everything changed for free

Cleaning every day was making the bed, changed the towels, washed the dust. Bed linen is changed twice, but the pillow covers often changed. On TV 50 channels, a music and four Russian: 1st, NTV, rtvi, and music

Rest this (2017) summer in a double room. Can't say anything negative about this hotel. Despite the fact that we arrived at 9 am, we were immediately given a room on the fifth floor with views of the mountain

Shower installed directly on the wall and water drained into the floor. Didn't have that close of a shower. Of course water was all over the floor, but very spacious, splash around all you want

Room small but beds are comfortable and wide. Blackout curtains and air conditioning. The bathroom is adjacent, on one half of the toilet, on the other, through the partition of souls

The hotel has a pool, very clean, but we just swam there, and then decided that it was stupid to swim in the pool, when we arrived at the sea
