This is a great hotel for families with kids. It is located next to Aquapark hotel and the guests can use both facilities for free. Each hotel has pools and water slides. The all inclusive at deluxe is great

The pool bar always has good food inclusing pizza, chips, waffles and more. The play room is huge at the aquapark hotel full with ps5 consoles, pool tables and ping pong tables. The beach is 5 minutes walk from the hotel

One of the best and high vfm hotels in the golden sands Varna. 5 minutes to the beach, new rooms, service is very good, all included, various food that suites for anyone, including vegan, clean and safe pools and spa

Lots of slides for kids, big gaming zone for all ages, billiard, pingpong etc. Arraingements with travel companies for tours, ex. Excellent vacation for reasonable price

Hiii, I feel obliged to share my opinion about Prestige Hotel and Aquapark. I had business trip for 2 nights and a liked this place

The workers are okay, depends on who you get, the cleaner in the main area is just not good with people and tells and the managers do nothing about it

But it felt like child was sleeping on bare wood it was impossible to sleep on it. Air conditioning worked well. Room allegedly was cleaned on a daily basis, unless you would leave a sign advising to not disturb

Check in was smooth, we were I formed how to locate our room, wi fi log in, info about possibility to book in Greek/Bulgarian themed dinner, advised of gym and spa service, advised of the shuttle bus

Given a sheet with information on lunched dinners breakfast. Maim beds were decent and comfortable to sleep on. However we were with a child who slept on a sofa bed

Not just great animation, but a show program in the evenings. Responsive and friendly staff. We arrived at night and were supposed to check in only at 2 p

From the beginning, we were met outside the hotel by one of the workers, who very pleasantly guided us to the reception for a check in

The pool with water slides is really great for kids, except it was off for some reason in the middle of the day. Water is much colder than in the other outdoor pools. Beach- that is one of 2 massive disappointments

Johan and Stefi were always smiling and funny around us. Matteo and Semba were so great in leading the games. We also enjoyed the animation shows so much. Everyone were so energetic and everytime in a great mood

I saw people come to their sunbeds after 4 hours. I've seen panicked people about their abandoned towel when the staff moved the sunbeds because they couldn't get the card. It enforces the same toxic behavior

Our stay in Vistamar was incredible because of the amazing animators that did great job. They were always smiling and energetic. Lili and Soriane did wonderful job in the Mini Club with the kids

Every day the fridge in the room was replenished with mineral water. Cleaned well, towels changed every day. The food is good, have put on a few extra lbs. To the beach by walking about 7-10 minutes

The restaurant's food is incredibly tasty every day, but it would be desirable. The hotel is an old one and some equipment in the rooms and in other places that require it should already be changed

But the most fun in my experience here were the animators, who are very dedicated to their work, they will never leave you busy, you will always have something to learn from them

My daughter loved them and couldn’t wait to take a part in every entertainment, so starting with morning gymnastics and finishing on great Mini Disco

Especially animation team! Girls are literally an angels- so patient, easygoing with children and with their harts on their hands

The hotel is on the first line. The beach is not very clean! Sunbeds and umbrellas are free. There are several pools and a gym. We arrived by car, so there was a long registration and payment at reception for parking

One of the best experiences i’ve ever had, out of the ordinary staff, so kind and lovely to communicate with, especially the girls at the reception. High quality beds and so many services. I highly recommend it!!

Excellent Easter weekend stay here. Would come again if the price is reasonable. We were due to stay at the 4-star Nympha Hotel, but we got upgraded to 5-star Riviera Beach Hotel

Riviera Beach may have been 5 stars once, but it's not quite 5 stars nowadays. It's an old hotel, somewhat renovated. All rooms have a sea view, but for 1st floor rooms the view is somewhat obscured by the awning

This is a hotel I know for a long time. Perfect location, big rooms with sea view only, mineral water pools, 25000 mp of private beach, 18000 mp of secular forest and now a new management. Perfection!

There are also 3 swimming pools, from what I believe and even a spa. Food for hotel food was great, for Bulgarian food, however, it isn't so phenomenal

My vacation in hotel Royal was very cool and cery fun because of the animators Reni and Melek who organised coo fames all the time. The pool was very big and the water wasn't cold

The hotel has very cool pool and very nice staff. The animators Reni and Melek made our holiday even better because they took care of the kids at the kids club and drew with them. The lifeguard was very funny and nice

I liked my stay in the hotel very much. The rooms and the food were okay but what made my holiday was the animators Reni and Melek, who were very nice and played very cool music by the pool

The food is good for all inclusive and there are many dispensers to get water at any time for free. I would go here again if I have the chance

Limited choice of 5 cocktails, nothing fancy but good enough. AMENITIES: 3 swimming pools (2 outside, 1 inside), can usually find a spot to sit despite the usual towel on the sunbed tricks

you can use both swimming pool and also they have indoor pool. Our room had jungle view which was awesome. it was clean and they daily room service

LOCAL AREA: A nice place to take a family, plenty to do and see and the beach was beautiful, although you do have to pay for sunbeds and umbrellas on all the beach's

Double tree is a good hotel with nice and respectful staff which they help and guide you if you have any question. They have their own beach wich free shuttle is available

The stay here was very pleasant. Pluses: - The stuff was very responsive and served us quick. They made sure that everything was clean. - During every meal serving, the stuff made sure to clean the finished plates

- the stuff from reception helped us with every question we had. - most of the stuff knew English very well. - in the menu, there was healthy food choices

We stayed at Grifid Bolero for a week ( our second time there) and honestly, everything was just perfect. The housekeeping staff did a great job every day

Pool is a bit cold for young kids, could recycle the heat from the air-conditioning to heat the pool in an eco-friendly way. Would recommend for families and you can't fault the food and drink

The hotel is 5km Away from the golden Sands!! The closest beach is 20 minutes away, with very very clear water but pretty bad sand and surounding is dirty

We had a great 14 days-stay here and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Our spacious room with a sea view was spotless upon our arrival and provided excellent comfort

- very good location among cypress trees, conifers and other trees - 5 mins walking to the huge and clear Kabakum beach - spacious, comfortable and quiet rooms with all amenities and a large balcony - exceptionally friendly and hospitable staff - good breakfasts and restaurant a la cart menu - a lot of additional facilities like a pool, bar, billiard, ping pong etc

A very quiet place with very big rooms with nice balcony. Swimming pool is very nice for the kids. 25 min walk to the centre with the bazar and shops. Very good deal with booking and breakfast was very nice, boufet style

The only problem is working hours of the pool: 8- 17-30. It would be better to make it work a bit longer. As for food, I loved it very much. You always have what to choose (or try everything)

Families will appreciate the two separate kids’ pools with shallow water, plus the large main pool for everyone. There’s plenty of seating and umbrellas, and the pool area never felt overcrowded

All the sun loungers are occupied with towels, but no one is on them until 11 AM. My only comforts were the garden at the Level (unfortunately, they have a small pool there) and the bar on the 8th floor

If you can, book a sea-view room — the view of the Black Sea from the balcony is breathtaking, especially during sunrise and sunset. Food & Dining The food selection is another strong point

Hotel Arabella is the perfect place if you’re looking for a fun, energetic holiday! There’s always something going on — games by the pool, music, dancing, evening shows… the vibe is just amazing

It's a good family hotel with lots of families here and very loud animation, 2 pools, 3 restaurants, snack bar, lobby bar and disco (even small kids in the disco along with loud, half-naked men at midnight!)

The young people at the bar were super nice and smiling. The pool was clean and the weather was great for the beginning of May. They paid a certain price, they expeted more than the price they paid

The room was very good with ac,but bathroom is so out of date, os not any cabin shower all the water need to go in a big hole which have a small pipe and all bathroom get flooded until you finish the shower need a recondition, some time push with the feet on hole because the water just dont go
