I recommend using the Al Dente restaurant and placing an order to your room (once per stay). Unfortunately, the hotel has a shortage of pools, which are therefore overcrowded most of the time

They have artistic programs every day, clean pools, quality sunbeds and in 2 minutes you reach the beach. We felt wonderful, we will definitely come back

There is lots of it but you can barely find something which tastes good. Drinks are the usual Bulgarian all-inclusive standard which means poor quality. The swimming pools are nice but not enough sunbeds

2 things that I do not like: 1. The tourists that leave their towels in the sunbeds to “occupy” their seat. Maybe you should consider making a beach only for level tourists

Unfortunately, the lifeguards are somewhat incompetent and don't know how to provide proper service. The hotel's sandy beach is a bit far and mostly crowded. In the water, you need to watch out for large rocks

Everything was very nice, we had a great time! The food was delicious and with a great variety. The staff was friendly, the room very spacious and clean. The pools and water slides are also great! Thanks

Fantastic for the kids (sides, pools, animation / kids club, trampolines etc), great beach nearby. However service, cleanliness of the property, food/service was okay

The only reason I gave the workers 2 stars is because the animation team is wonderful. They make program and make this hotel worth at least some stars, but this is DEFINETLY not a 4 star hotel

I understand that it's more work but this is a presumably 4star hotel, they should get paid enough and have enough workers for it

You eat drink out of plastic cups, no decency to give you real glasses and when you do use a real glass the workers glare at you

We would not return due to how crowded everything was - difficult to walk through Pool lounges, dinning areas, reception etc. Felt like sardines crammed into a small space most of the time

Hello! Vacationing with his son for 13 years with 16. Arrived at 06:00 am, checked in at 10:00. The room got nice, spacious, clean, bright. On the table stood a bottle of Bulgarian champagne dry "Albena"

Nice hotel, very tasty food, friendly staff. Room cleaned every day, breakfasts, Lunches and dinners last for 3-3. 5 hours, no need to rush, everything at the hotel is well organized and thought out

One drawback is not the hotel and Golden Sands - there are very noisy until 4 am music)) and the beaches are overloaded with people (from 2 to 13 August 2017)

This is a great hotel for families with kids. It is located next to Aquapark hotel and the guests can use both facilities for free. Each hotel has pools and water slides. The all inclusive at deluxe is great

The pool bar always has good food inclusing pizza, chips, waffles and more. The play room is huge at the aquapark hotel full with ps5 consoles, pool tables and ping pong tables. The beach is 5 minutes walk from the hotel

One of the best and high vfm hotels in the golden sands Varna. 5 minutes to the beach, new rooms, service is very good, all included, various food that suites for anyone, including vegan, clean and safe pools and spa

Lots of slides for kids, big gaming zone for all ages, billiard, pingpong etc. Arraingements with travel companies for tours, ex. Excellent vacation for reasonable price

Another inconvenience was the absence of drinking water in the rooms. Additionally the WiFi stability is not great

I had a really wonderful vacation in the Riviera Hotel. The check-in went smooth and fast. The room was clean with the beautiful seaview. There were a lot of choices for lunch and dinner

There are also 3 swimming pools, from what I believe and even a spa. Food for hotel food was great, for Bulgarian food, however, it isn't so phenomenal

We've been here 4 times already (as a family of four), and We aren't planning to stop coming here any soon. There is a great seasight for a greatly available beach compared to the other hotels and beaches in the area

Every room is well-equipped, as a hotel built previously for the communist party back in the 70's or 80's. There has been a slight renovation from what I've seen. They modified the AC and changed ceilings

An incredible hotel! Clean rooms, friendly staff, great food with various options, situated right at the beach. As a family of four we had a great and calm vacation. A big big thanks!

The only thing to upgrade in my opinion is to organize some courses for bar tenders how to prepare drinks however they were kind and try to do their best. Generally staff it’s the strongest point of this hotel

But take care, mainly during the morning, if you let your belongs on the beach chair unaccompanied more than 30 min, the beach staff can remove them and you lost your place in front of the see (house rules to avoid misuse of the chairs on the beach)

The hotel is very clean, the services are perfect, and the personal are very nice, always ready to help. Good location for families with kids, private beach and pool (indoors and outdoors)

Friendly and multilingual staff (English, German, French, Spanish, Russian, Bulgarian, at least I could hear at reception) work hard to give you an amazing experience

Very good and varied food with restaurants a la carte! Clean and nice hotel, kind and friendly staff, well kept area, wide beach. Our stay was better than we expected

Everything looked great and the staff helped me with everything at all times which left quite the pleasant feeling to me and my friends. There was also this noteworthy lifeguard which I believe was called Boyan

and with this he ensured our stay to be more than wonderful. We can't say "Thank you!" enough times to him, but we'll make sure to do so every single time when we visit the Golden sands

He helped me and my friend a bunch of times when we really needed it, he also guided us through the city one night and even gave us honest reviews of where we can eat and etc

Our kids felt great at the water tubes and at the evenings shows. The food is not always grate, but it's a plus that it has a large variety from where you can find something suitable for your taste

Another issue in the whole Golden sands complex is the garbage all around - in the streets, green areas and the beach. Overall we had a great experience in hotel Arabella. It is a great place for family vacation

Very nice personnel, very nice rooms, good food. They clean the rooms often. Only a small downside--you have to go down and up some stairs to go to and back from the beach.

Every evening we have a show as well. A family friendly hotel and well located, not too fqr from the beach. We are also offered to go to another private beach plus waterpark as part of the group Grifid's hotels

Our room seemed to have been renovated, but our floor’s surface was bumpy and was uncomfortable to walk barefoot, there was a carpet but I suppose that with the bumps can’t be properly cleaned

Exceptional experience! I think it is the best quality price ratio I’ve met in my life. The cleanliness is speechless: the rooms, the pool area, the tables, the restaurant

The pool was very clean and clear, a little small, but I was on september and there weren't a lot of people in that area

The hotel is located away from noise, the music played outside and at the restaurant area was great, staff is friendly, food was pretty good and there was also a vast type of different food

Great hotel overall, wouldn’t recommend to people with walking disabilities. The hotel is on the hill, walking to the beach could be hard. The staff was amazing, especially barmen Stanislav, he made sure we had fun

The beds were comfortable and I believe that after two days the room keepers came in to change the sheets. We also had extra pillows, towels and blankets in the room, which was a bonus

The stay here was very pleasant. Pluses: - The stuff was very responsive and served us quick. They made sure that everything was clean. - During every meal serving, the stuff made sure to clean the finished plates

- the stuff from reception helped us with every question we had. - most of the stuff knew English very well. - in the menu, there was healthy food choices

Limited choice of 5 cocktails, nothing fancy but good enough. AMENITIES: 3 swimming pools (2 outside, 1 inside), can usually find a spot to sit despite the usual towel on the sunbed tricks

LOCAL AREA: A nice place to take a family, plenty to do and see and the beach was beautiful, although you do have to pay for sunbeds and umbrellas on all the beach's

Double tree is a good hotel with nice and respectful staff which they help and guide you if you have any question. They have their own beach wich free shuttle is available

They make proper cocktails! Lovely hotel with friendly staff.

Great place for holiday

The hotel is 5km Away from the golden Sands!! The closest beach is 20 minutes away, with very very clear water but pretty bad sand and surounding is dirty

Great place and amazing atmosphere! The room is very clean and neat, also with Google maps the place is very easy to find and overall it is a great place to visit and stay! I highly recommend it - also the staff is super nice, welcoming and kind

I was in this place for a couple of days and I had great experience. I had a lot of fun with the amazing animation team, which I admire truly. The girls were amazing!! We would love to see them again

The restaurant's food is incredibly tasty every day, but it would be desirable. The hotel is an old one and some equipment in the rooms and in other places that require it should already be changed

But the most fun in my experience here were the animators, who are very dedicated to their work, they will never leave you busy, you will always have something to learn from them

The room was very good with ac,but bathroom is so out of date, os not any cabin shower all the water need to go in a big hole which have a small pipe and all bathroom get flooded until you finish the shower need a recondition, some time push with the feet on hole because the water just dont go

We had a great 14 days-stay here and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Our spacious room with a sea view was spotless upon our arrival and provided excellent comfort

- very good location among cypress trees, conifers and other trees - 5 mins walking to the huge and clear Kabakum beach - spacious, comfortable and quiet rooms with all amenities and a large balcony - exceptionally friendly and hospitable staff - good breakfasts and restaurant a la cart menu - a lot of additional facilities like a pool, bar, billiard, ping pong etc

A very quiet place with very big rooms with nice balcony. Swimming pool is very nice for the kids. 25 min walk to the centre with the bazar and shops. Very good deal with booking and breakfast was very nice, boufet style

The only problem is working hours of the pool: 8- 17-30. It would be better to make it work a bit longer. As for food, I loved it very much. You always have what to choose (or try everything)

The place offers full equipment of tools for calm and cozy vacations and the yard and dinners there are really amazing! We can always rely on the owners -really positive and helpful people with longterm vision for development of the place! Higly recomment villa Sequoia!

The villa is well equipped and very clean, has nice veiw of the sea, amazing garden and the host is very helpfull. The only inconvenience is the road to the villa, it's quite bumpy.
