A very good hotel in the form of several separate houses with 4 rooms in each. All with a balcony. Each room resembles separate apartments (there is its own kitchen, bedroom, living room with TV and a combined bathroom with a bath. At least in our two-room room). The food is very varied and tasty, the drinks are also good. The staff is very polite, they love Russians very much, most speak Russian, however, as in all of Cyprus. Always ready to help with any question. The only downside of the hotel, in my opinion, is paid wi-fi. There is no private beach, it is about 3 minutes to walk to the municipal one. Sandy entrance to the water, a fairly long strip of shallows, but in my opinion, compared to neighboring beaches, this is the best

We stayed from 08/01/21 to 08/11/21 (we are still on holiday, I want to write a review)) A very good hotel!!! The territory is clean, a swimming pool. The rooms are cleaned every day, towels are changed every day. The food in the restaurant is not as varied as, for example, in Turkey, but you will not go hungry. Across the road from the hotel is a beach, municipal. A sunbed is 2.5 euros, an umbrella is 2.50 euros + wi-fi. The sea is something ... a fairy tale. You can rent a car. I like everything very much. For the first time in Cyprus, there is a great desire to come here again. The hotel is super, go and you will not regret it. I will add that there were three of us on holiday: me, my husband and a 12-year-old son. My husband and I are vaccinated, the child has not been sick and is not vaccinated. Upon arrival: they checked our certificates, the child took a PCR test, costs 15 euros, in the evening I received a text message with the result on my phone. Everything is very organized at the airport, no queues.

Terrible food. Absolutely the worst food I have ever had in a hotel. Very few dishes to choose from, and of poor quality. You can see everything is recycled from previous meals. Dry meat, dry salads, etc.

Staff not very friendly. The maitre D restaurant makes an impression of being there as a form of punishment.

The only good thing about the hotel is the pool. Large and many loungers around. Although good, there is no mid depth for young ones. It's either 30-ish centimetres in baby pool or 1,40meter in the large pool.

Location is okay, not too far from the beach or shops. 20 minutes walk to the water park.

The location was perfect if you're looking to be close to beautiful beaches, but it's further out if you want to go to restaurants/bars - about 25min drive to Ayia Napa by bus which you can take from just outside the hotel. The food was average, but the service was good. Rooms are basic and need updating. Cleaners weren't good as our bathroom wasn't cleaned even once during the whole week, just had bins taken out and supplies stocked. The pool was nice and big, which is what gives the hotel a higher rating. Overall, we had a lovely time but won't be returning to this place as I don't think it is worth the money.

For each recommendation. The hotel is in a good location, right across the street is Landa beach, which in my opinion is the most beautiful, and other beaches are also close by. The food is excellent, there is a choice, it is delicious. The accommodation is clean and tidy. Friendly, professional staff. I would always be happy to come back. 💯

Location is very good, nice beach just across the road and more beaches in close distance. The hotel looks good from the outside. The rooms are located in nice small blocks. The area is not overcrowded, and it is not a problem to find a sunlounge by the pool. But that's all the positives I can talk about the Hotel.
There was 4 of us staying at the Hotel, they give us some kind of camp-bed that the boards under the bed were disconnected, and few were missing, after we called the service, they connected the boards properly but never replaced the missing once, they also put the bed so close to the power socket that we had to move it away because we were afraid the our son might get electrocuted! The bathroom had missing hooks for the towels, so we had to hang them in the room's doors, doorknobs etc. Also (my personal preferences) I hate the shower curtain, I don't think this is very hygienic.
Airconditioning looks like falling apart, taped to keep in one piece and can't really change the temperature.
The blanket, that were left in the wardrobe was stunk as vomit! Once, they clean our room with some stinky mop, when we came back from the swimming pool, we had to use one of the towels to clean it again because the whole bathroom stank!
Swimming pool is great, but they never closed it in the evenings for cleaning. Twice, a child pooped in the pool and instead of close it and clean it, they put separation tape in small part of the pool (see picture) and asked everyone to stay behind it while they drop some chemicals to the pool!!
There is a gym that has 2 multi gyms but one of them is useless as there is no weight for it (plates).
The food was good for the first few days (there wasn't much choice, but it was tasty) unfortunately after those few days there was even less choice, and the standard dropped.
Owners don't really care about the reviews, even some staff mention that they reported some issues, but they never solve it. Wi-Fi very poor, the farer away from the reception area the weaker signal it is, in our room which was in the first block by the reception area we didn't have signal.

After one week in Tsokkos Paradise Village hotel, I was glad to be at home. The hotel looks good from the outside. The rooms are located in nice small houses. The area is not overcrowded. It is not a problem to find a sunbed by the pool. That's about all the positives that come to mind after a week spent in this hotel. CONS: you don't get the bottled water on room, not a pleasant looking staff, outdated room furnishings, insufficient room cleaning, but the worst was the food. I do not remember that I would have experienced worse food than at this hotel. For example, the grilled chicken breasts were completely dried out and old and could not even be cut with a knife. The only thing that was tasty about the food were Greek yogurts and oranges.

**Tsokkos Paradise (?) Village - Don't Be Fooled by the Photos - This Place Doesn't Deserve 4 Stars**

First of all, when I arrived to the hotel I quickly realized that it wasn't as shown in the pictures which for sure are pretty old. In general everything looks obsolete and not well maintained, like all the tiles in swimming area which are old/broken and not looking good. I also noticed some broken plate next to the restaurant.
Then, I came to this hotel with the purpose of doing workation, planning to work 8 hours a day but the hotel WiFi did not work at all in my room. I went to the reception to ask for a solution and receptionist said "I am so sorry for that but we have problems with Internet in the rooms, you can work from the reception. In order to fix Internet we should close the hotel". I asked how this was possible since they advertised the hotel with Internet and receptionist didn't even try to help and only said that it's the fault of the hotel's owner. So, I had to work from the reception, sitting on an uncomfortable sofa with my laptop on my knees, having calls surrounded by people sitting next to me. Apart from Internet, the room which we booked was supposed to be "with garden view". So I expected something on ground floor like in the picture but room was on first floor, very hot, with a balcony full of birds poop. In the washbasin of the toilette the water was barely flowing with very low pressure which made any washing very difficult. On some towels I found hair and the curtain was dirty and disgusting to touch. Moreover in the kitchen I found many ants.

On the third evening, while I was drying my hair in the room, the electricity stopped working, and the reception did not have anyone who could fix it, so they gave us another room. In this room "surprisingly" internet worked, so I was able to work from there for two days. However, the wc was licking and there was water on floor. Not to mention there were ants, the fridge was dirty and smelled not nice. We kept towels on the toilette floor until they sent someone to fix wc. The guy who came to fix it made an absolutely disgusting mess. The toilet was covered in brown residue, and the floor and bath were left dirty with parts of the toilet. At the end, he cleaned it with a towel and then touched our bath towels with this dirty towel. I had to ask him to send maid service to clean toilette and provide new towels.

The breakfast is very poor, and the bread is never fresh - I think it's at least one or two days old. The plates are dirty, and the cloth on which the bread is served is dirty as well.

I laughed loudly while reviewing the photos on booking/TripAdvisor while I was there. They even posted a picture of a sauna that they don't have anymore.

This hotel definitely does not deserve 4 stars. I would rate it between 2 and 3 stars. It has a very low standard. TsokkosNot Paradise.

Lovely place, clean rooms, very pleasant stuff, a couple of pools, a lot of sunbeds and umbrellas. Exceptional food. Entertainment programme during the whole day, kids programme in the evening. Building block separated by themes, so you have Nectarine block, Plum block, Olive block...

Wonderful hotel. I liked the territory, the restaurant, the cleaning of the rooms, everything was on the level. The location is very good, to Nisi Beach 15 minutes walk, and to the center of Ayia Napa by taxi 6-7 minutes for 2 euros per person or by bus 1.5 euros 10 minutes. drive.
