Location: 3 km from the centre of Ayia NAPA with its numerous restaurants and bars. A 10-minute walk from the hotel - water Park resort and the airport of Larnaca is around 45 km away.

The place offers lovely, family-oriented lodging. The rooms are spacious enough and cleaned daily — plus you get a complimentary bottle of water every day. The pool is warm, clean, and absolutely perfect for children. They can jump, dive, swim — anything they like.
Breakfast is sufficient and satisfying. You really feel at home here thanks to the cozy atmosphere and welcoming vibe.
The staff is wonderful and always helpful. Right across the street, there’s a supermarket and a bus stop. Beaches are within walking distance, everything is easily accessible on foot. There’s also free parking available at the hotel.
We definitely recommend this place!

I made a reservation two months in advance. In the morning of my scheduled arrival, the hotel called to confirm my booking, only to call back just half an hour later and cancel it without proper explanation. This last-minute cancellation was extremely unprofessional and caused serious inconvenience as the majority of the hotels where fully booked. I would not recommend relying on this hotel.

Wry beautiful place with wonderful amenities and very relaxing and chill outdoor pool/garden. FYI is one of the few pet friendly places you can stay in whole Ayia Napa. Very clean and great location.

High recommended)) nice environment, everything clean & fresh, friendly helpful stuff, big swimming pool, good enough breakfast. The main reason to choose this Mon Repos hotel is dog-friendly (bed + meal bowl included) huge privat balcony with sunbeds and beautiful view

Perfect for families who want a quiet vacation. The rooms are clean, and the hotel is small and quiet. The pool was great for relaxation while the kids played in the water, and the staff was very welcoming and helped us with anything we needed.
There are good restaraunts and beautiful beaches a short walk away. Not a walking distance from the center of Aiya Napa but there are busses to the center every few minutes.

Clean, spacious and peaceful. Stayed here for a week and thoroughly enjoyed how calm this hotel was, especially considering you're so close to all the amenities. We loved going to Lamara beach which is just round the corner. We also loved visiting the new marina for our morning coffee!
The staff at the hotel went above and beyond- our room was always spotless and they let us check out late for no extra charge.
Can't wait to book again.

Very large rooms, spotlessly clean and pet friendly! They provided a bed and a bowl for our dog's water and food! We will visit again for sure!

Not recommended!! They post online only photoshopped photos of apartments!! Everything looked old, not same like on photos and apartment was VERY DIRTY, not even toilet was clean!!! Air inside smelled like urin, we couldn’t sleep from it. For just few nights we paid a lot (almost whole payment in our country) to get such a dirty apartment, tired from the trip we needed to clean it alone!!
For the owner of the hotel: If you want to take one payment for few nights, then at least invest in your hotel and take good cleaners!!!
