Location: 3 km from the centre of Ayia NAPA with its numerous restaurants and bars. A 10-minute walk from the hotel - water Park resort and the airport of Larnaca is around 45 km away.
Consists of a two-storey building.
Only 62 rooms.
Beach: public sandy beach is 250 m from the hotel, on the second coastal line. Sun loungers and parasols for an additional fee. Water sports on the beach.

The staff at the hotel went above and beyond- our room was always spotless and they let us check out late for no extra charge.
Can't wait to book again.
For the owner of the hotel: If you want to take one payment for few nights, then at least invest in your hotel and take good cleaners!!!
The stuff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms are nice but the bed was not of our comfort. This is a bit of a personal opinion as we like harder mattresses and the hotel had a very soft mattress.
If you are fine with soft mattress this is a straight 5 star choice!
The room was cleaned daily and the walk to the old town was a gorgeous waterside pavement. We rented boats just across from the hotel for a fantastic trip

The hotel has a beautiful garden, big swimming pool and a playground. And free raking.
It is one minute drive from Makronissis beach, 1 from the MUSAN and only 4 from the nicest beach in Ayia Napa (Nissi beach).
We will definitely return!
