We booked in twice! The All inclusive food was always fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented, and the variety of hot and cold snacks available throughout the day—along with cocktails and refreshing slushies—ensured we never went hungry

The ambiance throughout the resort strikes a perfect balance of comfort and relaxation. With landscaped grounds and thoughtfully designed spaces that made us feel like we were more in a village than a hotel

Amazing staff, the best service I have received in a hotel, every request was dealt with immediately, with a smile on the face. Really, the service experience here was the best I've had in my entire life

The All Inclusive food offerings had a fantastic array of options catering to every taste. The Meze restaurant was a particular highlight, with some fantastic Greek food

Every staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay all the more enjoyable. The bar and restaurant staff, are always helpful, jovial and ensuring that you are well looked after

Floris, the manager, deserves a special mention—he was hands-on and approachable, helping us coordinate with the airport to retrieve a lost suitcase and always checking in to ensure we were having a wonderful time

The staff are 1st class the manager Chris upgraded sunbeds on the 2 days before we left after asking him if he do something and he was good to his word . A great holiday all round nice hotel

You can play table tennis for free by the pool and they usually have darts competition for hotel guests every day which was really fun. I would definitely recommend to hire a quad bike and explore the neighbourhood

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was nice and clean end the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is a short walk from the beach and also has its own pool area

We are just finishing our 2 week holiday and have had a great time, well looked after by the staff, in particular Koulla who made us very welcome and David/Michael who are head waiters within the restaurants, both looking after our needs

We stayed at this hotel for the first time, but not for the first time in Cyprus. Comparing with other hotels, we can highlight several positive aspects that are much better than in other places: Food

From Mohammad and the reception team, to George at the main bar, Marios, Mina and Mayer at the restaurant to Marina at the pool bar - all of them are friendly welcoming, totally exceptional and genuinely care about the guest experience! The entertainment team are fabulous too with great classes from yoga style stretch to water fitness and activities such as water volleyball to keep everyone happy

POOL - Absolutely no issue here at all, again very clean, lifeguard on duty, plenty of beds, no fighting like other places and the hotel provides huge towels also. Padded loungers are a great touch

Exceptional stay - the villa with private pool was stunning and the location was great but what has made this holiday has been the staff at the hotel

The evening entertainment was amazing too! Their shows were fantastic and upbeat to the point if you love all things performing you would just want to join in with them! They are all so very talented and are absolutely smashing it! Keep being amazing! ❤️❤️❤️

On arrival late evening, warm friendly greeting, escorted to our room. I think his name was Mohammed, fabulous first impression. Into the room, fresh bottled chilled water, salads, wine, fresh fruit

The entertainment team are amazing! They made my holiday even more enjoyable and fun! Their activities are great during the day as there is always something for everyone

Pool area was kept clean and tidy and pool bar food was good but the waiting times for food was a bit of a hit and miss when busy 30 mins or more

Beautiful hotel, modern and very clean. Located at the quiet end of the Protaras ***** but less than 5 mins walk to the night life. Food was exceptional, the staff were polite, helpful and couldn’t do enough for you

We would stay here again could not find any big faults with this all hotel staff were hard working and friendly which helped make our first visit and not our last to Cyprus a good one thank you to all

The hotel is in a good position at the end of the ***** with plenty of shops and eateries around Fig Tree Bay a few minutes walk away with plenty to do and see and do also restaurant's

Plus around the corner say 100metres away is the beautiful fig tree bay. It’s calm and glistening, turquoise waters just invite you right in

All the staff were friendly, helpful and nothing was to much of an ask. Allocated sunbeds is a good idea. Special thanks to Soliman, the best bartender, Mohamed, Milad and Stathos, the waiters and Petya, the receptionist

Very nice place and first time being here and the service is great, the bar, pools, ocean, litearly everything Perfect.

Daytime activities were great and the pools were lovely and warm having loungers allocated at the beginning for our whole stay was perfect with the snack bar close by for a quick burger and fries

Now the food ls excellent for an all inclusive, breakfast, lunch and dinner was themed each night and there was everything, I challenge anybody not to find a plateful they liked, hot or cold it was there

Food was excellent plenty of choice even with allergies, the chef made me my own pizza with non dairy cheese and gyros without the tzatziki but everything is clearly marked with allergens which is great

Fantastic hotel, rooms are spacious with everything you need. Lovely pools and sun beds allocated for your stay. The selection of food is fantastic and very accommodating for food allergies/intolerance

Perfect location, great services, delicious food and adults only! Good quality beds and linen, clean room! Perfect view to the see from the 501 and the jacuzzi on the balcony is a great idea! 😀 Free parking at the front of the hotel

I spent one night in this hôtel everthing was perfect. Good services, Front on the sea, Realy close to the blue lagon, sea caves... (7min by car)

Entering the water is a bit inconvenient, but is solved by buying slippers

Just spent two great weeks in this hotel. Food quality was really good, plenty of choice. Pool bar staff & drinks both excellent. Rooms could do with an upgrade, but still comfortable. Fresh towels were provided everyday

It was actually better to dine there than go to a restaurant! The pool was big and nice, the place was comfortable, and everything felt just right

I thought the hotel was clean and tidy in the communal areas, a great pool and outdoor area and the food really exceeded my original expectations

The kitchen staff were especially polite, and the food was amazing much better than in some other hotels I’ve stayed at in Cyprus. The meals were tasty with plenty of options, so I never got bored

It’s paid around €25 for two devices, and if you want to add another one, you pay again €25 for seven days. Honestly, that’s a crazy fee for Wi-Fi, especially considering it’s not even that fast

What really touched me was that when we arrived, we had missed breakfast, but the staff surprised us by offering lunch as a gift such a thoughtful gesture. The only downside was the Wi-Fi

Pool area was spotless and although busy some days (weekends) there were plenty of sunbeds to go around

It is nice to have entertainment in the hotel and hopefully the entertainment will continue. Sunday pool party was not really for us but I think that just comes down to having different tastes

This hotel has had massive changes over the years since we first came here 19 years ago. The staff are very friendly and attentive. Very high standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel

We paid extra when choosing the room and accordingly received sea view, pool and quiet during the entire stay. That is very cool decided the question of monitoring what children are doing

The hotel has a swimming pool, and after there is a lawn with sun loungers, two more steps and sandy beach. This municipal beach, a chaise longue is 2. 5 euros and the umbrella is the same

It was very clean, big rooms, helpful staff. Especially the guys at the pool bar were excellent. Perfect location. I highly recommend it.

Rooms cleaned daily if you hang "do not disturb" then the gloss will not, but will change towels and remove trash. As with any hotel there are rooms with sea views, and side views

Me and my partner stayed at the iliada last year. We had a fantastic holiday . We loved it so much hopefully booking again to stay in a few weeks time. Definitely recommend to family and friends

The food was decent for a three star place. Only thing that could make this better is if they provided a microwave to just warm your food as sometimes due to it being a buffet it was luke warm

Myself and my 15yr old son stayed at this hotel for a week. We stayed in a twin room on the 5th floor. It had a sea view and was quiet

This is a shame as would be nice to sit in the air conditioning of an evening and chill. We didn’t watch any of the entertainment but don’t think we missed out. Overall a nice hotel out of town but walkable to the beach

The room looked fresh and even though under the bed was not clean, the bathroom and usable space was clean. The shower was great, hand held and rain shower with good pressure and temperature

We walked to a crazy golf place which we both enjoyed. Also went on a boat trip and swam with turtles and did the Magic Dancing Waters Show in Protaras. Only thing you need cash for was the buses

Pool is great with shade or sun. Would definitely recommend, 5 mins to local shops and about 10 mins to the beach

Just returned from a one week stay at this hotel with my son who is 11 years old and my parents who are in their 70's We'd read a lot of negative reviews before we arrived but overall, we could not fault it

Those people who pay for a 3 star hotel but expect a 5 star service seriously need to re-evaluate their expectations and those that complain about cracked tiles and other minor faults need to remember they're on holiday, not health and safety inspectors! The hotel is in a lovely location, not far from a few local shops, pubs and restaurants

There is a bus stop aswell just outside the hotel that costs €2 to take you directly to the waterpark in Ayia Napa via Protaras. All staff in the hotel are very friendly

The staff were remarkable, even with our slight language barrier, most speak very good English. And we made ourselves understood regardless. Absolutely recommend this hotel

I’m here again for 5 weeks and not much change staff as normal superb Reception can’t do enough for you so helpful and MAKIS and arif in around the bar area always ready to assist or serve you in any way which complements my holiday

I was lucky enough to go for nearly 3 weeks. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the food was excellent, not repeats after a week or two

The room cleaners left the unpleasant impression that they had no desire to work. They just took out the small garbage bags without cleaning the rooms at all and without changing towels, sheets, etc

Clean, new and AC works very well. Pool is quite small and sunbeds run out early during busy season. All Inclusive was good, same as lunch and dinner for most days

Super nice spot. Hotel is clean and nice. Right next to the beach and has a pool. If you go for the all inclusive you might get tired of the lunch menu if you stay for more than a week.

We only did breakfast and it was fine, but a little more variation would be nice for a long stay like ours of 2 weeks. Ok drinks at the lounge and pool bar. Air conditioning in our room broke once in the evening

We informed staff and went out for dinner. Everything was fixed when we came back after a couple of hours, so nothing to complain about when it comes to helpfulness of the staff

The only two things that were a slight disadvantage are two single beds and not one bigger bed and no hand soap in the bathroom (but shampoo and body wash)

Which was built in 80s, i think. It's very good choice for persons, who don't want to stay at home the whole day. There are two pools in the hotel

There are 2 minuses in this hotel/ If you are living in main building - it is the main part of air conditioner on the roof (sometimes it is very noisy)

And the Mexican restaurant makes so loud sound as you are living in the disco inside. Sometimes "the_tagil" is the worst thing

The sea (the main object for Russian tourists) is not so far from hotel, smth about 7-8 minutes to go

Ample parking and large pool with plenty of sunbeds situated on a very big terrace. Bar prices were very reasonable and there was also a very nice coffee shop on site

We decided to stay at this beautiful aparthotel and our choice turned out to be quite successful. It's quiet all around, the atmosphere is pleasant and relaxing. The hotel service was impeccable

Just returned from a week here, nice little hotel rooms are a bit dated, double stove was a bit rusty but never used, shower curtain needed changing but all in all a great little base, staff were friendly

The rooms were cleaned every day sheets and towels every other day! Outside was swept clean every day! Smallish hotel but fabulous! Food excellent, such a variety, if you didn't find something to your taste you must be fussy? The staff were fantastic, friendly, helpful hard workers! We had a sea view which overlooked Fig Tree Bay

The hotel facilities (pool & pool bar) excellent with no problem getting sunbeds. This is a family run hotel and it stands out a mile the staff are superb and can’t do enough for you

Buffet style restaurant serves very tasty and good quality food, not a huge selection but it is a well selected menu that caters for all tastes. Poolside bar is great, which also serves food while open

Location is superb, about 100m from Fig Tree Bay, which we have an amazing view of from our room! Family owned hotel, a little smaller than the other hotels but for us that is ideal as it means it is slightly quieter than the bigger hotels

Just back from a wonderful 11 night holiday in the Chrystalla. I am not one who takes to writing reviews but this has to be done. The Chrystalla experience was absolutely fantastic location is fantastic

Fabulous 11night stay, superior room is definitely worth the extra money, food lovely. George made our stay such a lovely friendly man. Always could get a sun lounger, bar food and drinks very nice

In my opinion, they are more than sufficient, so there's no reason to complain—I'd filter out the negative comments. The view from the balcony was beautiful, and the location is peaceful, with stunning beaches nearby

The view from the room was gorgeous we always watched the sunrise from the balcony. Location also amazing walking distance to numerous beaches we discovered many of them by foot or by short bus drive

The food definitely deserves praise, and I can say this confidently since we're quite picky. The rooms may not be the most modern, but they are very clean and recently renovated

The food was delicious not in large quantities but quality over quantity was definitely their goal. Maybe would add some sweet treats but that is just a little suggestion
