Really friendly helpful staff and room was spacious with comfy bed, but despite checking with staff that air conditioning was set correctly with windows shut, room was sweltering my whole stay. I shouldn't have to buy a fan from the hardware store over the road just to sleep okay. And the breakfast was very basic. Fine if you love bread ham and cheese with a bit of cereal but not much else.

Room was very small for 3 adults. Even with our baggage mostly underneath the bed and stored on shelves on the wall, we still didn’t have much walking room and had to take turns accessing luggage. Our whole room shook when neighbors closed their doors. Aircon didn’t work throughout our stay, we opened our window. Honestly, it could’ve been noisy in the corridor but we couldn’t tell since it was louder outside. We put our sign on our door to refuse cleaning but they did it anyway. They didn’t touch much, and changed our towels, so we didn’t mind it. Wifi worked well. Staff were always friendly and kind. They let us store our bags for a few hours after check out. Lots of things nearby within walkable distance including the Zoo. Close to the U-Bahn, very convenient. Overall, I wouldn’t stay there again with more than 2 people. For the budget, it was sufficient.

Acceptable for a budget hotel. Comfortable room and good location, friendly and helpful staff. The only issues were that the room is very poorly soundproofed, you can hear everything going on in the corridor and the neighbouring rooms, and every time someone closes a door it makes the whole room shake, and that the aircon/heating didn't seem to work.
