Service was good as the counter person was extremely helpful. But during our stay aircond was not working for the hotel rooms so we have to open up the window but was too noisy at night due to all the pubs etc.

Location is good, very close to the main train station, room is ok for the price in Frankfurt, had a great time here.

Special located next to the train station, with interesting neighbors on the street, but the receptionists are very friendly and welcoming!

The room is clean and the front desk is friendly. There is a shopping mall opposite the hotel. There are restaurants and supermarkets, which is very convenient

There is bus M46 at the door, and the Frankfurt train station is 3 or 4 stops away

There is a shopping mall near the hotel, but the room is well soundproofed and the overall experience is good.

I stay here to visit the exhibition Achema. From this Hotel to walk to the exhibition is only 7 minutes. Perfect location!! Rooms are big and clean. Coffee and tea are always free in the lobby

It is 1:30 in the night and I just arrived. Despite the crazy hour I was welcomed enthusiastically. The guy at reception was super friendly even though we are halfway through the night

The room was perfect every day was cleaned also it has soundproof window so you can't hear anything from outside. The only thing that there is no minibar-fridge if you want to keep something cool

Also, there's a big mall just 5minutes walking distance from the hotel. The S-Bahn station and Bus stop is close too. We had extended our stay by a day and they had given us a cheaper rate

About the breakfast i can't say anything because i didn't eat it. Around the area you can find a s-bahn station about 3' by foot also there is a mall near (skyline plaza)

We stayed for 2nights in a room with double bed and bunks. The beds were comfortable and super clean. They have guest kitchen too which you can use to save up if you are getting food from outside or making it

The hotel is in a nice and quite area. The staff was very friendly and always with smile and they speak very well english

And if you like to walk like me the center is about 15-20 min by foot

The bathroom is nice and clean. Nice fluffy pillows and duvet. Offenbach centre is nearby but transport system is not that great in the area and it can be really confusing for the tourists. The toiletries aren't provided

The receptionist is really nice. Even though they dont provide tea maker in the room, but you can ask the receptionist for hot tea.

Maybe not luxury, but reaching right standards. Very friendly place 🙂 i definitely get back here.

Although the location is far from the city, and this hotel doesn't looks like much from the outside, the service was good, the room was small but had everything I needed, the breakfast was also good

Sincerely I was expecting much less, and I am more that satisfied, and comparing to the price, it was a great deal. Just one tip, book the parking in the hotel, else you will have to look around

We used this as a night stay while on a car journey. Easy hotel, the room was too cold, but other than that, exactly as expected. Parking is easy (5€), in the backyard of the hotel.

The second room was better but still not thoroughly cleaned; I found a stained towel and some trash under the bed. The sauna was not ready at the requested time, and breakfast was average

2 min walk to the entrance next to platform 1. 4-5 mins to a laundry shop, which even opens on Sunday. The staff is very kind and helpful. The fried rice during breakfast is very tasty (a bit spicy)!

Of course it's a little older, but the price is moderate and great value for money. Just across the street from the station, there is a convenience store downstairs

Good value for the money, but that's it. Broken door lock, soggy breakfast, wrong receipts and making up a quick surcharge for me when realizing I'm in need by the owner.

We got an awesome deal on this place likely because its under construction at the moment. The room was brand new though and well equipped with a fan and a mini kitchen so we could even cook a meal on a sunday

There is no cleaning service until day 5. Do not expect clean towels, bed sheets or trash pick up until day five. You can request clean up if you desire. The location is perfect, quiet and safe at night

Therefore, beware - you need to ask on reception to clean your room. However, I'm taking a star off because when I asked, not even to clean, but to simply take away the trash and change the towels - nothing was done

Unfortunately, there is no elevator, but the very kind receptionist gave me a room on the ground floor, so I did not suffer the lack. The price, not expensive at all, has been adjusted to the offer

I stayed 3 days at the Bold Hotel and found myself very well. It is a very simple and essential place, but it is very clean and comfortable in everything

Locating can be slightly difficult. As you get out of the underground metro, there is a small signpost called a trip inn and you have to get into the building. The receptionist was very good and so was the room

Following the navigation and walking will make you doubt your life. Service: The breakfast is not rich, with six hot dishes, which is quite satisfactory for Chinese stomachs

I suppose one side is wrinting " do not disturb" and the other side should be "please clean up" But the truth is， both side are write as "do not disturb" in English on one side, and German on the other side

Very centrally located business hotel with excellent accessibility. Next to the main railway station in Frankfurt it is very easy to go to the airport by public transport, hence no rental car needed

I was very late checkout and couldn't find the key card- my stuff (first aid kit, socks, a spare t-shirt) is neatly folded in a bag and gave and offered the room if I don't catch that plane

One of the few hotels that can accommodate a family of 5. Agree with previous reviewers about spaciousness. The city center just is very dense. Easy to reach the hauptbahnhoff and it’s amenities.

Was in a room with space for 4 people, room was mostly clean but really smart but I guess this is ok for the price, only thing to critic is the old walls or the old hotel in general and that the design of the bathroom was made in a really bad way since there are a lot of places where water spots can build up, but probably it was jest this room

It's fine overall. Close to the city center, additional parking space. Also - employees are multilingual, so it's not hard to understand each other. Not the newest, but good.

The night we were there the elevator didn't work though, and we walked up and down 4 flights of a tight winding staircase

Every trip to Frankfurt brings me to Maingau Hotel. Conveniently located in Sachsenhausen, has good access to public transportation (train, tram, subway, bus), is a nice walkable area with plenty dining options

Quite a few stairs so for some people it might be worth enquiring about accessible roooms. We did not require housekeeping but this was available on request. We breakfasted at the cafe next door

Within walking distance from the "Altstadt und Römerplatz". Yet, I'm not sure why, with every stay my room gets smaller :-) Look forward to my next stay in Frankfurt

Good accommodation in pleasant location. We stayed three nights in a superior double which was large and comfortable. Receptionist/manager was friendly and helpful

Sachsenhausen area is quieter than central Frankfurt but an easy walk to the Altstadt, the river and the museums. Street noise was excessive one night - sounded like a party - but this can happen anywhere

To get to the back part of the building there is a complicated system of stairs up and down, even when using the elevator -- OK for people in good shape, not so good for people with bad knees or poor eyesight

To recommend overall, super friendly staff, very - at least as a seminar hotel, as I have met today

I intended to stay for consecutive nights but accidentally made two separate bookings. Fortunately, the staff handled the situation very professionally and allowed me to stay in the same room, which I greatly appreciated

However, the room was not cleaned at all between the two stays. There were no fresh towels, the glasses and trash remained untouched, and only the bed had been made

This is a fantastic hotel with the absolute best people working in Customer Service that you will ever find! They truly understand what ‘Customer Care’ is all about and to this end they (especially the Receptionist Staff) go above and beyond to make you feel ‘at home’ while you’re away from home; but don’t take my word for it, try it for yourself!😊

Car traffic is very light, but there can be lively pedestrian sounds at nearby bars and cafes. The noise and times are reasonable; it was not past midnight

For the price to location ratio, you can't do much better. As far as the "lobby" / check-in window, this is not a place to impress your business clients

The room has a large French window with a great view. There is a small kitchen but no pot; the toilet is in a separate cubicle and the shower is in a separate shower room.

The room is very clean. Location is perfect and breakfast so nice...Hotel provides ear plug because poor sound insulation. But I'm the one who easily fall asleep quickly so doesn't matter to me.

The entire idea of booking a room here is the fast access to the railway station and the great deals. Of course the walk to the downtown area, the Ironbridge area is comfortable too

It’s entirely possible to check yourself in and out without coming across a human being who works for the hotel, so if something goes wrong, you’re essentially on your own. -Security: the building has very lax security

Overall, I thought it was a decent value for the price, but a few words of warning: -Noise: as some reviews have stated, you do hear a decent amount of noise from the bars outside

You don’t need a hotel key to use the elevator and the front door is always open, so just about anyone can walk in off the street and access any floor without a problem

Everything is good, but a bit small. The transportation is convenient. It's just near the train station. You can get there by train wherever you want. It's very suitable for a business trip

Being close to the station is the biggest advantage. However, due to poor security near Jungang Station, it may be dangerous for women to walk around alone late at night

My only complain about this hotel was the blonde cleaning lady, she treated me in a really bad manner, and the surroundings of the hotel at night could be a little bit dangerous but this is not hotel's fault and, I repeat myself, the reception staff at night got me aware of this and take care of costumers

Even though it was a non-smoking room, it smelled of cigarettes all the time. There was also some dirt from aging. The location and accommodation costs are great, so I recommend it to those who don't mind the above.

Although having stayed for just one night, I could conclude that we were treating with a very nice place. Weel placed (in front of Main Station Railway), with good rooms , and a warm and complete breakfast

It was right in front of the station, so it was great to be able to go anywhere, and there were many big hotels nearby, so I never felt uneasy! I checked in very late, but they were still waiting for me with a document with my name on it
