Really didn't expect that your hotel is that much good!
I felt I was really safe. Receptionists worked fast but kind and helpful. Rooms were big enough. Beds were not too soft had tensions – slept so well. Not noisy at all although the hotel is just front of the main train station. Rooms were warm enough and toilets were clean and modern.

The stay was great, the receptionist lady was very nice, the check in was fast prepared and she also provided some lunch suggestions, the room was good, the bed and pillows great and clean. Also, the room was quiet, eventhough the proximity to the Train Station was very close.
The surroundings can be a bit scary by evening/night due to the homeless people but I guess is not something that can be controled/handled by the hotel.

Good value hotel right opposite the Frankfurt (Main) Hbf station (within 5 minutes walk). Room and beddings were a bit dated but clean and air-conditioned while the bathroom with average water pressure was great. Staff were helpful and cheerful, breakfast was decent. Especially convenient if you have to catch an early train.

The location of this place is optimal. It’s just opposite the station. It looks like it’s further in maps but it’s basically 3 min walk through a small door. This place was quite nice. Rooms were a little small but comfortable still. I left some of my valuable jewellery in the room and checked out. But on contacting them several ours later they mailed my jewellery back to me and I received it with 2 days. So needless to say Service is top notch. I opted for breakfast which was nice but not the best Ive had. Overall a nice experience. Can recommend.

We are so grateful. We had a very bad experience walking through a nearby street and felt very bad returning to the hotel that night. A staff member (we think your name was Jack!) was so extremely kind and gave us comforting words as we sat in the common area by reception. He really made our bad experience so much better and gave us so much information and advice. We could relax. I wish we could have had another chance to thank the staff for helping us. I highly recommend this hotel for the quality of customer service and care and friendliness.

Steigenberger Metropolitan Hotel is located in the center of Frankfurt. Easily accessible by train and car. Very nice, well maintained hotel. Service is very pleasant and knowledgeable

Very convenient location opposite the train station. Service and quality at a high level, I recommend. The breakfast was also very good.

For once an old hotel with modern amenities. Room was clean and spacious and staff friendly and helpful.
2 things could be improved for next time.
1. There aren't any USB ports in the room, so I couldn't charge my smart watch. And since I traveled without my laptop it was difficult to find an alternative.
2. Drain in the bathtub leaked. Tried to take a bath, but the water drained out fast, and didn't feel environmentally great just keeping the tap running.
Breakfast was very good, a lot to chose from and everything was fresh and nice.

The hotel location is perfect and the stuff at the reception were amazing. Rooms are spacious and nice. Breakfast includes wide variety and nice quality. The stuff managing the breakfast I would say don't fit a chain like Steingenberger, hardly speak good English and not friendly.
I loved the bottled water brand they offer in the rooms and the Nespresso Machine is a nice add on, but would be nice to add a water boiler as well.
