Amazing place to stay. Highly recommended.

The room was pretty clean id say, the one or the other wall could do with a fresh coat of paint but it was fine. I traveled alone and I felt completely safe there, so that was good. It being directly at the train station definitely is a plus too.

Convenient and close to transport

I arrived at the hotel quite late. The front desk of the hotel was already closed. The hotel is a self-service check-in. The lighting in the room is very weird and makes people feel uneasy. There are three Buddha statues placed on the bedside. The toilet light is green, which is very strange. The only advantage is that it is close to the train station and is convenient for travel.

This hotel is good location which nearby Stellingen train station and take only 7 stop to reach at Jungfernstieg station. This area is shopping and good restaurant near the river.

When i went to take a shower the drain did not work so the whole bathroom floor got wet

Very ok budget hotel for a very reasonable price

Very clean and the staff were very friendly. Well worth the prive. Only complaint I have is the pillows, they were essentially pillowcases

Is a very good hotel for transit by train or bus, because is very close to both (5 min. walk to train station and 2 min. to bus station). Very clean, quiet, warm, and all functions proper. It's true that single room is small, but for me it was enough. And the price-quality ratio is unbeatable!

A good hotel very close to the Hamburg Central station and ZOB bus station. The U Bahn stop is 70 m away. The room sizes are big. We felt that the heating was not optimal. The rates are reasonable and breakfast was okay. Overall a good place to stay if you want to stay at a cheap and clean place close to Hamburg Central Station.

3* yes but for sure a 5*service, this was a last minute booking and to be fair enrolled up pretty late. The front desk was very efficient, helpful and polite. Really comfy bed and clean room, as a last minute I would for sure book again. This have a it states on the tin with added customer care

hotel polo is near to bus station. The staff is awesome. The hotel rooms were ok. The surrounding area was not perfect but it's a cheap hotel in that area

The Hotel and Service are very good. With the Parking it is not easy, the Hotel offers for an additional cost of a space in the underground garage of 15m-25m from the hotel entrance. The Breakfast was not luxurious, but still tired I am and it tasted good too - for me, the wichtigereb aspects.

Super cozy hotel in beautiful central area - lots of restaurants and special shops in the street. Really nice room and free coffee and oranges to squeeze for juice. In addition, warm croissants delivered in the morning. I will be back!

I have never been to this hotel but I have seen a video footage of this hotel and it's been explained, that all of the staff has some sort of disability such as one staff was blind and a few had down syndrome. Just the management was enabled. I really liked the concept of this hotel that they support disabled people by giving them a job. Therefore I am giving this hotel a 5/5.

Das Personal ist nett. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und gemütlich. Das Frühstückangebot ist sehr übersichtlich und daher zu teuer. Ich würde trotzdem jederzeit wieder herkommen. Das Hotel ist ein sogenannten Integrationshaus, heißt, hier arbeiten viele behinderte Menschen. Ist auf jeden Fall unterstützenswert.

The rooms in this hotel are incredibly basic - our twin room had a shower in the room in front of the bed. Additional shared shower facilities are available on the corridor. Staff were very friendly and there was no issue returning to the hotel in he small hours of the morning. Well stocked bar, decent continental breakfast in the morning. Nice little hotel in Bergedorf. Booked here at short notice and got a nice and quiet room. In the evening there was a very delicious buffet with typical North German cuisine. (kale with pee) The breakfast in the morning was good and rich. Nothing to complain about.

Very cozy, smaller, privately run hotel with very friendly and helpful owners and staff. The restaurant can be divided by a door, so that smaller conferences are possible. Conference technology is also available. Ideal for meetings outside the usual office space. Conclusion: I liked it a lot - will use the hotel now more often for seminars and conferences and recommend.

Lovely tidy hotel, very friendly staff.. Rooms are a good size and clean. Didn't have breaky there (so only 4 stars as can't review that aspect). Would definitely stay again.

Very accommodating staff/owners speaking only German but very good at communicating even so. The breakfast is ordered and not buffet style but large enough for a grown man to be completely satisfied. The major downside is that the room heating is to warm in the winter. A luxury problem of course.

The hotel was in a quiet location. The beds were single, on casters. The mattresses were outdated. When the beds were pushed together, dust and dirt were visible. The red carpet was unhygienic. Standard but clean. The reception was friendly.

Great place for either a short stay or some sports. Many tennis courts indoor and outdoor, 3 squash courts 15€ for an hour 👍 and a fantastic massive gym, outside heated pool, shower area and dressing room is 5* and massive. Large outside free parking. Reception staff was very friendly and helpful. Will be back very soon 😉

Clean room, normal service but they could offer more basic amenities like free (or at least on-site purchasable) facewash, conditioner, one-way toothbrushes etc in the bathroom. It's annoying having to buy that stuff for a one-night stay.

Attending for a conference in the nearby conference centre. Excellent location for this and easily walkable. Very good size room and bathroom; no fan or AC so may be hot in the summer. Very friendly helpful staff- thank you

Overall good review. But you can stay in a more comfortable hotel for the same price, the price/performance ratio is average. Ctrip showed 144 euros, but the actual hotel required 146 euros.

It's a nice small hotel in an old building housing several hotels. The location is convenient for public transport. My single room was clean and comfortable. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely use again on my next trip to Hamburg if available.

Room was clean and good. But the man on the reception should talk better with the guests, he has rude attitude. They charge 10€ per day for parking, and there is no alternative. It's not so close to the central, but if you have a car it wont be a problem.

The hotel is nice, but it is not worth the 200 euro a night for a family of 4. We did the family room and the beds where the hardest most uncomfortable mattress ever. The room where very clean, clean linens and towels, and the parking garage requires a lot of patience, it's underground and if you drive anything mid size and up I would park it elsewhere. The name implies a lot more than it actually delivers. If Ökotel means that in the breakfast area the yoghurt, cream cheese, etc. are not taken from the *LIDL is worth it* packaging in order to save waste - then yes. I stayed here for two nights a one bedroom on the top floor that was so cozy!! I had a lovely time, the women here are incredibly kind and the breakfast was great! Will definitely be coming back!

Absolutely a nightmare to find the address is to a sports field but they don't tell you the hotel is 300m down the back. Did the next day see lits of signs on fence but needs a large sign on the street side not the side road. I wasted 40minutes in the area trying to find it. Staff of Sports centre abused us for " taking staff parking"! No signs only after checking in and getting room did we discover...

Close to U-bahn, simple, friendly and value for money.

The location is great, in a very safe neighborhood and relatively close to the city center. The hotel having a museum-like atmosphere is quite charming. BUT the rooms meet basic needs. There are two shared toilets in the hotel. On the first night, there were hairs on our sheets, and the pillows were not comfortable at all. The wooden floors, being old-style, make a lot of noise.

We stayed here for just one night, but it was very memorable. The rooms are great value for money, very spacious and luxurious. The staff are so friendly and helpful, one of them didn’t speak much English but was so patient with me while we figured out how to converse on Google translate. Highly recommend this hotel if you are in Hamburg! We will definitely be back.

The stay at the Hotel am Museum was very pleasant. The two hosts take care of all matters. Particularly noteworthy is the delicious breakfast, the spacious rooms and a garden that is rarely found in the city. We can warmly recommend the hotel.

Avarage is made for this hotel I think. Nothing is really bad, but also nothing is really good! The staff at the desk is really helpful tho! Beds are quite hard, room seems a bit old. But it all works. A lot of nice things to see/do in the walkable area. Good budget option!

Small room, tiny shower cabin. Room was clean. The hotel is situated close to the town center of Bergedorf and not far from the train station. It was the weekend of the Hafengeburtstag, so greater Hamburg was pretty booked, but I still found the price way too high. 129 EUR from Saturday to Sunday is steep for this room.

Nice, clean and modern rooms. Good value for money. 4 floors but no lift. No inhouse phone to contact reception. Good breakfast.

The room was charming and really clean. The breakfast buffet is really good too, good quality of food, even though there wasn't a big variaty. We strongely recommend this hotel. The only disadvantages, there was a lot of light on the room in the morning, and we would have rather individual beds.

The hotel is super clean, quiet even if is not far from the bars area, beds are comfortable, the staff is friendly and happy to help you if you have any questions.
