Hotel is located within 5 mins walking distance from the nearest train station and there’s free airport shuttle. Convenient for an early morning flight. Rooms are big too.

The room was clean and nice. A lot of options for the breakfast and delicious. The only bad thing was that no taxi drivers wanted to take me to the hotel with regular price at night time due to the distance. They asked me for 20-30euro for 1km.

Super friendly staff, the people working there are awesome from the reception to the restaurant. The breakfast is really nice and the hotel is super quiet despite being 10 min walk from the airport.

Perfect for early flight departure! Good service and excellent staff. Good location close to the Metro network. The noise on a Saturday night from people & parties at street level may bother some people, but it was not a problem for me. On Sunday night, the street was dead quiet.

Checked in on Saturday, but the music from a nearby nightclub was loud all night and until after 7am the next morning. Sunday and Monday were quiet. The hotel provided earplugs instead. This hotel is often considered one of the very best in Germany, so I was looking forward to my stay here. However, after the stay, I must say they missed on my expectations by a huge margin. We enjoyed our three nights. Spacious rooms and very kind personell. Fridge and coffee in the room. Easy to reach by metro, parking is a bit expensive at 30,-/night but if you take a P+R it is only 4,-/night.

Stay was ok. Room was too cold. Despite informing the same to the front desk in the morning, they did not take any action during the day. Finally, I insisted to get a heater at night. Breakfast was very average. Cut fruits did not seem fresh!

The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was truly good and varied, and we were warmly welcomed by the friendly and accommodating reception. Beautiful location, very walkable, right on the water with stunning views at the hotel breakfast. Staff are courteous and helpful. Gym is above average (includes squat rack, jump boxes, and cable machines) but can feel crowded with anything more than 1-2 in weight section. I'd stay here again.

Room was okay. Breakfast was very good. I had a waterbed, which was a bit unusual for my back... But overall Id say it was good. The only really bad thing was, That I was not able to use WiFi in my room (7th Floor), even tough I bought a Wifi Card at the reception gor 5Eur, I was not able to connect to the Wofo with any of my devices. I booked directly on the Website of the hotel and received no confirmation whatsoever... The room was fine. They have an issue with washing windows. Windows are really dirty everywhere. Very convenient when travelling from the main station. Our room had a new bathroom and bed. We got a double room for 115 euro, that was great value for the price.

Good hospitality... The hotel is near to airport.. so it's convenient... The hotel restaurant is open only for, breakfast n dinner.

The rooms were luxurious and room service was there every day, cleaning up perfectly. Only the Internet and WiFi really sucked. When it worked, it took ages to connect and once connected, the connection has huge packet loss and latency. Fastest speed we got was 4mbit/s down. It is powered by m3connect.

Its a bit dated in the furniture etc but staff and running of the place is excellent.
