A nice hotel located on walking distance to Hamburg Hauptbahnhof. The room was pretty small but clean with a big bed, the bathroom was fresh as well. The hotels facilities were lackluster, they did not even have a restaurant, they only served breakfast.

Good hotel for a sightseeing trip with a surprisingly good breakfast selection. Placed near the main station (7 minutes walk), so well placed to get to all the places around Hamburg. Rooms are small and it is placed directly on between two well traveled streets. So expect some noise. But you generally get good quality for that price range.

An OK hotel with friendly staff, clean, modern and good location. But our room was small with only one light in the corner by the room entrance so didn't illuminate much of the room. curtains that's didn't properly fit the width window and kettle with a broken lid that wouldn't stop boiling.

Very good breakfast, great location, and superb mattresses. Unfortunately, the bathroom is much too small for a 5-star hotel. There's little counter space on the small sink, the bathroom door rattled, and the water flow from the shower and sink jets isn't strong enough to get the shampoo out of your hair. A shame.

Located in the city center, 10 minutes away from shopping streets, Lake Astor, and subway stations. The hotel breakfast is very rich, but there are too many people on Sunday morning. The restaurant and bar downstairs are good, and the service staff are extremely enthusiastic and professional.

We had a great stay here! The front desk was kind and efficient and was able to get us into a room without a reservation. We were pleasantly surprised by the large, clean room and the updated bathroom. Having AC in the room was a plus for us, but having four large beautiful windows we could open was great too! If we are ever in the area again we will be back.
