Best Western Plaza Hotel

Great location for the station, park and local area. Easy to get to the city center. The room was clean and spacious. The shower gets 5 points. The lack of draws is my biggest.complaint. It is nice to unpack. I'd stay here again.

Although the television reception was disturbed, the Hotel due to the location and the facilities and cleanliness of the room is an absolute recommendation. Because of the failure of the TV, you could use free of charge in the Minibar. Very accommodating. My desire, a room to the inner courtyard, was gladly fulfilled.

Great hotel, friendly staff. Great location, 1 minute walk to the train station. Rooms are big and the beds are comfortable. The small partitioned room that contains the toilet is a little dark even with the lights on. Overall great hotel.

Location is ok if you have a car or can work with public transportation. Cheapest rooms were good, no complaints. Location is right outside a U Bahn station so that is definitely useful. Easily accessible by car. Parking nearby is free so don't believe the staff's claims.

its a good hotel but there are not a lot of restaurants there. the metro is close to the hotel which is good. there is no sauna here

The hotel was very nice, and the location was particularly good. It was literally right outside a train station which was a two minute ride from the airport. Another bonus of this is that there were a couple of nearby bakeries at the station. I'd recommend the franzbrotchen, a kind of squaahed cinnamon croissant. There is a 24 hour reception, which was a bonus for us as we weren't sure when we would arrive, and were leaving at 5am. The only criticism I had was that the double bed came with two single duvets. We asked reception about this and were told this was all they had in the hotel. However they were able to give us an extra one, which we used to build a kind of bridge between duvets and worked to close the draughts. There was loads of other stuff available on request from reception - toiletries, bath robes, etc. Some people may not like the fact that the shower wall and toilet door were frosted glass, but you could only see light through these, and as a couple this was not an issue for us. I thought they added to the stylish decor of the room. The final thing to mention is that there was a kettle with English Breakfast tea bags available, so it pretty much met all of my needs.

Lovely stay, very modern style. Would stay again! A simple train ride to the airport that u dont have to pay for.
