Dorint Hotel am Heumarkt Köln

Great location and staff welcoming - rooms and bathroom spacious and modern, only minor complaints were pillows too soft (unless you like them that way) and TV lacked modern functions like Netflix etc for the night time to wind down.
Otherwise highly recommended - I visit yearly and will continue to do so.

Super quiet, room is pretty cozy, shower control is kinda hard to use, 15mins wall to the station.

if you don't give this hotel 5 stars you're a bad person or crazy. its super nice. with super nice people. great location. the staff could not be nicer. i couldn't imagine people being nicer for probably what is not a high wage. the world needs to be nicer as i see it.

Great location. Rooms are spacious enough and well-equipped with most essentials. Service is a little bit lacking, getting stuff refilled like the coffee packets we requested that was never delivered since they only provide 1 per day. The room was always too warm for comfort, even at the lowest temperature setting.

Nice hotel with very comfy rooms and beds, great shower. Breakfast awesome. I am a regular visitor. There is only one downside Dorint: 36€ for one night parking is really a rip-off compared to other hotels in the area. Almost a 40% increase with last years charge. Simply unbelievable!

We enjoyed our stay at hotel Dorint , it’s located in the center of cologne . The staff are amazing so kind and friendly. You can see the Dom from your lift . I believe there is rooms with Dom view . My room wasn’t . Rooms have good space . Breakfast was good enough and you find everything you wish for breakfast. Thanks for all . We will come back for sure . P.S wellness or sauna you pay charge 18€ to use it .

Me & my partner stayed in the Dorint Hotel for our honeymoon. And the hotel did everything to make our stay unforgettable!
The service was one of the best parts about this hotel! All kinds of requests we had were fulfilled very quickly and on the highest level of quality. The staff was very responsive and was genuinely willing to support us in whatever we had on our mind.
Especially we want to express our gratitude to concierge Sascha! He is such an kind and friendly person. He made sure to organize everything for us on the top level.
We will definitely come back to the hotel ourselves and recommend it to our friends!

The hotel is perfectly located, just a 5-minute walk from numerous bars and restaurants. The Dorint is exceptionally clean, with excellent staff and an awesome bar and lounge. Its central location makes it ideal for enjoying all the fun activities Cologne has to offer.

Rooms are very comfortable and quite big. Some of them are quite noisy because of the street. Reception was very friendly. Check out, can't said the same. I ask for a Taxi and receptionist where are we going but he didn't share the information with the taxi and they took us to another ship terminal not the one we wanted. Hotel is very well located to cisit Cologne.
