First time in the hotel and it was very pleasant except for the SPA center. The sauna was much too small for the large building. But there was a first-class breakfast and in the evening the room next to the bar was a very good place for business discussions. My customer was impressed by the service and the friendliness of the staff, and I agree! I will happily book this hotel again on my next business visit!

I have been here for a few days so far. The rooms are okay but a little run down. There are no snacks or drinks in the rooms. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. However, they are not fully trained in checking procedures so be prepared to spend some time if it is not a straight forward procedure. The lobby bar is called "The drop" and the service is excellent. Great staff!

Very attentive staff, this time we not only had a fruit plate in our room, but also the beautiful flower. Very good breakfast and varied food in the Executive Lounge. We would love to come back.

Showers had incredible water pressure. Pro tip: just pull that drain plug right out or the tub fills faster than it drains. The water temperature was not consistent, you could tell whenever a toilet flushed and the water got hot.
Why are there no self-serve laundry machines here? Would have been 5 stars if I could just do my laundry here instead of down the road. Check out Mullers laundromat, the woman here was very helpful for my tourist self.

The hotel is outside of the nightlife and busy downtown areas. It makes it better for those who want to sleep. There is a public transit station approximately 1 block away so you have easy access to the fun.

The hotel is dated. This is not what you would expect at this level/price, I had visited a friend of mine and she was given a room that smelled like smoke and was poorly cleaned.
The only good points are: location and ease of finding transportation. Other than that, this was new in the 80s or 90s and needs refurbishment.
