The hotel itself was really clean and modern design, i really liked the room. But the espresso machine was defected and the saunas was turned off during the service time. I would have given 5 stars if there hadn’t been issues with the espresso machine and sauna.

Nice hotel. Clean rooms, Good burger when you finally get it. The restaurant need to be quicker with the food. Their waitors was really good, but the kitchen is too slow.

Scored lower due to Restaurant staff!!!
Hotel nice and modern, rooms are clean and spacious. Only negative was bed was on hard side (may suit some people )no iron or kettle in room. Hotel staff polite, friendly and willing to help. Location is perfect if willing to use public transport, around 10 minute walk to nearest subway from here it was about 15 minutes by tube to city Centre. Note there is not much around the hotel other than a few supermarkets.
Hotel Restaurant, breakfast was to a good standard and catered for all.
Evening bar and restaurant is were this hotel gets let down and what is more disappointing is the hotel have been made aware of individual staff members who are rude, unhelpful and not fit for purpose ( top knot take note!!!). On 2 separate occasions we were made to feel unwelcome and that asking for a drink or food was beyond the staff! It seemed one individual (top knot) was more interested in flirting with his fellow bar staff and looking after customers wasn’t part of his job. NYX please get it sorted because it’s letting your hotel down!!! Shocking that customers feel uncomfortable in your hotel!!!

My wife and I had a smooth check in after a long flight. I went down to the bar later in the evening around 9:30-10:00PM on Friday. I sat there for a 10 minutes without being acknowledged by the bartender with the man bun. Another patron comes to the bar, and he helps them immediately. He then looked very reluctant to even serve me. I asked for a cocktail off the menu, he said NO COCKTAILS! BEER ONLY, I just said okay, I’ll have a beer. There is advertisements all over the hotel saying come down and trying one of their cocktails late night!! A few moments later. I see the female bartender making a bunch of cocktails for the other group on the other side of the bar. He then begins to whisper something into the other bartenders ear while looking at me then she looks over. I mean come on!!! Can you be anymore obvious. The bartender with the little man bun, needs an attitude check. He should not be working at the bar or anywhere that deals with customers with that kind of attitude. Not wanting to make drinks? That’s your only job. And to trash talk a customer in front of them? I won’t be returning to this hotel.

A very pleasant and spacious hotel, they already opened up the sofa bed for us to use. One small downside is there weren't many sockets for us to charge our phones and tablets (we're a group of 4),but other than that it's the perfect hotel to stay at. The bus stop is directly in front of the hotel!

The restaurant located on the ground floor has the worst service and the most arrogant staff I have encountered in a long time. I tolerated the cold food on Sunday evening upon arrival despite the lazy and uninterested server. But tonight, after waiting and waiting, the chatting bartenders were absolutely uninterested in serving any drinks, even though there were only three people at the bar. When I finally left, they only had sarcastic remarks. The kind of behavior customers are expected to tolerate is beyond imagination.

My wife and I have just come back from visiting Munich and we stayed at this hotel. It was great! Rooms were modern and had everything we needed, staff were friendly and it was really convenient having the underground parking which is €15 per day (plus you get one free day).
The burger restaurant downstairs sells amazing food.
The breakfast were really good, they have loads of locals shops and the train stations were about 10mins away. I’d stay here again, thanks for a great holiday!

Our stay there was a comfortable and nice, staff are so nice and helpful, room was clean and well equipped. The coffee machine was not working properly, also it was one liquid to use as -hand, face, hair & body-wash all together. Which was not good. Price is normal, the location is a bit put of centre but there are some supermarkets around also metro station is close. Parking is by payment of 15 euro per night, extra of ur stay ! There is a toilet downstairs which was clean but without soup.

Great Hotel and Friendly Staff.
the hotel is situated around plenty of the shops and the train station all within a short walk. staff are friendly and always willing to help any way they can. will be going here again for sure.

A nice, clean hotel and room. Would stay again if I was visiting and would recommend. However, only downside… Be careful of when ordering your food at dinner, you may annoy the waiter when advising you wish to do the after 5pm deal and he’ll say something in German so you can’t understand him.
